really liked divinity at sundance, LOVED anatomy of a fall and when evil lurks. killers of the flower moon is yet another scorsese masterpiece. can’t wait for the holdovers, priscilla (seeing it sunday), and the killer.

when evil lurks is such a ride. brutal and bleak, yet still manages to be fun (somehow). It's like the unofficial third evil dead remake. Raimi, hire this guy!!

Killers of the Flower Moon is great... no shit.
The Killer was also a surprisingly poignant rumination on Fincher's career as a perfectionist. But be warned, only one Tilda scene 😢
The Holdovers is decent, but if you've seen any of the movies it's trying to emulate with its 70s aesthetic, or even watched the trailer, then you already know every single emotional beat this thing will hit.
Priscilla is peak Coppola. Definitely a step up from her last 2 films and a perfect addition to her wheelhouse.
Anatomy of a Fall was great! There are about 7 or 8 other movies I'd have given the Palme d'Or before it if I were heading the jury, but not a bad pick at all!
Still excited for Caine Mutiny Court-Martial.

That letterboxd Priscilla synopsis is a lie. Really upset with it. It’s such a dark film that doesn’t presents Elvis as this perfect man, far from it. Really worth checking out!
