This is how I tint the VW beetles or GTIs! I pull down on the bottom and leave some excess as well and it’s a game changer!
Beetle rear window Is a bitch, and the plastic squeegees they supply scrap the film in anyway, so nah, I've done my rear 1/4 sides and left it like that.
Don't have time for all this nonsense, beetles curve in every direction

Why didnt you state how the tint is being help up in place in order to shrink it, nimrod?
It is held up by soapy water.
I have precut tint for my car (for months now) but I’m afraid to even try to install it. I want to so bad, but can’t make myself do it.

No I usually don’t have to but it wouldn’t hurt at all.
Bro can u shrink all tint? Such as static cling, etc. if not, which one are shrinkable?
If tint couldn’t shrink it’d be impossible to install
