Thank you. Allow me a bit of self promotion here and please go and watch parts two and three. Also this box eventually gets solar power input as well, which can be found at: ruclips.net/video/kKZ5eLRaMUU/видео.html
you prolly dont give a shit but if you are stoned like me during the covid times then you can watch all the new movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been binge watching with my brother for the last couple of weeks xD
The Projector IDC25 DC-DC charger used in the video does not support a lithium battery. You would need to use something like the 'Projecta 25A 5 Stage Intelli-Charge 9-32V Lithium Dual Battery Charger' . The wiring is the same, just a different charger to deal with the different charging characteristics required for a lithium battery.
Thanks for sharing. Trying to have a similar setup but without DC-DC converter and chargers. You've used 50 AMP fuse, what kind of equipment you were trying to power?.
The output 50 amp fuse is really about protecting the Anderson plugs and cabling for all possible uses - a lower fuse can be substituted if needed, or alternatively use a second lower value fuse in the equipment you are powering. The input 50 amp fuse is specified for that model dc-dc charger.
I'm using this video to help me make a cheaper version of theirs, I got their dcdc charger but using a different box and stuff, I've estimated I'll save about $150
I loved the comment.."dropped is indeed the word" just after he placed the battery in the battery box.
Glad you enjoyed, yes the battery is a heavy one 👍👍👍
Very good experience watching part one
