    Hi Victoria, thank you for your lessons, a lot better than private lessons. I always wanted to sing, so 8 years ago I took pivate lessons. Why so late? Because I was shy, I am shy, and I never had the courage to be the girl who wanted to sing...the girl who wanted. For 5 years I took lessons, and even when I stopped I had always take care of my voice, because I never felt sure and confident about it. My voice was cracking, I was pushing and straining. RUclips was my support and I tried to understand what was wrong with the way I was singing. I never sung a song to my relatives because of that, "after all these years (and money) I never sung a song, and I never had progresses." My boyfriend made my wanted to insist on it, to keep trying, even thou I was so tired and frustrated (oh the power of love!). So I found you. With you I learnt that everything was wrong, and my voice teacher never told me. How I used diaphragm, how I pushed my throat, I had to learn everything from you. But now I am free. I sing all the time. I need to sing, when I sing my spirit fly in all the directions, in all the dimensions, I feel free in the air, like a feather. Thanks to my love for helping me to keep trying, and thanks to you for have freed my voice. Ciao e grazie dall' Italia ❤

    Another amazing gem! Victoria sets the benchmark so high for her counterparts on RUclips, always producing and delivering "first class" content! She never dissapoints with every lesson: clear cut, engaging, practical, informative with contagious energy and sense of humour.

    For me is very important what you did on your videos
    Diction,like style,vibrato and the personality on music have the same scale if we want to sing PRO.
    The practics of voice,every day,makes the diferent between many voices.

    Love your videos, Victoria 😊. I watch them during the week between voice lessons, it's nice to spice it up. Also, the more I listen, the more I learn these fancy words; Legato, Diction, choppy, "strange" hahahaha. MMMMMMMWAH (a kiss, Legato)

    Hey Ms. Victoria! I have studied your videos and they seem sooo helpful! I’ve tried to do the things but I constantly have throat tension. I’ve watched all of your videos and done all the tips! I used the three finger technique and the sound was pure but I couldn’t keep that sound.. I’ve tried to do different vowels and everything and I can’t seem to find a solution! I can only sing one note that’s flat with an open throat but as I ascend it goes straight back into my throat. If you have any thing that can help me I’d be so appreciative! You are an amazing teacher and I wish I could take lessons in person with you!

    • @Victoria-Victorious
      @Victoria-Victorious  2 года назад +2

      Have you tried starting with speaking the vowels like I show in this video: Beginner Singing Practice - YOUR TOP 3 GOALS!!! ruclips.net/video/sWC6Ciyxa9U/видео.html ? What about spoken sirens! As far as the 3 fingers, start with them on the next and remove slowly, then go back & forth.

      @@Victoria-Victorious Yesss! The problem is I have a hard time speaking “normal” ever since my voice started changing from puberty I’ve wanted to feminize it and make it higher than it seemed so I think I squeeze my throat. I don’t think I even speak correctly i’ve tried to look up and see if there’s tention when I speak normally and there is! I am honestly at a loss..

    • @plum9686
      @plum9686 2 года назад

      I’ve tried many different ways to speak but every time it’s the same squeeze feeling and i’ve gotten so used to it I don’t feel it anymore! I think I have definite vocal damage

    • @celebrationsongs

      If your speaking voice is stuck in a higher register your muscles involved will have shortened and tightened. I had that and went to a specialist in London. It was torture as he massaged and stretched all my tight muscles and afterwards my voice relaxed into a natural lower range and my singing freed up. There wasn't vocal damage.

    Miss Victoria, I'm 65. It's it too late for me to learn to sing? I'm not looking to sound like a 17 year old. Just to sing clearly and on pitch. Thank you, I love your videos!

    • @Victoria-Victorious

      No way, Kris! 65 is not old! It is never too late to start singing. I have had students start at age 75 and learned to sing beautifully.
