@Mark Weins - You've had too many great episodes/vids to count. Some just joyous and happy. Some that are powerful and emotional truth bearing, but this is one of my favs to date. I've made some friends from Trinidad and Tobago that moved up to the Pacific Northwest of the US (Seattle area) and learned a little bit of the cuisine and culture, but a person can only tell you what they know. This is just awesome! What remains true to what I've found is a generally warm and caring people with a very grounded foundation of what it is to be a good person. And the foods you are eating with them looks and sounds so delicious!

From India,
Manju.
As a Trini who has lived in England for almost 30 years, watching this brings so much joy to my heart. I only discovered this channel yesterday and have been watching all of the videos in this series. It makes me proud, homesick, hungry and everything else in between. I can’t wait for my next trip. Trini to de bone!
Looks all delicious Trinidadians food is soo unique! Uncle Clyde's pasta is one of a kind fire on top fire at the bottom - that was a unique oven!❤
The landscape is spectacular!happy people!
I'm glad Kezzianne showed the other big thing about Trinidad and Tobago, we have the prettiest women on the planet, and I've traveled a lot, Trinidad is one of those places that you keep your head on a swivel because you're constantly breaking your neck to look at some pretty girl and Kezzi representing hard

Wow I love my country TNT 🇹🇹 the food is everything, the vibes, the island life! My mouth is watering
that guy so skilled with his hands and holding the knife to do all the cooking and peperation,/cutting with, just amazing wish i could be at the level.
Really enjoy seeing these videos in Trinidad. I was born in Port of Spain and haven’t been back since I was 12. Such a beautiful country. I miss it; got to go back soon. I also remember the enamel cups that my grandmother always drank her tea out of and the food is phenomenal.
Auntie Julia, you remind me so much of my own mother when she went in the kitchen working those hands beautiful things came out and you remind me of her thank you Mark
You meet such exciting people on your journey that's why I enjoy your videos so much the food also but certainly the people
Mark, thanks for bringing us awesome eats across the globe. I can't wait to make that trip to T&T!
"Better belly Buss, dan good food waste". Love that quote. I love my country 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
My hometown, i literally couldn't stop smiling for the entire video. Love in d house
love in de house 😂
Wonderful to see Mark, grace us with his presence...I follow him a lot.. I'm pleased to see every meal he tasted, there was pure joy and pleasure on his face.. welcome to T&T🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹
Beautiful Good Morning Uncle Clyde ❤, the panoramic views of the Paramin mountains ⛰ are absolutely spectacular. No other foodie vloger face lights up like Mark's when he eats. .🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧🇧

I'm from Trinidad and Tobago and still never tried some of these foods or been to these places, so I'm very thankful for theses videos so I can go visit these places and enjoy these foods. Thank you!
Wow wow wow, I am speechless. I've never been to Paramin. You've perfectly encapsulated a part of my culture that I am yet to experience. Amazing food, people and plenty love in d house. Yuh get through Mark. Lol. Amazing! Looking forward to the rest of the Trinidad and Tobago series. #proudtrini
Thank you Mark for such an awesome, awesome video . Trinidad is so beautiful and the food to die for. My next stop.
There are people right in Trinidad who think that Afro Trinbagonians arent farmers...so this is good for those people that dont go anywhere and have very limited mindsets. Lots of Afro Trinis supply the markets with food.
Real talk 👍🏽
The people of Paramin have been farming these hills since 1783 (Cedula of Population), when they came from the French colonies.
True👏👏👏
I enjoyed watching this video especially seeing the use of the calabash and the enamel cups. I was surprised to hear that in T&T they also have tom tom. In Suriname it is made with green plantains sometimes mixed with cassava. Its good to see the culinary similarities and traditions of our Caribbean culture. Mark Wiens another great video and you always put a smile on my face. Blessings to you🙂🙏🏾🇸🇷🇸🇷
Thanks for watching 👆text my trader Jeremy if you are interested in investing in crypto to making large profits tell him I linked you.

When I was young in the sixties in Trini my Mum made it with green Plantain..

Big up uncle clyde. Feel like hes my own uncle. Happy he was able to pair with mark wiens and represent us up north west
I am so glad you came to my wonderful country, Trinidad and Tobago and got to experience the food of Paramin which arw a tradition thoughout. It was from your visit to Jollof Kingdom, Senegal 🇸🇳 I learnt where our tradition of making green seasoning to flavour meat originated. Green seasong is an integral part of our food that was transported from West Africa.
Can't wait to see more from you vist to Trinidad and Tobago. #visittrinidad
Finally a actual review of what Trinidad and Tobago food culture is about …. 😢it’s goes beyond the street food
Right!!!
Yes facts wanted to comment but the last time I was called a racist for stating the obvious.
@@keronbrooksjoseph61 me too when I look at other reviews it seems like Trinidad only does street food AKA doubles and roti.
Goes beyond doubles.
