It was great having Dad pick up the camera for that update on the pad. Please let him know that there are a lot of us who would enjoy having him on more frequently.
I think your dad would be good on camera more the knowledge that man has for farming and engineering we appreciate it if he could share more years of knowledge awsome guy
Zack, As soon as your dad started to speak I had to pause the video and comment. He’s a natural. It does my heart good to see someone who started out looking pretty uncomfortable with the process ( and truth be told maybe a tad skeptical of the value of it all) to someone who is able to fill in for you when needed with confidence and comfort. I see now where you get it from. Kudos. Great job.
Zach's dad is a natural with the camera, and he is a good narrigator. Maybe Zach should give his dad a camera to fill every day. I'm looking forward to his next day with the camera.
I came across your channel when I saw a random thumbnail of your two oldest finishing the harvest. I have been hooked ever since. I am a 40+ year old female that has never lived or worked on a farm, but I found your content to be educational, interesting, and the presentation of the content just draws me in. I especially love your sense of humor. It's also a great to see the whole family is involved. Your dad and Jim are priceless. I also really enjoy it when you travel to other types of farms and bring us along. So many people will never get the chance to experience your content firsthand, which makes it all the more important and interesting. God bless everyone involved with your channel.
Agree fully and it's great you clicked on that thumbnail to find something actually wholesome on RUclips that you can actually share. You couldn't explain your reaction better than you did just now so, well done! I've either been a farmers grandson of a 900 acre century milk farm or a stepson of a 9,000+ acre grain farmer/Agco dealer and just watch while I'm playing games out here to see the life that I'm actually missing out on. I see you like Rust, so be careful. If you buy Farming Simulator 19 and keep up on Zach here, you might just feel like a farmer too...just zero risk. Anyway, welcome! We love this family.
Really like watching you and your Dad handling the struggles farmers face on a daily basis. Breakdowbs, building projects, crop care and of course your interactions with your pets. I hope you and the kids won some races.
Oh, my! The sacrifices a Millennial RUclipsr makes just for his subscribers. I'm sure we don't really appreciate how hard you have it, and the extremes you endure just for us! 😲😁 But we do understand your humor, because that's us, too. 😉
The military has some really nice setups for containing fuel. We used to park our fuel trucks within a pad and it held about 800-900 gallons in the scenario of a spill. We figured it by water. Rained alot in Washington State. We used to measure the water we drained. We did run it through a filtration system so anything other than water was captured. Just felt the need to put that out. Lol
When you set up the containment, don't forget to sink a bucket in the low spot to pump out rain water. have the electricians put an outside outlet on the pump setup, run and extension cord and put a sump pump in the bucket to get rid of the excess water in your containment area. We did it in the ranch house in the basement hooked it in to the sewer line to the septic tank and it really saved headaches. The co-op I worked at built a concrete containment for a roundup tank, didn't put in any way to get excess water out, and leaving that extra water from our portable sump pump not going all the way to the floor was a real headache. Skeeter central. And the potential rust problems.
Only gonna be 112 here in 🌞 Sunny AZ. this weekend Zak , your dad will love it, good tanning weather !! 😂👍 Glad I’m retired and can stay in with the A/C, floor & ceiling fans going !
Yes I’m from OSHA and was wondering if you could show the video of hooking the crane to the big tank? Just kidding I’m not from OSHA. Still like seeing true Americans getting shit done. Thanks for being a farmer and growing our food. Nothing but respect! God bless you!
Brilliant to have Nathan do some camera work, really loved it, and hope we might get some more from his view. Maybe a Nathan and Jim video, love them guys 👍
Hi Zack Joe from Ireland. Watching your vids for the last 2 years, farmers son, in construction for the last 20 years, 2 little girls and the boy. Great to see the relationship you have with the auld man. I remember how my auld lad was. 😂 Keep it up, your doing your family proud and if you ever decide to cross the Atlantic drop me a text , your very welcomed in Ireland. Keep it up, can’t be easy. All the best Joe
Hello, Can you let everyone know how important it is to know about grain bin safety. We lost a 47 year old neighbor today in a grain bin accident. He was a volunteer fire fighter for our township. His older and younger brothers are fire fighters as well. Thank you for all that you do.
Your dad needs to grab the camera more often. He sounds so confident while he’s filming. Good job dad!!
I was thinking the same thing
100%
Maybe Nate can get his own camera and maybe Jim can get one too
Love seeing a father support his son. Zach’s dad grabbing the camera shows he really supports him even if it’s out of his comfort zone. 😁
Well it was a very quick and precise segment. So I wonder how much out of the comfort zone that actually was. I thougt it was really cool,
Boomer Farmer Channel?
That and he must certainly know how much money the channel makes them on the side so of course he'd help
A significant amount of money. Big asset to cash flow I'm sure ?
@@dudleydunce yeah lol

I think there could be a new channel in the making "Gen-x Farmer" featuring Nate 1.0...lol
Thank you Mr. Johnson for filming for us while Zack was away! We appreciate it! Well done sir!
Your Dad did a great job filming, I didn’t grow up on a farm but sure enjoy watching your family working on the farm.
Awesome that your dad had the camera for a while love the videos Zach.😊

I wonder if you ask Jim if he'd like to video tape a little , what his response would be ??? Lol...that would be humorous content.
Zach's dad is a natural with the camera, and he is a good narrigator. Maybe Zach should give his dad a camera to fill every day. I'm looking forward to his next day with the camera.
You should make a equipment cleaning station with your extra space
Dad did a great job with the camera. Maybe we’ll hear more from him in the future.
Need more Dad content please! He’s hilarious. Loved the “We’ll probably be buying that back…” comment, had me actually laughing out loud.😂
A big hello from a small town Thurles in Ireland 🇮🇪
Love seeing Dad on the Camera👏🏻👏🏻
Am I the only one who feels like "Dad" earned his own camera this episode? Who's ready for "Dad Cam"?
I smiled when your dad took the camera, he did a good job
