A monument I would want is a big dragon arena, perhaps in a big cave where dragons can go fight and humans can watch. Another idea would probably be dungeon where dragons can have a sort of parkour run where you have to jump and can't fly, depending on if npc's or not are a planned feature, could give them some resistance and possibly a skin or unique horn decoration as a reward for completing it. I don't know any of the maps or regions but either secluded in a dense forest or in the side of a mountain obscured by rocks. it would probably be a safe zone where dragons in it are either forced to work together or leave from the area Edit: in terms of names, it could be the springer's ruins or just leave it nameless for the sake of horror factor, maybe making it a horror dungeon where you can't fly and have very hard to kill enemies with puzzles to escape and or trap the beasts
entry for the monument question! name: Primal Caverns size: small type: ruin/cave region: rocky desert description: a hidden opening between the desert rocks leads into a dark, yawning cave lined with ancient footprints and imprints of long forgotten sea creatures (something like ammonites, trilobites, crinoids, sea lilies, coral, etc.) and littered with smaller bones, while the fossil of something large, perhaps a primeval serpent or ancient whale, loom overhead from the ceiling... watching. I imagine this monument could be a collection point for some unusual materials, like chalk, dye (red/orange/yellow ochre maybe?) or another way to gather some bones for crafting.
1. Croaking Chorus 2. Medium, not as big as a city but not tiny either 3. Dungeon, sneaky-type or raid 4. Jungle 5. The lair of a massive group of Williams. If you are spotted you will be chased out by the Army Williams. At the center of the nest is a massive untame-able Giant William that guards a ton of eggs in a William-dug pond. The foliage of a giant-woven-nest makes 'rooms' that are pretty much impossible to push or fly through. Rewards for defeating Giant William is a large clutch of William eggs and a lot of high quality William loot (skin, meat, bones). You can also sneak up behind Giant William and steal eggs when Giant William is asleep, if you can avoid the attention of the patrolling Williams. Large adult dragons cannot fit through the nest's tight mazelike hallways/woven tunnels.
Name: Ancient Wreck Size: Small/Medium? Depends Type: Ruins/Loot (Hostile) Region: Coastal An ancient ship wreck, pirate ship in style and it's purpose would be loot both in treasure form and maybe in marital form? Perhaps it has some gold lost by the pirates when it crashed, maybe some special large loot that is worth something if humans collect it to sale but also would be something worthy of being in a Dragons hoard making it desirable by both parties. If these pirates (or whoever they were) had other cargo, like seeds and spices, if the ship made it a little inland, these seeds have sprouted into wild gardens of veggies or fruits that can't be found in other places. Both eatable for humans as well as herby/Omnivore Dragons. Also making it a small but contested area
@@devanpretorius451 well there is nothing in our game that would stop you from flying if you have wings of course and dragons are just animals in our game they are not smart but it is an interesting thought.
Love the update videos! Here’s a monument idea: 1. Bone Valley 2. The monument itself would be the size of a large or medium city 3. Safezone 4. It would be in a sort of canyon desert biome, with giant jagged rocks 5. The monument would be a town/city that has built itself into the skull of a giant dead dragon. They use the skull for protection against outside threats and build many houses/buildings out of sandstone on the inside. A town square would be in the middle for markets and trades. One of the eye sockets of the dragon skull is used as a “watchtower” and has a bell in case someone spots danger on the horizon. Keep up the good work! Everything looks great!

Not sure if something like this exists already, but it could make an interesting exploration point... 1: no name, but something along the lines of Ruined Ceremonial Grounds 2: the grounds themselves are medium in size, it could perhaps be placed within a ruined town or fortress that once protected it 3: It would be ruins, you could certainly be attacked here. 4: A jungle or forested region would be neat, anywhere it could become overgrown and become unkept. 5: Uncertain if the people of this world would worship gods/dragons, but it would be the abandoned and/or destroyed ruins of a town or fortress where worship once took place. It would be located near a larger town, perhaps being the town's precursor but not easily found. The surrounding town would be comprised of destroyed buildings where people and/or temple keepers would live, protected by a stone wall which is now covered mostly in vegetation. Toward the back of the ruin would be a larger structure with an altar within, where a stone statue of the god/dragon would be placed. The statue would also be worn down with time, maybe missing a few limbs and with vines covering the majority of it. This location could be used as a hunting ground for certain ai creatures, so if you were looking for a particular creature, perhaps it would make it's home here.
guess checking back in March is a thing, hope we all live long enough to see this flesh out, id love to support this project when I am sure it will happen
5:19 Imagine minding your own business in the field collecting flowers, and all of a sudden a 5 ton hunk of teeth and scale comes galloping towards you like this 😭 My soul would cease to exist
1. Crystal Lakes 2. Small maybe medium sized 3. Loot area 4. Somewhere in desert dunes hidden among them 5. The monument itself is a collection of small lakes filled with crystal clear water, the lakes themselves are all surrounded by limestone and the waters are highly toxic and release toxic fumes but they attract many explorers hoping to become rich as they contain a unique crystal which forms in the water, the crystal itself is a useful crafting material for any experienced smith or a jeweler. Btw love the new vulkan model ❤
Monument idea: Name- wyverns ridge Design- looks like a stretched out wing ready to fly Region- coastal cause it provides shade on a beach Coastal wyverns like to gather there for mating season in the summer. I may use this in my own dragon survival game but it would likely have a different design than yours if u choose this idea😊
Monument idea: 1 William the great. 2 Extra large. 3 A puzzle zone that if you complete you will obtain an OP weapon called "The William's grace" 4 In the forest of the first map. 5 The Monument is a challenge for declare who is in the grace of William.
2:34 Love the new Icy Crown!! Especially the new wings size & longer tail🤩 Also, love all the muscles on the new Vulgan, but I do agree I like the old head shape way more, kinda looks derpy old man now 1:48 😅
Love the consistent updates, always excited to see more from you guys! Keep up the great work and please take care of yourselves 💙💙 Monument Ideas: - Crystal caverns/canyons? These are always so cool to see in games, especially with glowing crystals and big mushrooms! Quest area? Gathering area? - REALLY big tree. Something that a lot of dragons could feasibly perch on! Maybe with some magical roots or glowing cracks in the bark. It could be like a "town", or safe area. - A big temple? Something half buried or overgrown with big, stained glass windows could be very fun to find in the wilderness. Maybe depictions of ancient gods? Could be for story or lore! - Some gigantic skeleton. Underground, buried, or half submerged in a desert would be awesome. Could have a bit of fun lore with it, or be a quest area. edit: - Also I cannot say enough that cold/snowy areas are so underused in games. A temple or old church on a frozen lake could be very cool!
No magic in our game and we are aiming to have a somewhat realistic world so a large tree would have to be a real species of existing tree although it is an interesting idea
I just want to say that you and your team have done an absolutely amazing job and you should all give yourselves a pat on the back for what you have been able to do in such a short amount of time. I know you probably get people comparing you to that one other dragon game(cough) all the time but it’s hard not to when the proof is in the pudding when it comes to how easy it is to just be transparent with your players, to show the work you’ve been doing and actually putting in the effort to make a playable game that everyone can enjoy. Watching the progress of this game and the concept art has me wanting to design my own dragons again, I know it’s wishful thinking but I’d love to see a wyvern type dragon that’s more sleek and slender, maybe similar in design to caraxes from house of dragons. Either way I look forward to seeing where this goes and ill be here supporting it the entire time.
Love the videos and very excited for the game! Monument idea: 1. Ice City Caverns 2. The monument would be a very large city 3. Safe-ish zone for young, small, or cave dwelling dragons with some areas for possible loot if humans decide to wander into the dangerous depths. 4. It'd be in a large, open field of snow. 5. The Monument would be a large, ancient city of unknown origin that has been buried deep into the snow for years with only three entrances in the form of tall towers for anyone to enter into and perhaps, never return. Once you enter down into the depths you'll find yourself in a large ice cave with stalactites hanging above with sunlight beaming through the cold ice above during the warmest of days and next to no light during the coldest of nights or the heaviest of storms. Below are sprawled and varied wildlife that has adapted to the cold and unique biome they found themselves in, with some varied vegetation growing on the side or on top of buildings taking in as much sunlight as they could before it disappears, glowing an eerie blue as the plants store extra sunlight, not too dissimilar to how a cactus stores water, for the long dark. In this biome, dragons of varied species have called this place their home as it provides the basic needs such as food, water, and shelter for all sizes; some places have small hidey holes for small and young dragons to hide in from the larger threats while there are plenty of areas for large dragons to spread their wings and fly, while also being relatively dangerous to those not native or those not adapted to such as environment. Humans wandering in not prepared will quickly get lost in this large and dark cave and eventually killed either by starvation, or by the local wildlife. However, if they do manage to survive such a harsh and dangerous ecosystem, they will be rewarded with all sorts of treasure and artifacts that was left by the ancient civilization long ago, and possibly can't get anywhere else. It's this very reason many humans adventure down to these ancient depths, for a chance of great wealth and treasure or die trying. Whether it be the cold, the dark, the wildlife, or the dragons themselves, there's nothing that can stop them from finding the hidden treasures beneath the ice. Although there might be a reason why this civilization went under... and perhaps not by their own hubris. Something large, sinister even. Lurking under the ice and snow... slumbering...
Just found about this today, and I'm excited for it :) No money to donate at the moment, but watching the development eagerly atm. I don't know if you'd want to, but you could look at putting something like the Pink and White terraces that New Zealand had in your game, as a monument or a natural feature. It has since been destroyed by a volcanic eruption in the 1880s. It was a large deposit of silica, and appeared like pink or white cliffs, with water pooling and creating mini, gentle waterfalls off of it, leading to a large lake. The images of it are beautiful, and I feel like as a natural wonder it could suit your game.
1. Temple (to either a specific god of humans or otherwise) 2. Small to Medium 3. Safezone 4. Could be found in any biome, or based on choice 5. A smaller/medium respite zone, either made of sturdy material or in larger sizes built like aztec pyramids style that would allow the humans to receive some types of temporary buffs or experience upon praying in it, as well as hiding from the undesirables within.
1. Forgotten Sect 2. Small/Medium 3. A neutral place of interest, not a safe-zone but can be hidden in. Rare loot spawn. 4. Swamp/Bog 5. Loot spawn could include possible on-theme items such as a sacrificial knife, maybe some sort of bone accessories(jewelry?), or even a cool looking sword made from deer antlers or something else eerie idk (trying to give some dark fantasy, creepy vibes). For the structure itself, it could be a little ol decrepit, abandoned religious building/church half submerged and tilting in the bog/swamp (possibly accessible from a hole in the wall underwater by aquatics/semiaquatics?). Made of a combination of rotting wood and crumbling stone, with a couple rotting pews inside? Could have a cool witchy, eerie vibe, maybe a permanently burning candle in one of the stained glass windows to draw people to it at night(possibly collectible)? Perhaps Pagan-inspired! Love the work you guys do!! The constant improvement and passion y’all have is refreshing :)
Amazing updates! So excited to see this game’s release and for it to become completed! I love these sort but in-depth videos! I do have a small idea for a monument I’m not sure if anyone else has thought of this but I’ll put it down anyways! 1. Dragon battle arena 2. Doesn’t have to be huge just big enough two adults dragons could have good combat. I’d think of a large tower like structure for interesting arial combat 3. Not exactly a safe zone 4. I’d say somewhere off the coast maybe in the centre of a mountainous island 5. With your addition of a human combat arena I’d think a dragon one would be a really good addition, players could fight with ai dragons and player dragons for maybe a prize such as taking the horns or scales off another dragon to add as a accessory or be able to get exclusive skins if you win enough battles. I think it would be a fun way to get more players interacting with each other as well as having guaranteed places where players can meet!
1.wanderers cavern or ore skull 2. medium 3. safezone 4. desert or forest 5. a large skull of a dead creature from long ago is partially borrowed into either the ground or cliff face. other bones of the creature scattered around the area but never a full skeleton. this skull being the entrance to this town. the towns houses, shops, stables, etc. are carved from either the stone cave walls (forest) or from the hard sand (desert). some parts of the cave celling are open, giving a bit of natural light. this town focuses more on harvesting and selling of rock based materials like irons, gems, etc. they could also be proficient in keeping and harvesting small cave dwelling creatures. at night the eyes of the skull at the entrance are lit up by small torches giving the skull a more intimidating appearance that keeps smaller weaker creatures away. maybe having the flames colors change every other night to really express the ore and rock material based lifestyle.
Maybe a maze with a water source inside and some plants and small ai? Like a huge maze in a very dry area like a desert and like either you get lost and die or your able to get threw and have something like a oasis. Size is large and yes its a ruin
1. Monument Name: Origin (Mother?) of Dragons 2. Large ( or Extra Large ) 3. Safe zone ( Skeletal/ ) 4. Costal 5. Extra large Skeleton/Petrified bone of a dragon where, like human cities Dragons gather and possibly see it as sacred or holy ground. A sort of counter and or balance for dragons so that like human cities. Activities or other things of the nature could be held or done, though I admittedly don't know what that may be as I'm not aware if Dragons would have currency or trade or the like. If that concept wouldn't work then an adjustment to ruins would be the change I would make personally.
I dont know if its to late to post this but i will anyway lol 1. Forgotten Library 2. A small library sect 3. Safezone In a major city 4. In major city...hidden 5. And something along the lines if if you go around the library and read certain books on the lore and go to the head librarian or like a main large book in the middle and correctly order the lineage of the cities leaders you recieve a buff or maybe a single piece of an armor set. Then you can place these "hidden libraries" in a few places to recieve the full buff or full set. But they must be hard to find to encourage actual exploration.
Lunar point It would be a puzzle, something to do with moon cycles and the moon in game It would be located on top of cliffs, could be in either a forest or canyon biome, anywhere with a rocky high point It would be a loot box upon completion, food etc to restore health, armours if human, essential items, it would also drop a map indicating whats safe to eat and not, and what wildlife is safe or a threat (in form of map for humans, gift of knowledge for dragons) Nothing too much, but nothing too simple either, knowing while solving the puzzle asbits not a safe zone anyone could kill you etc and carry on from where you left off, once opened it resets not too long but long enough you cant go back and try again, say like an hour real time or something If fail the puzzle could set of traps or something......something fun, but also challenging
monument idea: The Hive, medium in size, safezone/ruins, rocky cliffs, The Hive was once an ancient ruin that has been repurposed by a group of small dragons (vitreus) as a safe place for other vitreus to live but its only safe for the vitreus as anything else is not a part of the hive and considered hostile, when a hostile creature is in the area then the warrior vitreus(which spend most of the time hibernating) will attack having natural armour(but being slower) and stronger acid, while one would be easy to fight 5-10 is not. this entire thing is just for inspiration so if you do like it dont feel like you have to keep any of the details
here is my mounument idea ^^ also awesome video Name: The Serpentspire of Xaldrathor Height: The Serpentspire stands at an imposing 150 meters (492 feet) tall, making it visible from miles around. Width: At its base, the monument spans 40 meters (131 feet) in diameter, tapering slightly as it rises into the sky. 1.Material: The monument is forged from dark obsidian and ancient dragon stone, with veins of glowing crystal embedded throughout, giving the structure an ethereal, otherworldly glow. Purpose: The Serpentspire of Xaldrathor was erected by an ancient civilization in honor of Xaldrathor, the World-Serpent, a mythical dragon believed to have shaped the world in its primordial chaos. 2.Guardian of the Realm: The monument is said to house the spirit of Xaldrathor, which protects the surrounding lands from invaders and dark forces. The power of the dragon is believed to be channeled through the monument, creating a barrier that wards off evil. 3.Temple of Worship: The Serpentspire is a place of worship for those who follow the ancient dragon cult. Priests and devotees gather here to perform rituals, offer sacrifices, and seek the dragon's blessing. 4.Ancient Library: Hidden within the Serpentspire are vast chambers filled with ancient texts, magical tomes, and relics. These are said to contain the knowledge of the dragons, guarded by eternal flames and enchanted traps to protect the secrets from unworthy hands. 5.Beacon of Power: At the peak of the Serpentspire, a massive crystal known as the Eye of Xaldrathor glows with the dragon’s fiery essence. This beacon serves as a lighthouse for travelers and a reminder of the dragon’s ever-watchful presence. It also channels energy that keeps the land fertile and the people prosperous. 6.The biome or safe Zone more then likely in Coastal, the Forest. Description: The Serpentspire of Xaldrathor is a towering 150-meter monument of dark obsidian and dragonstone, glowing with mystical energy. Erected in honor of the mythical World-Serpent, Xaldrathor, it serves as both a guardian of the realm and a sacred temple. The spire houses ancient knowledge and channels the dragon’s power, its peak crowned by the Eye of Xaldrathor-a crystal beacon that illuminates the land and symbolizes the dragon’s eternal protection.
If the game was high fantasy i do think that would work and is a super cool idea but our game is low fantasy think game of thrones with a little more fantasy elements
I love this. Suggestions: The movements of the dragons are weird and stiff. They move strange and erratically, almost like they're finger puppets or like they're glitching. I like the dynamic movements they have, running, air diving and take off, just gotta smooth everything out I suppose as this game is still in early development. Dragons are pure muscle and move more fluidly and powerfully. Smooth out the walking and running and its weight distribution during movement. And slow down the steps a little. Not a lot. Of course, these dragons you have are unique and have different motions and movement from regular animals or stereotypical dragons. But the Vulgan and Icy Crown especially move as if they were in fast forward all the time. They're twitchy and spastic. I dunno. Hard to explain without visuals. Hope this helps.
What you are seeing in game is walk , jog and sprint. Jog is either a slowed down version of sprint or a sped up walk this is because they are stand in models and were in the progress of getting new animations however the new models have put a stop to that c:
Monument Name: Dragon's Rest Size: Medium Type: Ruin/Loot Region: Desert Description: Four sandstone pillars stand tall above the ground, with one more adorned pillar at the far back of said four pillars. This near central one is in a shape of a curved dragon's head. Of their claws holding what resembles a stone tablet. This stone tablet has four slots that are missing their pieces. The slot pieces are scattered far and wide. Yet the four pillars resemble hints as to what they are, what order and where they're maybe located at. Each pillar basically tells a story, in itself of four beings. Once the puzzle is complete by having four human players with the puzzle pieces. That can be traded and placed in at the same time. An opening would appear below the statue, where stone chest lays. Containing armour and a weapon. As well as a journal of five odd friends. One being a dragon. To fight against a much mightier dragon that brought terror where ever to goes.
if there could be a useful monument to use, i would have to say a type of totem pole XL edit: is used as a waypoint to help both dragons and people find where they are Edit: I didn't specify well the rest of my suggestion since I was heading into slaver- I mean, work for the day
no name yet but it is a small safe zone near a beach on the coastal part of the forest map it is a small town with a man made pool with a glass roof and mulitple aqutic wild life inside. the town has a obseshipn with protecing hunting or studying small aquitc animals including a few small dragons a humam player can buy fish or ship themed items and a small aqutic dragon player can sneek into the pool used for study might get protection or food if they sneek in without the humans relizing that they are not supoed to be there. gamplay wise its just there so hatchling, small aqutic dragons or dragons with little defence can hide in a well devinded place untell there have to leave also i like the idea of a science loving town you dont normaly see that in fanticy games. sorry for the spelling
1. Breath's Open Maw 2. Extra large 3. Ruins/Loot area 4. Coastal/Oceanic; whatever map it best suits 5. Imagine this. A jagged, stony maw so large it could swallow dragons whole. A throat so dark only crystals jutting from it's insides illuminate the way down. A stillness only broken from the large gasps of air taken, as those who emerge from the depths, and into the mysterious ruins of the underbelly of the sea. Come explore the wonderous rib caverns inhabited by creatures most have never seen and search for a legendary treasure only spoken about in whispers and rumours.
I genuinely adore this game and I am SO EXCITED to see where this goes, but will the weightiness of the dragons be improved? As I play I can’t help but notice that the dragon (the ice crown especially) feel a TAD lifeless. Just a bit! For example, the flying feels a bit blocky and slow. I feel like it should be very fast with billowing wings catching air currents with barrel rolls and such. I also feels like the emotes lack weight when the animals stomp or bite. Of course I completely understand that this game is in early development and tons of things will change! Still CANNOT wait to see how this game progresses!!!
Monument idea Name. Dracoa Large size monument safe zone A city on a higher altitude like in mountain valley Discription - A city ruled by dracoans ,a race of half human half dragon, this is hospitable for both human and dragons, a place where human and dragon players interact peacefully. For players playing as human and their friend as a dragon this place is connection point Dracoa allows guilds which include both humans and dragon thats why this city is the strongest city in the world with strong human and dragons in there army
Im not sure why you call them monuments when your description would be more like a point of interest, it confused me. Regardless; 1. Timeworn Crevice 2. Medium, about the size of a wal-mart floorplan or smaller 3. Ruins 4. Cavernous, can appropriately appear anywhere with large hills or mountains but a forest feels best. 5. The remains of a relatively small human foothold or military installation carved into the side of a large hill or mountain, that has collapsed over time. To navigate it is like a small maze due to the (meta-strategic) locations of the collapse. If a player finds their way through to the end, they can find loot in the form of an appropriate weapon or armor piece(s) in line with the time period of the location. The entrance would not be obvious, just a crevice in the side of the mountain or hill, rewarding exploration. Perhaps someone would notice that something was amiss due to their eye being caught by the bits of tile carved into the ground just inside. Smaller creature playables could enter, but likely wouldn't find much use for it but shelter. Decor would consist of such things as timeworn armor stands, weapon stocks, barracks or bunkroom et cetera. It would be to function like a puzzle more than anything with a treat at the end. Nothing remains fully intact but the loot at the end of the maze.

An ancient library that can tell the player about the native wildlife's likes and dislikes and and other stuff large under a town
think that would be more of a building

This location could be used as a hunting ground for certain ai creatures, so if you were looking for a particular creature, perhaps it would make it's home here.
an interesting idea for sure
What an improvement on the icy crown run! Every update is just better and better, what a joy to watch the growth of the game and team.

2. Small maybe medium sized
3. Loot area
4. Somewhere in desert dunes hidden among them
5. The monument itself is a collection of small lakes filled with crystal clear water, the lakes themselves are all surrounded by limestone and
the waters are highly toxic and release toxic fumes but they attract many explorers hoping to become rich as they contain a unique crystal which forms in the water,
the crystal itself is a useful crafting material for any experienced smith or a jeweler.
Btw love the new vulkan model ❤

Monument idea:
Name- wyverns ridge
Design- looks like a stretched out wing ready to fly
Region- coastal cause it provides shade on a beach
Coastal wyverns like to gather there for mating season in the summer. I may use this in my own dragon survival game but it would likely have a different design than yours if u choose this idea😊

1 William the great.
2 Extra large.
3 A puzzle zone that if you complete you will obtain an OP weapon called "The William's grace"

Monument Ideas:
- Crystal caverns/canyons?
Either way I look forward to seeing where this goes and ill be here supporting it the entire time.
thank you very much for the kind words it really means a lot to us on the team and who knows maybe if there is enough love we could maybe add it
The icy crown looks amazing with the changes. Can't wait to see it in-game!
thank you very much
This game looks so good I can’t wait for the tech demo going to play so much when full released
Love the videos and very excited for the game!
Monument idea:
1. Ice City Caverns
2. The monument would be a very large city
Marvelous job!!!!
thank you-!!
Appreciate the candor and updates. Wishing the team a full recovery
thank you very much we try to be as open as possible.
thank you for this level of chunk
1. Temple (to either a specific god of humans or otherwise)
2. Small to Medium
3. Safezone
4. Could be found in any biome, or based on choice
5. A smaller/medium respite zone, either made of sturdy material or in larger sizes built like aztec pyramids style that would allow the humans to receive some types of temporary buffs or experience upon praying in it, as well as hiding from the undesirables within.
hmm intresting
1. Forgotten Sect
2. Small/Medium
3. A neutral place of interest, not a safe-zone but can be hidden in. Rare loot spawn.
4. Swamp/Bog
1. Dragon battle arena
2. Doesn’t have to be huge just big enough two adults dragons could have good combat. I’d think of a large tower like structure for interesting arial combat
3. Not exactly a safe zone
4. I’d say somewhere off the coast maybe in the centre of a mountainous island
5. With your addition of a human combat arena I’d think a dragon one would be a really good addition, players could fight with ai dragons and player dragons for maybe a prize such as taking the horns or scales off another dragon to add as a accessory or be able to get exclusive skins if you win enough battles. I think it would be a fun way to get more players interacting with each other as well as having guaranteed places where players can meet!
this is a very interesting idea hmm
1.wanderers cavern or ore skull
2. medium
3. safezone
4. desert or forest
5. a large skull of a dead creature from long ago is partially borrowed into either the ground or cliff face. other bones of the creature scattered around the area but never a full skeleton. this skull being the entrance to this town. the towns houses, shops, stables, etc. are carved from either the stone cave walls (forest) or from the hard sand (desert). some parts of the cave celling are open, giving a bit of natural light. this town focuses more on harvesting and selling of rock based materials like irons, gems, etc. they could also be proficient in keeping and harvesting small cave dwelling creatures. at night the eyes of the skull at the entrance are lit up by small torches giving the skull a more intimidating appearance that keeps smaller weaker creatures away. maybe having the flames colors change every other night to really express the ore and rock material based lifestyle.
thats an intresting idea although maybe a little Cliché at this point
@@TheWingsOfDawnOfficial could we comment more ideas or is everyone allowed to only make one because I have another idea I would like to suggest?
Yessss I cant wait for this game 🙏🏾🙏🏾😭
thank you-!
Maybe a maze with a water source inside and some plants and small ai? Like a huge maze in a very dry area like a desert and like either you get lost and die or your able to get threw and have something like a oasis. Size is large and yes its a ruin
going to have to describe what you mean by a maze is it man made, is it natural, what is it made of, what was its purpose etc
1. Monument Name: Origin (Mother?) of Dragons
2. Large ( or Extra Large )
3. Safe zone ( Skeletal/ )
4. Costal
Dragons are not smart they are just animals so they wouldnt really have any form of safezone
I dont know if its to late to post this but i will anyway lol
1. Forgotten Library
2. A small library sect
3. Safezone In a major city
4. In major city...hidden
Ive got this dragon figurine it would suite well in your game
nice
Lunar point
It would be a puzzle, something to do with moon cycles and the moon in game
It would be located on top of cliffs, could be in either a forest or canyon biome, anywhere with a rocky high point
It would be a loot box upon completion, food etc to restore health, armours if human, essential items, it would also drop a map indicating whats safe to eat and not, and what wildlife is safe or a threat (in form of map for humans, gift of knowledge for dragons)
Nothing too much, but nothing too simple either, knowing while solving the puzzle asbits not a safe zone anyone could kill you etc and carry on from where you left off, once opened it resets not too long but long enough you cant go back and try again, say like an hour real time or something
If fail the puzzle could set of traps or something......something fun, but also challenging
Is the vulgan a falcuative biped
its only going to be bipedal for attacks and emotes such as roars in some cases otherwise it has no funtional use in game.
monument idea: The Hive,
medium in size,
safezone/ruins,
rocky cliffs,
The Hive was once an ancient ruin that has been repurposed by a group of small dragons (vitreus) as a safe place for other vitreus to live but its only safe for the vitreus as anything else is not a part of the hive and considered hostile, when a hostile creature is in the area then the warrior vitreus(which spend most of the time hibernating) will attack having natural armour(but being slower) and stronger acid, while one would be easy to fight 5-10 is not. this entire thing is just for inspiration so if you do like it dont feel like you have to keep any of the details
I am really looking forward to this product, everything is done perfectly
and I like everything 👌
Thank you very much
here is my mounument idea ^^ also awesome video
Name: The Serpentspire of Xaldrathor
Height: The Serpentspire stands at an imposing 150 meters (492 feet) tall, making it visible from miles around.
Purpose:
The Serpentspire of Xaldrathor was erected by an ancient civilization in honor of Xaldrathor, the World-Serpent, a mythical dragon believed to have shaped the world in its primordial chaos.
@@TheWingsOfDawnOfficial if needed you can downgrade my idea :) make it more simpler for the game if u like it. doesnt have to be exact ^^
I love this.
Suggestions:
The movements of the dragons are weird and stiff.
Monument Name: Dragon's Rest
Size: Medium
Type: Ruin/Loot
Region: Desert
Description: Four sandstone pillars stand tall above the ground, with one more adorned pillar at the far back of said four pillars.

Just have to wait 30 more days for the next one
or you could head over to discord for weekly updates :3
if there could be a useful monument to use, i would have to say a type of totem pole XL
edit: is used as a waypoint to help both dragons and people find where they are
Edit: I didn't specify well the rest of my suggestion since I was heading into slaver- I mean, work for the day
are you asking for a dirt pole like in minecraft xD
Nah, a wood one, that has carvings in it
Indicated by whatever tribe the totem pole is closest to
So will there be bipedal dragons (similar to Ark's dragon)?
if you head to our discord there is a section called #about dragons in there you will find all of them c:
no name yet but it is a small safe zone near a beach on the coastal part of the forest map it is a small town with a man made pool with a glass roof and mulitple aqutic wild life inside. the town has a obseshipn with protecing hunting or studying small aquitc animals including a few small dragons a humam player can buy fish or ship themed items and a small aqutic dragon player can sneek into the pool used for study might get protection or food if they sneek in without the humans relizing that they are not supoed to be there. gamplay wise its just there so hatchling, small aqutic dragons or dragons with little defence can hide in a well devinded place untell there have to leave also i like the idea of a science loving town you dont normaly see that in fanticy games. sorry for the spelling

Monument idea
Name. Dracoa
Large size monument safe zone
A city on a higher altitude like in mountain valley
Discription - A city ruled by dracoans ,a race of half human half dragon, this is hospitable for both human and dragons, a place where human and dragon players interact peacefully.
For players playing as human and their friend as a dragon this place is connection point
Dracoa allows guilds which include both humans and dragon thats why this city is the strongest city in the world with strong human and dragons in there army
we dont have half dragons or any other races like this sadly and dragons are just animals so not really going to be friendly most of the time

keep in mind it doesn't have everything on it the one you saw is with out all the features
Im begging you add this game to console in the future my PC probably wont be able to run this very well 😭
Im not sure why you call them monuments when your description would be more like a point of interest, it confused me. Regardless;
1. Timeworn Crevice
2. Medium, about the size of a wal-mart floorplan or smaller
3. Ruins
