Simply wonderful in every way Lesley + Michael. What a wonderful show this was - why doesn't the BBC do more with Lesley's many superb talents from opera and musicals. I can listen to her for hours, great to see so much more of her on You Tube. Lesley's version of Jerusalem is the best I have ever heard. FANTASTIC. xx

By that logic, Michael would have had an affair with quite a few west end performers. :) Lesley is one of Michael's close friends and have been for years. They often sing together at concerts and they have recorded severel duets as well. Besides Lesley, Michael's close friends counts Maria Friedman, Elaine Paige and Imelda Staunton amongst others.
