SiriusXM-Honda Civic & CR-V "Requested Channel Not Subscribed/Updated" Error-SiriusXM Packages

When a Honda owner subscribes to a SiriusXM package that does not contain ALL SiriusXM channels, the 2016-2018 Honda Civic & CR-V head unit does not allow users to scroll Channel Up and Channel Down past any channels that they do not subscribe to.
