This storm caught millions of people off guard. Up till the last 6 hours it was supposed to further south and more west of the Houston area. At only a tropical storm. Winds at 55mph and couple of inches of rain where I live. NOT. WINDS GUSTED TO 97MPH and we got 13.5 inches of rain and the eye hit right over us in Sugar Land. 5 days no power. Trees down by the thousands, no gasoline, no open grocery stores open. Utter disbelief.
