This tech tree had that infamous gun which could deliver 1850 from tier 7 to tier 9. The S-51 was scary with that gun and the 261 was insanely accurate with AP. In fact, the 261 can get 0.46 with crew skill changes, which is preposterous. The arty missions definitely need to be addressed and the whole class itself needs to be reworked, maybe with smoke shells or something, like in Frontlines. Make the class different, more dynamic.

annoying wot players bc of hate to the game. honestly artylery isn't a problem, pay to win is not fair, and there are multiple pay to win features. artlery can be buffed and just be special TDs with stun mechanic having no armor, being slow and well armored or with no armor but fast or having no armor and speed and having 2 times more health points than heavy tank, in depending on it if it have only HE or also aphe to balance it. This buff could be made if artylery *COULDN'T* aim from sky.
Edvin broke into Zwatch's home in the future to tell me to tell you to try the British line. You can do the meme thing with the tier 9. Stock gun, adrenaline rush, splash yourself at the start, 15 second reload. Perma stun. Ask Walst about it. It's pure evil.
Back when they had like 400+pen AP rounds that had like 1k+ alpha top tier arty we’re kinda fun to derp around with. And some of the lower tiers ones that were fast enough you could play as a surprise one tap machine around corners.
I think old arty without stun was fine. You were missing so often, but if you hit, you did good damage. From the receiving side I liked old arty more, because I got one shotted only round about one time in 100-200 games. That was much better than current perma-stun. The main problem of arty was never, that you could get one shotted. The problem was and still is, that there can be more than one arty per side. If WG had the old arty left as it was and only allowed to have one arty per side in a game, it would have fixed the problem.
For me at least, playing SPG is all about timing and rng. If you see your heavies pushing, supporting them even with a stun + tracked will help your team immensely. That being said, you surrender yourself to the RNG both for team and the damage when playing SPG lmao. Bat-Chat Experience next please???
There is one thing I like in artillery gameplay, it is that you have a more global tactical role. You have to analyze the whole map and provide support where it is needed the most a while adapting to how the game evolves. A good arti can be very influential and create openings. Of course there are maps where artis are useless and it would be best if they couldn't get on these maps.
@@lostboy8905 it isn't overpowered. It's broken and unfair, infuriating to play against but it is in no means overpowered. Hell, a lot of them could get a buff
You're playing clickers wrong. You're meant to ignore the enemy arty, lightly armored tanks and camping TD's. You only focus on the same tank in the frontlines for the entire game or exclusively shoot at moving light tanks and miss them all, that's the way of the average arty "player".

In a reddit thread talking about the new recon maps (I know reddit stinky lol) I saw a guy talking about how arty gameplay changed dramatically when trying to hit targets in the weather zones. Arty can see the tanks on the minimap, but in tactical view the tanks arent rendered, so the arty player has to line up their shot on the minimap rather than on the main screen. Arty might be more interesting if they just had to do that all the time. Give them a bigger splash radius but make aiming a little trickier by making enemy tanks not render in tactical view.
I believe that there is no way to balance artillery properly. The entire class could be replaced by that Frontline consumable with minor tweaks to it. You can't balance a class that can shoot almost anyone at anytime with minimal risk. Even if they did like 300dmg.

Finally arty players can have OPINION LEADERS as well.
Okay British next. It’s the only line of arty I play and that’s exclusively because the FV304. It plays more like a high arcing TD which gives it a pretty unique play as you have to be pretty active to play it well.
Wanted to add I literally have no idea what else is in this line as it’s been so long. But I know they’re not as fun as the tier 6
I define British Arty as short-ranged Arty.
Tier FV304 has no stun but it fires extremely rapidly.
Need more arty fun🤘😂
obj 268 ver 4 please
Trading range for power means you can be outranged by those who trade power for range, that's gaming 101
An extreme of this is like running around with only a knife in Call of Duty; you don''t get to demand that guns be removed from the "knife-fighting game", just because they can damage or even kill you as you approach while you can't damage them until you get close enough.
I play artillery when i was tired to play another lose random with regular tank. 9 and 10 American tech tree is good, but I was annoyed, when you're aiming eon and miss shoot because arty have tragic gun balance. This is frustrating.
10:15 do CzechoSlovakia
SU-14-2 aka "the garbage truck" 😂
Interesting that for the most of the video Zwhatsh was allergic to the "stunning" HE shells 🤔
This was so entertaning, now I want to play arta, shamefull
Will you guys do soviet medium tank tech tree ? Please
