    Friends, I prefer to use as far as possible healthy products. I tried to use ingredients that did not cause to belly fat or weight gain. For this purpose, I used olive oil instead of oil for this. I used whole wheat flour instead of white flour. For sugar, you can choose stevia sugar, brown sugar or mulberry sugar, if available. You know that apples and eggs are sources of healing. In other words, it is a complete source of vitamins! I definitely want you to try it!
    Water glass size: 200 ml
    Ingredients:
    Apple mixture;
    3 apples
    1 dessertspoonful cinnamon
    1.5 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
    Cake mixture;
    4 eggs
    1.5 water glass sugar
    1 packet vanilla
    1 water glass olive oil
    1.5 water glass yogurt
    1.5 packets baking powder (1.5 teaspoonfuls)
    2.5-3 water glass whole wheat flour (consistency should be like in the video)
    To sprinkle on:
    1 teaspoonful powdered sugar
    Tips, tricks and secrets:
    First, prepare all the ingredients you will use.
    To avoid egg smell:
    1. In the first step, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    For your cake to rise beautifully;
    1. Eggs, yogurt, etc. all ingredients should be at room temperature.
    2. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla quickly with a whisk for at least 5 minutes.
    If you are going to use a mixer, beat with a mixer for 3 minutes until foamy.
    3. When you add the ingredients after whisking, mix them more slowly, and be careful not to mix them too much.
    4. Make sure to add the flour and baking powder by sifting them with a small mesh strainer.
    5. Bake your cake mixture on the middle floor of the preheated oven.
    For the cake to come out of the mold beautifully:
    1. Grease the cake mold with butter well.
    2. You can sprinkle a little flour without spilling the cake mixture.
    Preparation:
    When you start making a cake, first grease the cake mold.
    Then prepare the apple mixture.
    Wash the apples, peel them in a separate bowl.
    Chop it small and thin as in the video.
    Add cinnamon, granulated sugar and flour and mix well.
    Use a large bowl to prepare the cake mixture.
    First, break the eggs, add granulated sugar and vanilla.
    I used a whisk. Whisk quickly until foamy for 5 minutes.
    Add olive oil and yogurt. Mix gently and briefly.
    Then add the whole wheat flour and baking powder, sifting them in a controlled manner.
    First add the first 2 water glass flour.
    Add the remaining flour little by little to give it consistency.
    Mix gently. Be careful not to mix too much.
    When the consistency of the cake is like in the video, add the apple mixture.
    Make sure it is mixed completely in a short time.
    Pour into a cake mold that you have previously greased with butter and sprinkled with a little flour.
    Bake on the middle floor of a preheated 170-degree (340 F) oven for 50 or 60 minutes.
    The cooking properties of each oven may be different. Controlled cooking is important.
    After baking, you can check whether the cake is cooked or not by inserting a toothpick into it.
    Wait 20-30 minutes after the cake comes out of the oven.
    Then remove the cake mold by turning it upside down on the tray.
    Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top using a small mesh strainer.
