I use only normal and bug types for competitive, and i find bug types pretty fun to use, but oh boy can typing really screw over some mons.
i win a few lucky matches against meta teams here and there with mono bug.
I like bug types the most, i still remember when my araquanid one shot a fully set up gargnacle and saved me the entire match, and another time when my scyther beat a scissor.
