It's the top upgrade on the torso, you can get it for every power armor
Every power armor except raider (not like anyone uses raider anyway lol)
The best power armor is surprisingly Mk6 hellfire power armor, it outclasses X-01 and X-02 "Black Devil"

X02 is better
Gordon Freeman (codsworth will say “ Mister Freeman” ) I personally also use a mod called “T51 for life” and is much stronger than the X0-1 power armor. I just like the way the T51 looks. But thats just my opinion.

Nuka World DLC, in the Galactic Zone. You need to find every star core in the game to unlock the display case it's in.

The X1 Series can be found without DLCs, I can't exactly remember where but It was in.... Lexington...? I think?? Somewhere trinity tower and Diamond City if I remember right. Been some time, you can look it up on YT, its how I found it.

@@catboi6464 depends on whether or not you want action points faster or just a few more points of pure damage resistance (X-02 MKVI)
either way, i always go for looks as i have enough stimpaks to feed the entire commonwealth

TBH my character always uses the glitch to get that armor. So yeah my character is usually pretty low level and pretty poor, but has end game level armor lol

Not everyone is a huge masochist that likes artificial difficulty that is wildly unfair.
This guy seems likely to have been max level. Of course you’re not going to find a game challenging when you’re maxed out and have one of the best power armours in the game, as the video says.
