Superman is just too fast for Thanos. Thanos can't use the infinity gauntlet fast enough to affect Superman. Captain Marvel was able to stop him just as he was about to snap at the end of endgame and she is nowhere close to the speed of the dceu Superman. He also blasted ironman in their battle on Titan using the power stone and ironman was able hold back the blast using a shield made out of nanos so Superman shouldn't have a problem tanking a blast from him. You also forgot the fact that Superman was weakened before taking a hit by that nuke. He took multiple kryptonite grenades by batman and was around batman's kryptonite spear. That was also a big reference to that scene in the dark knight returns graphic novel so that had a lot to do with that being done. Plus, he was holding back in the fight with batman so they could go save Martha from lex Luthor. For the claim that says Superman doesn’t use his speed, see every fight he has. He constantly rushes Faora and Nam-Ek, he goes full force against Zod in all fights, he goes for the blitz against Batman (which is an incredibly disingenuous fight to say he doesn’t kill when he spent the fight trying to make Bats listen to him, aka not killing him), he instantly goes for the speed against Doomsday, he does it to random humans, he does it to Diana, he does it to Steppenwolf. Yeah that’s about every single fight he has in the DCEU. His main issue in most of these isn’t that he doesn’t use his speed but his speed not working due to his opponents being of a similar speed to Supes. Speaking of disingenuous fights, Supes couldn’t kill Zod. If you watch the fight, you will see how Zod spends the whole fight punting our boy in blue around the city, up to space and back down. He wasn’t trying to kill Batman. He wasn’t able to simply laser off Stepp’s limbs when you consider just how long it took to cut off the horn, he had to beat him into submission. On the part of huge levels of energy being able to affect Supes, yes large amounts can obviously affect him. He is super durable, not indestructible. However the comparison between the Mother Box blast and the Stones is a false equivalence. It wasn’t simply a bunch of energy that ripped Supes apart but enough energy that completely destroyed the space-time he existed in and at the very least atomically destroying him. Flash was stated to be creating miniature Big Bangs with each step when he fixed the end, the Big Bang being responsible for the creation of the universe and the space-time we exist in. For the atomic destruction, the explanation scene in the hangar told us that the Boxes work by rearranging atoms which means the terraforming would be executed in said fashion. Yes the Gauntlet can also work at such a level based on Thanos’ statement but it does not always work like that since there have been dozens of uses of the Stones and they never show destruction on the atomic level. Conclusion, Supes blitzes and slams Thanos into submission. Constant attempts to use the Gauntlet or snap with alien space rocks will make Supes just rip it off and be done with it.
@@Odengi00 Yea idk why he comparing to the motherboxes lol... like Thanos almost got killed by killing half the universe... he would probably die if he destroy the universe

@@vermemmeadsf um I'm not actually. Thor and hulk are basically the same strength level. Thors best strength feat is in the billions to low trillions of tons range for moving the rings. Superman moved a tectonic plate in the quadrillions to quintillions tons range. If hulk and thor are in even in the trillions tons range thats minimum 1000 times stronger. If billions the superman is 1,000,000 times stronger. If hulks in billions and superman in quintillions the that's billions times stronger.
I feel like Superman was underplayed in this match, he would immediately neutralyze the gauntlet by freezing and smashing into pieces like he did to Steppenwolf's axe, thus no stones combining. Also the reason why the nuke affected him was due to the kryptonite gas inside of him, and the mother box Unity wasn't just a huge planetary energy explosion, but the ability to rearrange matter. And the stones don't affect beings from other universes, so Thanos is done.
welp if thanos had an idea of how Green kryptonite can damage superman massively he could just easily turn any projectile thrown at superman into green kryptonite with the help of the reality stone and then warp himself to a safe distance with the space stone so the radiation doesn't affect him and win, but of course if superman knew about all of thanos's abilities it could just become a whole different story
Thanos can literally turn the entire terrain that they're fighting on into kryptonite and Kal will die instantly, he won't even be able to escape the place...
idk man. Endgame Thanos was being out-sped by regular speed people during the whole gauntlet hot potato scene and had the stones stolen by Tony. And Tony was not moving anywhere near the speed of light. Superman's speed feats in the DCEU are pretty impressive. I don't see why Superman should be at all worried about someone who is so slow. I get that the stones could destroy Superman, I just don't see him allowing that to happen. Much of your premise of Superman losing sounds like "if Superman did nothing and let Thanos use the stones." You should also take into account that the gauntlet requires Thanos to make a fist and think about the stone(s) he wants to use. That amount of time gives someone as fast as Superman plenty of time to react, in my opinion. Maybe I am wrong. Either way, I think it would be a cool fight to see!
Power Stone is more than enough to kick Superman's ass, but let's check the other options... Thanos activates Space Stone and teleports Superman to a black hole. Superman dies. Thanos activates Reality Stone and Superman turns into butter. Superman dies. Thanos activates Time Stone and Superman becomes an easy-to-kill baby or old man. Superman dies. Thanos activates Soul Stone and Superman's soul is trapped, then destroys his body and Superman dies. Thanos activates Mind Stone and makes Superman his brainwashed slave, just like Darskeid did with the Anti-Life Equation. Thanos activates the full Gauntlet and a dusty Superman disappears from existence.
The gauntlet will only work if he makes a fist out of his hand and superman is both fast and strong enough to crush his hand. So there is a pretty big chance of him winning. Plus if he wants he can actually go for the head.
Death Battle already took care of the Superman Vs literally anyone else conundrum. Superman's power is limitless. It will always scale to what he needs. He will always rise to occasion. Unless one of those infinity stones is made out of Kryptonite or Thanos snapped Superman out of existence, it's just not logical Superman would lose. Not just against Thanos, but against literally anyone or any being. Sure, it might take his power time to compensate but, that's the good thing about being limitless.
It's more potentially limitless. He does have a limit very clearly. This is also talking about the DCEU + Snyderverse Superman, one of the most powerful versions in live action
Yet he still got hurt by a throwing axe from Thor in infinity war, Thanos needs to be able to react in order to use the stones, so it is perfectly plausible for supes to just speed blitz him before he can use any stone, basically same thing the guy is pointing out in the video
This is fact. Superman vs IG Thanos is debateable. If Superman knows how IG works, then he would speedblitz Thanos, but if they don't know each other, Superman could be clapped by Thanos. But without IG, Thanos is really nothing compared to DCEU Superman. I mean, his speed, strenght, durability, and basically everything is more than Thanos, except intelligence and no killing rules 😁😁😁
The fact that thanos never lies makes his power level so insane that he could reshape universes. He really is a mad god with those stones, even in live action
In my opinion I think Superman would win if we're talking about Thanos going to DC the stones won't work because they're not from that universe but if Superman goes to the Marvel Universe I can see thanos winning in my opinion
Ok so superman honestly would destroy thanos not because of his strength or durability but because of his speed he could take the gauntlet from thanos before thanos realizes he is there same with flash
It's a lot of what-ifs. If you drop in Superman with the knowledge that Thanos is bad news with the gauntlet - like destroy all life on Earth bad news - then Superman wouldn't hesitate to deglove him. But if it's something like a chance encounter, then I feel Thanos from Infinity War loses, and Thanos from Endgame probably wins.
Yo, so when you gonna do a how fast video for Makkari, from the Eternals, I would love to know how fast she’d have to be to do what she did in the movie. And I know your the only one who can do the math bro.
Even though the Tony Stark faction of Heroes failed against Thanos in Infinity War, we do got to remember one thing. Star Lord fucked the plan up, the plan would have fully worked if Peter didn't punch Thanos in the face while he was being weakened by Mantis. If Star Lord waited to punch Thanos in rage the Gauntlet would have been taken off. Now with that said, even though I do agree with most of your points if DCEU Superman(before their reboot plans) could beat Thanos. It is possible he could....as long as Thanos doesn't think of using the reality stone during the fight, which is the main problem with somebody with not just the gauntlet but The Reality Stone. The user can seriously fuck you up with the thing with that ALONE. Which kinda makes you question......how come 2012 Thanos didn't even think of using The Reality Stone during the Battle of 2023? He could have won against the Heroes anyway like 2019 Thanos did.......huh
I think Superman would still win because he only doesn't go full speed when he doesn't feel a need to, like when he fought Batman. If Superman knew how dangerous Thanos was, then he'd instantly go super speed and just take off the gauntlet. He doesn't even need to kill him. If Superman doesn't know anything about Thanos, then yeah Thanos wins.
Out of curiosity what would happen if you took Starro from the DCCU and put him up against the first team avengers and what if you took Loki and put him up against the justice league?
Thanos doesn't stand a chance against Superman. The Infinity Stones only work's on the universe their from & Superman isn't from the Marvel omniverse at all.
See, if you're going to suddenly subvert expectations by making this an 'in-character fight' rather than the typical bloodlusted deathbattle people usually expect out of these situations, than Thanos still loses because he's a hilariously worse jobber when you actually stop and think about it. I mean, dude has supposedly universal power far beyond what even the most ultra-wanked DCEU Superman could ever hope to do... let he gets tagged and staggered by Spider-Man of all people multiple times. And yes, I'm aware Thanos didn't have all the stones at the time. No, that doesn't matter because even without them all he was still able to do crazy things that would have won him the fights he had in Infinity War if he wasn't such a jobber. And a malthusian goober while we're at it. The thing with DCEU Superman though is that he at least cannonically abuses his speed plus his flight fairly consistently compared to Thanos really taking the stones to their full potential so much that if you're fighting him his patented super bullrush is literally going to be the thing to watch out for as his opening move. I mean, dude, did you see Man of Steel? He literally had an entire super speed fight with Zod. When was the last time Thanos went all out against someone with comparable power to him wielding the gauntlet? For the claim that says Superman doesn’t use his speed, see every fight he has. He constantly rushes Faora and Nam-Ek, he goes full force against Zod in all fights, he goes for the blitz against Batman (which is an incredibly disingenuous fight to say he doesn’t kill when he spent the fight trying to make Bats listen to him, aka not killing him), he instantly goes for the speed against Doomsday, he does it to random humans, he does it to Diana, he does it to Steppenwolf. I think the infinity gauntket didnt work on superman i thought superman had a special ability that when someone alter his body to vanish him he comes back
thanos controls space(aka distance) and time and the formula for formula for speed is speed = distance ÷ time so thanos controls the formula for speed so he could make himself far faster than superman or make superman really slow. Also he can use the mind stone to speed up his own perception so much that he can react before superman even thinks so superman wouldn't have time to freeze him
Superman is thinking like clark like a human Now kal el can kill thanos Like in superman 3 when he was exposed to black Kryptonite Splitting him into clark and kal el
only way superman beats gauntlet thanos is if its morals off bloodlust and he abuses spead to outright statue thanos - otherwise thanos 1 shots with gauntlet because motherboxes where planetary molecule manipulators and they vaped supes - gauntlet was a universal molecule manipulator
The fight would go down as such ; Superman beats Thanos only to learn Thanos actually used the reality stone and was a tree behind him the entire time and then turns him into a baby and steps on him
Why didn' he did that to Thor?? He had at least 30 to 40 seconds to do that... plus MCU reality stone has shown to have way bigger limitations than it's comic counterpart
but what if thanos tries to snap super man to ribbon, and just cant, like superman just flexes or whatever, and doesnt turn to ribbon. :P supermans powers do seem to be whatever he tries to do. so if he tried to not be ribbon, i think he would. i think you can only beat super man with punches and whatnot. he has to feel like he was beaten, to lose. like, he would have to accept that he was beaten.
Yeah I think that movie Thanos would beat the current movie Superman as long as he had the full Infinity Gauntlet and his in-game mindset. However if we hit comic Superman and comic Thanos now that would be a fight as Superman has been shown to be able to resist both reality morphine and being deleted from reality.
i mean technically superman isn't apart of the Marvel uni,and different universes have diffrent molecular structures so that means thanos's gauntlet wouldn't work on superman

Constant attempts to use the Gauntlet or snap with alien space rocks will make Supes just rip it off and be done with it.
superman got suprised by batman’s attacks becuase he was desperate and i don’t think he knew about kyrptonite

Freezing an infinity stone is the dumbest thing I've heard all day
@Confusing Zark No they don't as seen in the DC/Marvel crossover, same for antilife equation and speedforce.

welp if thanos had an idea of how Green kryptonite can damage superman massively he could just easily turn any projectile thrown at superman into green kryptonite with the help of the reality stone and then warp himself to a safe distance with the space stone so the radiation doesn't affect him and win, but of course if superman knew about all of thanos's abilities it could just become a whole different story
Superman COULD beat Thanos. That doesn't necessarily mean he WOULD beat Thanos.

I saw someone say Thanos has Uni+ defense with the gauntlet and then I said "but IronMan cut him". Then he said IronMan is Uni+ too 🚶♂️
he is off today clearly lol they are barely country level :D
I think you should make a video about super man vs Thanos without the guantlet, coz even with the guantlet humans defeated him
thats harsh truth :D
Make Thanos vs Faora 😂😂😂😂 she doesn't hold back.
Smashed purple meat for lunch.
@@thenoirknight5729 Good point. I was quoting their reasoning on why Superman beats Goku but, could apply differently to someone else for sure.
People still cite death battle as a credible source of information?
Imo it depends on which Superman were talking about, I mean, there was a superman who's index's finger tip was bigger than the entire universe itself
Space Stone + Time Stone = Superman loses his speed advantage
Thanos can't even see him xd
Yet he still got hurt by a throwing axe from Thor in infinity war, Thanos needs to be able to react in order to use the stones, so it is perfectly plausible for supes to just speed blitz him before he can use any stone, basically same thing the guy is pointing out in the video
@@DeepFriedGoblin Exactly 😅
@@DeepFriedGoblin Well Superman lose to Batman so what’s your point
@@i_almighty8250 point is superman easily destroys thanos
Let's stop associating Thanos with the IG. That was just a temporary weapon and not a common thing with Thanos.
Speed feats for Superman and Lois?

The fact that thanos never lies makes his power level so insane that he could reshape universes. He really is a mad god with those stones, even in live action
In my opinion I think Superman would win if we're talking about Thanos going to DC the stones won't work because they're not from that universe but if Superman goes to the Marvel Universe I can see thanos winning in my opinion
Ok so superman honestly would destroy thanos not because of his strength or durability but because of his speed he could take the gauntlet from thanos before thanos realizes he is there same with flash
It all comes down to whos the smartest
It's a lot of what-ifs. If you drop in Superman with the knowledge that Thanos is bad news with the gauntlet - like destroy all life on Earth bad news - then Superman wouldn't hesitate to deglove him. But if it's something like a chance encounter, then I feel Thanos from Infinity War loses, and Thanos from Endgame probably wins.
Give Superman Batman with 1 year prep time and give thanos maw
Yo, so when you gonna do a how fast video for Makkari, from the Eternals, I would love to know how fast she’d have to be to do what she did in the movie. And I know your the only one who can do the math bro.
The flash would just need to slow time down (run lol) then just take the Glove or just stop his heart
He could have won against the Heroes anyway like 2019 Thanos did.......huh
we all know if Star lord didn't punch Thanos TVA would appear 😂😂😂
@@reyesjohannchrissebastianc651 Knowing the TVA, probably lol
I think Superman would still win because he only doesn't go full speed when he doesn't feel a need to, like when he fought Batman. If Superman knew how dangerous Thanos was, then he'd instantly go super speed and just take off the gauntlet. He doesn't even need to kill him. If Superman doesn't know anything about Thanos, then yeah Thanos wins.

Does Thanos have a mom named Martha? If so, Superman can use that to his advantage.
Thanos would just use the mind stone to find Superman's weakness then reality stone to encase him in kriptonite😂
i agree but if superman had moral off he wins. When he fights the justice league with moral off they never had a chance.
MCU Thanos with the Gaunlet scales above DCEU supes and has a plethora of hax that DCEU Supes has no resistances to.
“Typically blood lusted battle”.
Congrats Thanos blitzes and one shots fodder man and then destroys his universe.
With the Reality Stone Thanos could create Kryptonite and this fight is over very quickly
Now make Alien X vs Thanos
Yeah but what about Injustice's Totally Madman Superman?
I thought the stones only worked on things from that universe.
I think the infinity gauntket didnt work on superman i thought superman had a special ability that when someone alter his body to vanish him he comes back
i agree with every thing you said
What if Superman got a hold of the infinity gauntlet
Easy. Superman wins by freezing the gauntlet. Any movement by Thanos' hand would break the gauntlet apart.
True. Superman could Freeze Breath the Infinity Gauntlet and then Heat Vision Thanos' hand off
thanos controls space(aka distance) and time and the formula for formula for speed is speed = distance ÷ time so thanos controls the formula for speed so he could make himself far faster than superman or make superman really slow. Also he can use the mind stone to speed up his own perception so much that he can react before superman even thinks so superman wouldn't have time to freeze him
Superman would have to go for the kill immediately or be snapped out of existence completely
You should do how would the Justice league stop him
Superman is thinking like clark like a human
Now kal el can kill thanos
Like in superman 3 when he was exposed to black Kryptonite
Splitting him into clark and kal el
only way superman beats gauntlet thanos is if its morals off bloodlust and he abuses spead to outright statue thanos - otherwise thanos 1 shots with gauntlet because motherboxes where planetary molecule manipulators and they vaped supes - gauntlet was a universal molecule manipulator
Thanos should brush his teeth.
The fight would go down as such ;
Superman beats Thanos only to learn Thanos actually used the reality stone and was a tree behind him the entire time and then turns him into a baby and steps on him
Why didn' he did that to Thor?? He had at least 30 to 40 seconds to do that... plus MCU reality stone has shown to have way bigger limitations than it's comic counterpart
but what if thanos tries to snap super man to ribbon, and just cant, like superman just flexes or whatever, and doesnt turn to ribbon. :P supermans powers do seem to be whatever he tries to do. so if he tried to not be ribbon, i think he would. i think you can only beat super man with punches and whatnot. he has to feel like he was beaten, to lose. like, he would have to accept that he was beaten.
No because thanos can just snap and superman would be dust or he could use it to send him somewhere
Dude do some thing about flash
Of course superman will win
Yeah I think that movie Thanos would beat the current movie Superman as long as he had the full Infinity Gauntlet and his in-game mindset. However if we hit comic Superman and comic Thanos now that would be a fight as Superman has been shown to be able to resist both reality morphine and being deleted from reality.
Thano 's biggest problem is his inferiority complex according to Afam Warlock
But wait a minute wouldn't the infinity stone be ineffective in the Snyder verse?
i mean technically superman isn't apart of the Marvel uni,and different universes have diffrent molecular structures so that means thanos's gauntlet wouldn't work on superman
now if we are talking about superman one million…
He cant. Speedbliz wont work Thanos has faced sooo many warriors in the cosmos.
Bro lot of people act like comic superman and DCEU Superman have the same behavior lol DCEU Superman is snapping nicks and torturing enemies (steppenwolf) with smile
I think so he went toe to toe with darksied and if captain Marvel can mess him up a little 1v1 superman can destroy him he's faster and more durable
Yeah but Thanos knocked out Black Panther and Broke CAPTAIN AMERICA'S SHIELD BUT I STILL VOUCH FOR SUPERMAN
Watch out the superman fan girls will hate you for this factual video
