Brad. You are clearly a man of style, taste and sophistication. I see you have some beautiful choice of wrist watches. Cheers of the Tudor BB. Looks gorgeous
I’m considering the Q for a family/travel camera, so glad to hear you make use of it during a wedding environment, that can be challenging. How does it perform in low light reception environments? Is the AF good enough, or do you have to rely on MF sometimes?
Hi Craig, the Q is good in low light, it's a old camera (by todays standards) The AF is really good and I feel confident to use it in any situation. The only thing that lets the camera down is the buffer, you've only got around 8-10 pictures before it starts buffering. It's a fantastic camera!
Brad, Great video . Had a question why I can't sync my SL2 with the SF40 flash? Have no problems getting TTL to work with SL2S and Q2. Setting same all three.
Which weddings do I have to shoot to have such a budget for my gear? :D The q2 (monochrome) would certainly be my go to camera if price wasn’t an option!
great video while looking for flash options. considering the 24-90 you have, suggest? I have a 50 1.4 but looking for a good all around lens without needing to change lenses lens.
Hi Mark yea the 2490 really is great! They've also got the 2470 2.8 that's cheaper. Maybe worth going to your local dealer and having a go for yourself :-)

Its great to see huge similarities to mine. SL2-S, Summilux 50 SL, 24-90 SL, Contax 645 with hasselblad 110/2 and M9 (or M9M) with Noc 0.95 ASPH
Nice watch Brad. You have great taste in timepieces and photography kit imo.
Cheers Michael
Hi, thank you for sharing your photography equipment. Could you please do a video on profoto on camera, off camera demo with Q and SL. Thank you!
profheesh thanks for the comment, made a note of this! 👍
Very exciting and of course expensive bag

Brad Wakefield Thanks Brad - appreciate the reply. Be well.
Hey Brad, nice video and good to see someone use the Q and SL for work. Quick question, how do you trigger the Profoto flash units with the SL?
Hey Darryl, thanks for your message! I use the Profoto Air Remote, I forgot to mention it in the video :-)
Brad Wakefield Thanks for getting back to me. Which Air remote are you using and does it only give you manual mode on the flash units ?
@@DarrylCarey Hey yeah it's all manual no TTL sadly, however I used manual wireless flash for years so for me there's no change.
Thank you!

What is the watch strap you are wearing on the Rolex?
How did the ‘patina’ happen on the Q lens hood edges?
Hi the watch is a Tudor Black Bay with the Tudor black nato strap, the camera has been used a lot. It's just general wear and tear.
You mentioned about the Q’s buffer, what SD card are you using to help with that? Or your go to especially during weddings.
Can’t remember, does Q have two card slots too and also was it’s only difference with Q2 in 47 megapixel size ?
Just one slot Blake, shame isn't it! My understanding is that the Q2 also has weather sealing and takes a different battery.
