Use a thin gaiter glued to the neck pieces that goes under the cowl. Then you can use velcro on the outside of the gaiter to hold the cowl in place more. But this will cover any skin that may poke through and tie the pieces together in a way that still allows some movement.

If you rough up the tpu, you can apply creature cast as a base. Creature cast is a Neoprene material used for masks and cosplay. I use it on foam allot and the beauty os that you can sand it down and use any acrylic paint to dress it up.

After removing the big stuff I did some scraping to help it get rid of any lumps/jagged spots, then hit it with some heat. For the back where you sliced it, maybe some rivets and elastic strips might sufficient to keep it in place as well as for ease of taking it on and off. Looking forward to the next parts. Why not design fasteners into the CAD file: post-and-hole or other snaptite-style fasteners like mfrs used to build into snaptite, glueless plastic models? Also, instead of TPU, why not silicone resin on the Transform for better resolution, fit, and finish? Just a few thoughts that may either improve things or not be doable for reasons my feebl mind cannot fathom. Fun stuff, though.

So then I went and instead opened the Rook (.stl) I changed the exposer in there and it appears to retain my settings but then when I open up the (.ctb) in Chitubox it still has the old exposer settings, So I am wondering do you only change the (.stl) file exposer and is it normal the (.ctb) doesn't change? Very frustrating software to use i've been google for days and can't find a decent how to Chitubox edit exposure video. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
