- The plaintiff brings her brother to court. She let him and his wife move in with her after he got out of prison. She loaned him money to help him get back on his feet, but he hasn’t paid her back. She’s suing for an unpaid loan and rent. The defendant argues his sister was so controlling when they lived together. He says he agreed to repay her once he started working, but he still doesn’t have a full-time job.
