  • "Mindful Moments" are a series of guided mindfulness exercises designed for you to do with your classroom, in person or on zoom. These breathing and meditation practices are led by our Chief Implementation Officer, Dr. Asheena Baez.
    Releasing negative thoughts, filling up with positive thoughts.
    Be gentle to your body in this moment and allow yourself to slow down. Connect with your anchor spot of your breath as you center your thoughts on abundance. You are enough, you have enough. We will release self-doubt and fear and fill up with love and happiness.
    The Contentment Foundation offers scientifically-evidenced wellbeing curricula to schools internationally. Our core curriculum, "The Four Pillars of Wellbeing," includes mindfulness, community, self-curiosity and contentment & balance.
