You’d kinda expect it from professional musicians, but unfortunately you can tell some don’t care as much as others.
But, it’s evident every single member of Polaris is passionate about the band, music, and their lifestyle as a whole. Ryan is such a legend.
I hope these guys blow up and get the recognition they deserve! Beat up and coming band I’ve been excited about in a LONG time!
Hopefully you have checked out their new album by now, because it is fantastic.

I do half a step lower, GCgcfad,for the same reason. Donk-a-donk on that G, chords in drop C, and jazz chords with that low G included.
These guys are dj0nt machines, they deserve so much more credit!

String gauge?
I'm a little late to the party but I can tell you that they use a set of 10-54 on the first six strings and an additional 74 for the low G#
As far as six strings go it's a set of 12-60.
It’s now a 10-52 and Ryan uses a .68 on the G#. Think rick still uses a .70
