That was a beautiful walk Shanita, no wind at all. It is nice to see old land repurposed too. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Chris. It was a nice area and walk and so local too. Thanks for support. 😊

Nice to see more of you in front of the camera Shanita. I particularly enjoyed your "changing clothes" scenes 😁 A gorgeous Autumn day you had there. I've been to Hollingworth Lake once, need to return. I must say I loved your piano chords for "Field of Dreams" with the piano solo 👍

It was just the beginning of Winter with a break in cold weather. Glad you approved of my appearances in this film. Also the fast change of coats went down well with you. Nice to know you liked 'Field of Dreams' which I wasn't sure was as good as other arrangements. (If interested there's a link in the description above, to the music video of Field if Dreams linked to the animal sanctuary. Hope you are well and thanks so much Patrick👍

Nice to see the sunshine beaming down on local scenes Shanita. Brearley Farm made me smile. I used to know the old farmer there, Leonard (died a few years ago). What a character he was, a real old-style farmer. The place was almost falling down when he lived there but is much nicer now.
The last time I was at Lanefoot Farm I tried taking the public footpath that goes past the farm buildings and the owner tried telling me it wasn't a public right of way! I said I new that it was and that I'd report her to the council and she soon acquiesced!
A lovely walk and film which makes me want to revisit some of those places.
    Best wishes, Chris

Interesting you mentioned about run down places along Brearley Brook. I believe Pastures New no longer exists except under the name of Lane Foot Farm for horses. You are right to challenge rights of way though. It was early winter sunshine when walking this route. A third attempt as previous times we didn't finish for various reasons e.g. microphone malfunctioned or fog conditions. As ever thanks for continued support Chris. All the best Shanita.

Another delightful excursion into our local countryside. A classic autumn day.

Glad enjoyed. It was one of those days that turned out right in terms of weather scenery and route.

Hi Shanita, lovely comment by Michael about the great joy in life to be out and see natures gifts!
Loved your filming of the plane trail in the water, and the bridge reflection, wow that was very clever!
Thanks as always for sharing your walks with us. A real pleasure!

Hello Anna. Thanks for mentioning about the plane and bridge reflections plane in the canal. If something catches my eye it tends to be part of filming. Pleased you also found pleasure in sharing our experiences. Hope keeping up with your walking too.🙂

@@CountrysideWalking The longest walk we ever did was in Haworth to the falls, phew it tired us that. This was 2 years ago. Need to get into habit, when weather picks up. I always think of you two when we are in nature. Just shows you both inspire!!

@@annacollier2936 We walked Haworth a few years ago. Think that one is uploaded somewhere, but we went up to the ruins on Haworth Moors, (linked to the Bronte Sisters).

We actually did the first part of that walk last Thursday but turned left at Pastures New animal farm (very muddy) and back through Littleborough, it turned into a dull, cold day unfortunately. Much prefer your route. Also did the Rochdale canal from Littleborough to Todmorden last year but part of the canal was closed for repair so no boats to see sadly. One of my favourite areas for walking. Enjoyed that video with nice relaxing music "Field Of Dreams" as always Shanita.

I think few viewers are familiar with the areas we walk. We turned right after passing Pastures New which began the ascent up to Chelburn. So many areas link up together around there. If interested I have put a link above in description for the music video 'Field of Dreams' and animal sanctuaries. Really appreciate your continued support Steve. Cheers.
