- Helloooo friends! I freaking LOVE how multidisciplinary my research in drug delivery & nanomedicine is. I'm rarely ever bored because there are so many different types of things I am studying. In this episode of "a week in my life", I am STILL preparing for my animal studies! Tons of stress, tons of planning, tons of failure, and tons of excitement. Hi! I'm Anne if you're new here :) I'm a 4th year PhD student at UBC. I do research in the field of drug delivery and nanomedicine. @@cokedupcat The math I use on a day-to-day basis is around high school level honestly LOL mostly dilution, molarity, and dosing calculations. But for my BSc I had to do a few upper level calculus and linear algebra courses 😭 (which I don't use anymore)

hello!!! what subjects did you do in high school? i’ve currently picked bio chem and specialist maths (the highest) but i’m not sure if i will need it for this career. and also unsure if i would need physics do you think that is a subject i should be picking over specialist maths or is physics not really required in this career path. thanks
