Happy new year to the entire family and may God grant all your hearts’ desires this year. You can roast your tomatoes and baigan etc in your new oven. Just place your tomatoes along with whole pimentos and whole garlic head in an oil greased baking dish, swirl around the tomatoes so that they are coated in oil as well, not too much oil, just enough for the tomatoes not to stick to the dish. Turn on the grill function and place the dish directly under the flame. Once the vegetables get black, turn over so the other side can roast. Prepare as you would normally mix the choka. Tastes just like if it was roasted on a grill and you also get your roasted look.
