I totally agree. I have lived in Shanghai and Hong Kong for more than 8 years. The one thing I see in these countries is the pride of who they are and what they represent. In London and Birmingham, I don’t feel anything traditionally British.

I used to enjoy weekend breaks in London, but my last visit will be my final one. My wife and I didn't feel safe at all, we were just waiting to be victims of crime. It's a terrible indictment of what our capital city has become.

Therefore, I believe that Muslims in the UK are not only unwilling to comply with and respect the local culture but may also expect others to understand or become like them. I am a Chinese person who has lived in the UK for 7 years, and I have a great love for the country. During my time in the UK, I respected British culture and customs and made an effort to integrate into the local community. However, as a medical professional, I am aware that the influx of immigrants has indeed strained the NHS, leaving many people unable to get medical treatment, which is unhealthy. Now that I am back in China, I feel very sad to see such incidents in the UK on social media. I hope that the British government can truly hear the voices of the people and make some changes.

I love living in London and seeing the multiculturalism, i can go down the street and see a Polish shop, Nigerian shop, afgan shop, fish and chip shop and restaurants from different nations. I can go to some parts of London and see a church, a mosque and synagogue and see faith leader's from all groups coming together in times of crisis. The best part of London is can seeing people from different backgrounds getting along and focusing on what we have in common rather then what makes us different. In 2003 we visited relatives in South Australia and on a beach-day near Adelaide, we got talking to a friendly Aussie woman. When she knew we were English she came right up to my face and said "where are all the ruddy English in London? We never met one when WE visited!" Also on the journey over, in Raffles Bar in Singapore, an Australian man who worked in London, said to us that he felt really sorry for the English because they were fast losing their own identity. This loss of our country has been happening for decades. Our politicians have never cared about controlling the "numbers".

I have recently been applying for jobs as my own work as a self employed tradesman has dried up. 2 jobs i was refused because i couldn't speak or understand Romanian. This from a large national facilities management company. Welcome to the UK 2024. And in my area of Nth London we have a large Turkish population, they employ their own, they use their own, they stick to their own and many, many of them cannot utter a word of English, none. It's happening all over the country!. I'm from a small town in Merseyside and i've seen a huge increase in Muslim immigrants in the past 5 years!. I choose to try and avoid them by not going into their shops!. I try my hardest to keep my money in England and with my own kind of people. 🤔🏴👍
Problem is, they are the ones buying and owning all the shops and buildings, and so many of us white British are too lazy to work and earn the money to do the same thing. Slowly, we'll see the majority of businesses owned by non-whites, and ownership is where the power lies.
I think that for real Londoners in reality the change has happened relatively slowly. I was born in East London in the late 60s. Lived most of my life there. I have also lived and worked abroad. Looking back at old School photographs from the 70s, from Infants to Juniors, my Classes were 95% plus white English. The same Schools now are reversed. 90% plus non white, non English. The fact is that over a period of 50 years the change has been creeping up bit by bit. It's only now looking at photographic evidence I can see how far it's gone. 4 years ago I moved to Yorkshire. It's like another World. I'm again in an area like my Childhood. 90% plus White English.When I look back at London now it really is like another World. I've got used to a lower population and being surrounded by people of the same Culture as myself. I've lived happily in the Far East and ASEA and no problem living in other Cultures when I'm abroad. Strangely enough the people abroad seem very friendly and happy to mix with no problem. Over here we get another type. The type that wants to take, take and take and also change our Culture. When I've lived abroad I adapt to the Culture there, learn the language, work and pay taxes. I'd never return to London now. It's a multicultural dump of unhappy people, extremely expensive and ever decreasing safety. There may be benefits to integration but they are far outweighed by the problems.

I joined the British Army when young and was sent from Scotland to England. England is now my adopted country which has treated me very well. When Scotland gets knocked out of tournaments then I wear my England shirt with pride. My eldest child born in Scotland from an English father only considers himself as English. I live in a lovely community and only two nights ago there was a big bust up in our local supermarket with an illegal wanting too many over the counter drugs. Lived here all my life and I walk to gym and back every day at age 58 and almost everyone I meet on my journey (I have mobility issues and walk with a crutch) greets me with a good morning its a lovely day. I used to enjoy weekend breaks in London, but my last visit will be my final one. My wife and I didn't feel safe at all, we were just waiting to be victims of crime. It's a terrible indictment of what our capital city has become.

Therefore, I believe that Muslims in the UK are not only unwilling to comply with and respect the local culture but may also expect others to understand or become like them. I am a Chinese person who has lived in the UK for 7 years, and I have a great love for the country. During my time in the UK, I respected British culture and customs and made an effort to integrate into the local community. However, as a medical professional, I am aware that the influx of immigrants has indeed strained the NHS, leaving many people unable to get medical treatment, which is unhealthy. Now that I am back in China, I feel very sad to see such incidents in the UK on social media. I hope that the British government can truly hear the voices of the people and make some changes.

In 2003 we visited relatives in South Australia and on a beach-day near Adelaide, we got talking to a friendly Aussie woman. When she knew we were English she came right up to my face and said "where are all the ruddy English in London? We never met one when WE visited!" Also on the journey over, in Raffles Bar in Singapore, an Australian man who worked in London, said to us that he felt really sorry for the English because they were fast losing their own identity. I have recently been applying for jobs as my own work as a self employed tradesman has dried up. 2 jobs i was refused because i couldn't speak or understand Romanian. I think that for real Londoners in reality the change has happened relatively slowly. I was born in East London in the late 60s. Lived most of my life there. I have also lived and worked abroad. Looking back at old School photographs from the 70s, from Infants to Juniors, my Classes were 95% plus white English. The same Schools now are reversed. 90% plus non white, non English. The fact is that over a period of 50 years the change has been creeping up bit by bit. It's only now looking at photographic evidence I can see how far it's gone. 4 years ago I moved to Yorkshire. It's like another World. I'm again in an area like my Childhood. 90% plus White English.When I look back at London now it really is like another World. I've got used to a lower population and being surrounded by people of the same Culture as myself. I've lived happily in the Far East and ASEA and no problem living in other Cultures when I'm abroad. Strangely enough the people abroad seem very friendly and happy to mix with no problem. Over here we get another type. The type that wants to take, take and take and also change our Culture. When I've lived abroad I adapt to the Culture there, learn the language, work and pay taxes.
I'd never return to London now. It's a multicultural dump of unhappy people, extremely expensive and ever decreasing safety. There may be benefits to integration but they are far outweighed by the problems.
Can we please have a new Capital city, somewhere up North were we've more sense
York or Harrogate would be good choices....

I joined the British Army when young and was sent from Scotland to England. England is now my adopted country which has treated me very well. When Scotland gets knocked out of tournaments then I wear my England shirt with pride. My eldest child born in Scotland from an English father only considers himself as English. I don't recognise the England of 40 years ago. I live in a lovely community and only two nights ago there was a big bust up in our local supermarket with an illegal wanting too many over the counter drugs. He got so very scary the lady behind the checkout stated that all of our local hotels were now for migrants.

If you want a warm welcome and a friendly smile from most of the locals then come to Leigh in Lancashire. Lived here all my life and I walk to gym and back every day at age 58 and almost everyone I meet on my journey (I have mobility issues and walk with a crutch) greets me with a good morning its a lovely day. Leigh is a nice town.

Britain is like a house at the coast teetering on the edge of falling into the sea. The erosion is seriously a concern and both main parties won’t stop the collapse. I see no sign of true fight in the ethnic Brits and as such the country and values of my life here are being taken from me.
I did serve in the forces and would’ve died for the country. But these days I wouldn’t expect anyone to do the same. Sadly I’m already mourning the old UK and the new UK is going to be interesting to say the least.
