The quad gun turrets on the halifax actually perform better (for me at least) Though the halifax flies a little... Too good that it's near impossible to descend from 6km before the battle ends

American bombers get lots of guns but weak airframes, British bombers get weak guns but strong airframes, Soviet bombers are just American bombers but replace alot of 50 cals for afew 20mm, and German bombers can go as fast as fighters, pull as hard and have 23mm delete buttons (Ju 288C).
They cut the Stirling's wings down in order to fit in the hangars, making them thicker to compensate. This crippled its performance, otherwise it may have been a much better plane.

yeh british bombers can do this especially the shackleton
