I'm currently re-reading the Percy Jackson series again, and I just finished the Titan's Curse and started the Battle of the Labyrinth. So this was a nice review video for me to watch. I think my favorite scene is the Dam scene where their making all the jokes. That always makes me laugh. How do you feel on Rachel Elizabeth Dare so far? You know more about her later on in the series. But I personally really like her. And what about Bessie? What did you think of him? I thought that he was an interesting character to add.

I liked Bianca's character because of the fact that she was the daughter of Hades and was afraid of death. That really was a cool aspect on a child of Hades that I really enjoyed.
Actually, I can understand why Bianca kind of was tired of taking care of her brother, I mean, that's the only thing she did in her life but now that she was at Camp Half-Blood I thought that she could get more friends and she didin't really had to leave the camp so she could start having kind of a life (damn gods) so I think that the hunt was a bit unecessary
I've always thought that they wanted them so young so that they are not in the middle of puberty. I imagine it would be easier to swear off boys forever if you're not swimming in hormones. Also, I'm happy you've finally met Nico. He is probably the most complex character in the entire series, and the favorite of most of my friends.

“You promised.” OMG THAT PART WHERE NICO REALIZED BIANCA WAS DEAD I CRY EVERYTIME 😭😭😭 Nico saw Percy as a real hero just like the ones from the stories and the game he was obsessed with. He thought that Percy was perfect a hero who couldn’t possibly fail. He made Percy promise in such high hopes that Percy would fulfill it. But Percy isn’t a perfect hero. And when Percy told Nico about Bianca’s death, it shattered him because he trusted Percy. He believed in Percy, but Percy wasn’t able to be the hero Nico thought he was. That. Scene. Killed. Me.
There were so many great moments with Percabeth. Their dance at Westover Hall was so cute and then Thalia called them out for just standing there not doing anything. 🤣 I also love how they both share a silver streak in their hair since they both held up the world. I hope it'll be kept in future books. In this book, you can definitely see that Percy has feelings for Annabeth, and when she sees Luke or he's mentioned, he gets jealous knowing she still has feelings for him still. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about Thalia. I do find her a little annoying but the part when she decided to join the Hunt and said good-bye to Percy and Annabeth and she hugged Percy and considered him a friend was so sweet. From that scene, I started to like her character a bit more. As for Bianca, I liked her but I also disliked her because of what she did to Nico. I understand because of how long she took care of Nico and she wanted to do something with her life but she pretty much left him to fend for himself and he was always worrying about her. She then sacrifices herself. I don't think it was the right choice. I also didn't like Zoë at first but after hearing her backstory that she was disowned by her sisters, I felt bad for her and started to like her more. Her death though was one of the saddest. Even though she was poisoned by the dragon, she still kept on fighting, and then when she passed away, she became a constellation and was seen running in the sky holding her bow and arrow. That part was so beautiful. How come when there is a character you start to like, they're always killed off? It's so unfair! 😔
something you have to remember about the hunt is that it's based on an actual greek myth, and back in those days 14 was an age when girls often had kids of their own, so considering that the average age makes sense

I think an aspect of The Hunt that everyone forgets is how back in Ancient Greece that it was a revolutionary idea for girls because they didn't have to marry. Most girls were forced into marriage at a young age without much consent and to have a goddess who stands up for them is great. One of the reasons Artemis is my favorite goddess

This will forever be my Favorite Percy Jackson Book, It so underrated. ZOE NIGHTSHADE IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE BOOK CHARACTER.

I found having Thalia and Percy together instead of Annabeth and Percy together was so interesting, since Annabeth and him work so seamlessly together and Thalia and him have this constant bickering sort of back and forth that I loved
