Philosophy nerd here. The concept of "dialectics" was popularized by GWF Hegel in the 19th century and is arguably the most influential philosopher of modernity. The fact that the guy on the left (sorry I'm not aware of your name) used the terms synthesis, antithesis, and thesis indicates that he's had at least a philosophy 101 class :) His example of muscle atrophy vs. hypertrophy is also a good example of dialectics: In order to build muscle you must first quite literally tear it apart. Dialectics was originally devised as a way of analyzing history (look at the pendulum swing of Democrat to Republican to Democrat, etc.).
I'm a provisional psychologist and absolutely love your videos, I have binged many and have found them so conceptually and practically helpful. Just a heads up, if the mistake in the edit at the end of the video was intentional then it is disarming and humanising. However if it is an accident I thought I should flag it so you can trim it out :)
Hahaha, niggling? Don't you mean nagging? :) Anyway, I thought this was a great review. I find similar benes of Vyvanse. Very smooth. I do best with the 40 mg dose. It started to bring back memories of other experiences, like I had a good laugh over your description of how it felt with your short acting Adderall at the work place, haha. I also remember having slept better when a small dose (no more than 5-10 mg) of Adderall was added for my evening time, once home, with chores still to do, etc.
