- G'day guys, today being Remembrance Day 11/11/19 we pay tribute to those brave men and women who have served or are still serving in the military.
"They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them."

The first time I heard this song I cried my eyes out because I knew the story of Sgt Jared Monti. Today I cried more feeling your pain. I am so sorry for your loss. 🙏❤️
I thought I was finally done crying when you were finally ready to talk and then you talked about your brother and I wasn't done. I'm so sorry for your loss.
One of my favorite country songs. Lee's songwriter wrote it after meeting the father of Medal of Honor recipient SFC Jared Monti who gave his life trying to rescue PFC Brian Bradbury when he was hit by an RPG. The rescue hoist they were using failed soon after (though it's unclear whether the RPG was the cause) which lead to a long fall which also lead to the deaths of Bradbury and SSG Heathe Craig. Three incredible Patriots who gave all.
I hope their friends and family live at peace knowing their sons, brothers, husband's, and friends will forever remain legends among men.
Beautiful reaction, truly. Your little brother just snuck in a hey big bro moment. That’s a beautiful thing. God bless you and your little brother. ❤️
I'm sorry about your little brother man. I used to sit in my grandpa's truck after he passed (it wouldn't run) just to remember and him. I'd sit in it and drink a beer. You'll see your brother again.
I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my big brother in Afghanistan, I know the feeling. Don't apologize for those emotions. They are real!
So sorry this upset you. Amazing how ppl grief in different ways but yet the same.. I remember the reaction when you told us about your brother. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. Never apologize for being real. We are all human. I love a true reaction & they are definitely not always happy ones.
No apologies needed.
*punches in the arm because of the tears*
~_^ Thank you, Sir.
We just never know when something is going to trigger a flood of emotions...one of the hazards of being a RUclips reactor. I love your videos because you experience the music with intense emotions whether happy or sad or introspective. Don’t apologize for that. I’m sorry about the loss of your brother. I lost my older brother over thirty years ago.
This video earned you a subscription. Very few individuals are this real on this platform. Credit to you and I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my dad when I was a kid and that’s what this song reminds me of. I cried right along with you.
Same. Lost my dad at 15, his parents a year later and my mom a few years after that. Stuff like this often gets to me. All you can do is pick up the pieces and surround yourselves with people who can support you.
Love this song man it gets me every time
Be Blessed ... my Condolences on your loss.
I cried with you brother.. this was beautiful.
My heart breaks for you big man, you'll see him again some day. Much love to ya.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have 2 brothers and I love them with all my heart and it would kill me to lose either of them. I am so sorry for your loss
This song was written after a father told Lee about his son who died overseas while in the Army. He told Lee the only way he felt close to his son after he passed was to drive his truck. Lee won a CMA or an ACM award for this song and the father was Lee's guest at the awards show and he brought the father on stage with him when he won to thank him for allowing him to write the song about his son.
I am so sorry for the loss of your younger brother. Thanks for being so real and transparent, sharing your life with us. Music speaks to all of us. The universal language! Big hugs and much love to you! Most of all, prayers!💜🙏💜
I set here with an infected foot as an diabetic. My life is empty and I have no family. But I have love and I send it out to you. I truly love you guys.
First time here listening to your channel though this was done two years ago. This song always causes an ache in my heart when I hear it. Lee Brice can really bring it on! Thank you to those who died fighting for God and country.
May I say I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother. God bless you. 💕
They are never really gone because we remember them in our hearts. God Bless!
Thoughts an prayers to you man....no shame in tears! Sry for you're loss!!!!
Thank you.
Beautiful, just beautiful....I know that you know music will help you heal... And you know that it was NOT a coincidence that you picked this song...Don't apologize to us, please!!
I know this is a 2 year old video, but I just saw it and I want to hug you. I always cry when I hear this, for the loss and the hole people leave when they're gone and that ache that comes and goes in waves. Today my tears were for you. I'm so sorry for your loss! 😪💔
Another great song is "You Should Be Here". It has a similar meaning to this one so if you do a reaction to it just be ready. Tears are a true sign of humanity and realness and I love your channel for that reason above any other reason. Looking forward to seeing more from you. It's great to see emotion in a reactor. I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. I lost my father some years ago and there are a few songs that I put on anytime I want to just think of him and let the tears out. Doing that helps me to cope with all of the stresses of life. Keep up the good work
I’ve done my share of driving with all 4 windows down, Stevie Ray Vaughan or Linkin Park blasting out 4 and me crying like a banshee. Music helps you release and express what you NEED to express. Sending love and peace to you now and hope the last two years since you posted this have been kind to you.
I'm so sorry for your lose. I lost my older brother and he had a pick up just like this but it went to his daughter. I know your pain. God bless you.
Thank you for doing what you do. Today is the first time I have seen your videos. I think you for being real and for not trying to hide your emotions. I recently lost my dad and lost my brother about 25 years ago. Each day is a struggle. Please keep doing what you do. From Michigan USA.
Hey man I'm only 13 but I am so sorry for your loss. I know what it is like to have someone so close to me move on to a better place. I wish you the best in life, and god bless you and your family, man.
So sorry you lost your bro, my dear
God Bless You for this beautiful, real, honest reaction.
Mom & Dad asked if i wanted derek's truck....i did not have money for payments to keep my baby brother's truck. He loved that truck and was proud of it because it was a milestone in his life that he came from being homeless, Drug addict....to a grown responsible many...sober, office job in his company and he purchased his 1yr old truck...i was so proud of him..i still am...i also could noy bring myself to visit the stone in the ground..he is with mama now....their waiting on me & daddy.....i love you bubba..tell mama hello for me😢
Awe, I wanna give you a hug. Beautiful song, sung with so much passion.
I remember the day my bestfriend passed away ( In 2006...we were 17) she passed just months before graduation...she had been sick all her life ... i grew up helping her...being with her...i use to give her piggy back rides to and from class when she tired .... she loved horses and had a horse she adored...at her funeral the only thing i saw was her horse.... he was standing there...and i just stared at him .... her parents would tell me to come and be with the horse and even ride her horse but I didnt...I couldnt ever get up the courage ...I regret that now ....oddly I "felt" her at the cemetery..I visited her everyday ...I laid next to her on the grass and told her everything and it helped in ways I didnt realize until now ....people cope in so many diferent ways and no way is ever wrong
Back here for a second time and this song punches me in the gut every time
I have my nephew's truck who passed when he was 16. Always feel like he's riding with me
4 years ago I lost my best friend of 25yrs. We met in kindergarten and stayed friends all the way until the day of his death. He wasn't just my best friend in the entire world. Blood or not he was my brother. This song makes me cry every time I hear it because I actually use to go to his mom's house to drive his truck when I would start missing him. R.I.P Terry Allan Beasley.
I'm sorry to hear about your younger brother. He will forever be with you
thanks for being real & not afraid to show your emotions
I just lost my brother to Covid I know the pain this has hit me hard
Ohhh wow I just found this ! Omg ❤️ wow best reaction im so so sorry ugggg I felt this wow
Same reaction i had when first heard Lee Brice sing this
“Every time I listen to music it kills me.” I love that! Change those choachellafesters into stagecoach-folk
Im late here to this. Im so sorry for your loss. It hit me as well.
Love your reactions. Genuine, vulnerable, real.
Two Remembrance Day songs I highly recommend are Brothers by Dean Brody, and Highway of Heroes by the Trews.
A father called in to a radio station to talk about his son who was killed in the service in said he drove his son's truck that's where the song came from.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dear little brother. I’m sure he knew you loved him. As hard as this was thank you for your realness as your reaction will help others see how much their brothers’ love really means. My wife and I were gonna stop after our first son was born but ended up having another because we wanted our son to have a sibling in life and it’s amazing how close they’ve become and how much they love each other. There need to be more songs about brotherly love. The one that comes to mind is Who You’d Be Today by Kenny Chesney. It’s a great song and thanks to Country Music we have these real songs that we can relate to which hurt a little but heal a lot. I love so many genres of music but find as I grow older that I gravitate to Country Music more and more.
Next Remembrance Day you should listen to Radney Foster's "Angel Flight (Radio Tower Remix)"
Prayers to you and your family on losing your brother . Losing someone close always hard whether friend or family . He is watching over you
I'm with you. I lost 2 brothers in two years to motorcycle wrecks. Both under 30. It's hard
We are right here with! Tear and all. Just know our hearts are full for you.
This one hit me hard, my brother in law lost his baby brother last week, just 41 yrs old. The funeral is this Saturday.
I'm very sorry for your loss.
I lost my oldest brother 6 and a half years ago. He passed at only 32 years old. My other brother and I carried him to his final resting place. I grew up admiring and looking up to him. I’ll see him again.
Great reaction. Very sorry for your loss. Just my opinion, but I don't think you(we) should have to apologize at all for showing emotion to music or anything really. The older I get the more of a baby I seem to become. :) I lost my younger brother, 11 and a half months younger, to cancer back in July 2014 at the age of 47. This song came out just before that. It means so much to me. I thank God for giving me the gift of music to help get through some of the hardest times in my life. I would bet that I'm not the only one who feels this way. This song was definitely one of those songs for me. I listen to it often. We had a great aunt and uncle who owned 1400 acres with a number of open fields that we used to take the old man's truck on and "tear it up". I have wonderful memories of all the fun, crazy, sometimes scary times with him. It's really helps to remember when I think about him, especially when I hear this song.
This song hits me hard as well. It's not the same thing, but a little over a decade ago, my brother/best friend in the world ended up doing something stupid and has been in prison for the last 11 years. I used to drive his big F-350 around all the time remembering when we used to ride around together. Unfortunately, he and his wife got divorced and the truck was sold, so I don't have that anymore. This past year has been especially hard on me, because I usually go up to see him in June for his birthday and at Christmas, and I wasn't able to see him because they don't allow visits right now with the COVID thing, and I haven't seen my brother in over a year now. It's hard dealing with all this, and I even get to talk to him every week on the phone. I can't imagine losing him forever. Like, I would literally die if I lost him. He's been my best friend for almost 40 years now. I am so grateful that in another seven years he will be a free man again.
PLEASE DONT BE SAD. IT HURTS MY HEART .
I know this is old, but reading the comments is nice to know I'm not the only one that can't make it through this song. 😢
Damn man. Sorry for your loss.
New guy here. Thank you. Listen to more. Love it!
When they showed the guys family I lost it
Don't be sorry for feeling the loss of your brother. (Hugs)
It’s been awhile since I’ve been this emotional

3 Doors Down - Citizen Soldier. Disturbed- Indestructible
Look up Kyle’s Song by Kolton Moore. I listen to it when I miss my brother.
Power of kountry
Yeah, that one is extremely sad.
Please do Kane Brown 'Homesick" Nost of these make me cry. Love your reactions son.
Fuck Kane Brown, he ain't a real country singer.
@@tomaskubota4388 You are entitled to your opinion.
What's your opinion is he a country or pop singer?
@@tomaskubota4388 I think he is a little of both. But I like most of his music. But I am a grandma and we all know our opinions don't count. :)
@@aleset1 I respect your opinion I just find it funny that I'm 19 and that my favorite singer is Willie Nelson and I don't like new stuff and you're older and like the new stuff.
OOOOoooooooo da' FEEEEEEEEELS...….. booyeah………..tru' dat...…….. here's to the ones who came home in a box. (removes hat, bows head, one minute of silence)
I'm sorry about your brother
Pat seeing you sad it makes me sad
It feels wrong to like this reaction, but I'm doing it anyway because I can't be there to give you a hug.
listen to Landon Wall song Somebody's Out There Listening good for the soul
My ancestors and brothers fought and bled all over the world to liberate oppressed people. Some never made it home and others are crippled for life, but some how we're "white supremist"? and only care about ourselves? I must have missed something when I went out to the kitchen to get a beer.
Look into the meaning of I drive your truck then it will hit even more. I know the person it's about
I know this is random but why do you look like my dad lol
Lol. Go clean your room.
