I completely love your honesty in this video. Well, maybe you've made your choice to not look at trading anymore. But the struggles all came from the fact that you had unrealistic expectations and I'm guilty of that as well. But everything changes when you treat it as one of the ways to make ends right? €1,000 margin you risk 1% per trade and don't do more than 2 executions with the same risk in a day. A month could yield €200 or less. That pays some sort of a bill. And when you go through that boring side of trading where you're risking small and you're controlled in a way that you approach it? Definitely it's for you. I can see that. The issue was starting out with an unrealistic expectation of it which we all are guilty of. But regardless I'm glad to listen to your story mines a bit similar; 4 years, never been in debt but never made money either :) Your presentation is good. I just subed.❤🇳🇬
I think most people miscomprehend where you're coming from. I do have students I teach and one thing i tell them is that making money from the markets is way beyond just learning what needs to known. More people still trade because everyone knows that trading has become an obsession and they are sincerely not brave to handle what these people would say if they quit. There's so much I'd love to say but I'll end here for the time
I can relate, ive put alotta money into trading and if I add it all up I'm most likely in the negative at this point, but as you have highlighted emotional capacity and risk management is key and also treating your trading like you would treat your own business that you intend to succeed at. Also setting realistic goals and being patient and also maybe having an additional source of income or some backup money so it eases the pressure off you mentally.

Thanks sis for the advice , but don't say trading is not yours when you've never trade, from what I've heard you were gambling. what you lacked was plan and risk management , same in every business if you lack these two the survival of the business is very hard. I respect your decision but rethink about it, I guess you've learned what trading can do in the hard way like most of us . But its not time to Quit right now , re-evaluate your self and start again , with like 5k and risk 3-5% on very few selective trades and if your able to make extra profits , go aggressive on that $300 or $200 from profits(but not everytime) and if your able to make good return first grow that main 5k account .👋💪 stay safe people.
Trading is not a scam or gambling. It’s not a get quick rich scheme. The most problem of traders is that instead of investing in knowledge and learn how to trade properly With good risk management , good technical analysis, good money management, and how to handle your trading psychology . But you will chose to use the money to go into trading all by yourself and at end you will end losing all the money . The you will come online to shout that trading is scam .
the key to profitability is literally backtesing one strat see if the winrate is profitable and sticking to that strat no matter what thats literally it i found that out this year this is 100% true i used to thik i could figure out if the markt would go up or down stressing myself but when u simplify everything dont try to figure out if price will go up or down and only follow your backtested rules you will be profitable also keeping god first 100% ...
Pretty sure she knows what she did wrong. It’s a vicious cycle to be in, but it can be broken. I just did it myself, blew through almost 6 prop firm challenges and now have a 100k funded account that I requested a 4K payout on yesterday. I stopped daytrading in my beginning year because one thing i noticed was that the more i could trade, the more my strategy lets me trade the more risk, the more i am open to make mistakes which hurt my balance. Now im a swing trader. Less stress less chart work more time for my family and it is easily scalable.
@ one thing that helped me with swing trading is that once u enter a trade and it doesn’t take that long before u see red. Most likely it means you are wrong

God wants to see His children doing better everyday. I wish you success.❤
Prop firm trading in the past was like a total scam. Typically, people were required to make a certain percentage within 30 days. If you were in loss/drawdown by the thirtieth day, you have failed the challenge and lost your money.
Everyone can swim but not everyone can compete in the Olympics. Trading didn't ruin your life; it just exposed your greed in a shorter time frame. Given another opportunity in another field like a white-collar job you would act the same just that in trading those opportunities are on lower time frames and not stretched through work promotions. Your foundation in trading was bad. Your grand greed mixed with your financial needs, wants and sold dreams from the course sellers made a bad situation worse. Never trade money you can't afford to lose. The first casualty in trading losses is never your money. It's your psychological being and mindset. That's why you kept chasing the money to restore your confidence. Trading is not for you.
Am really sorry about your experience with trading but you broke the rules 🤔 1st you was in a rush to make it which was the worst thing 2nd trading isn’t a get rich quick scheme, you can have a life when trading be with ur loved ones while trading, you thought if you sit on the computer 8hrs a day u will be like the people who have been trading for 11 years plus, lastly trading can change ur life if you don’t put pressure on it and i believe you can do it if you get the right people or community
Trading is not for anyone but you can make it for you. Nothing is for anyone we just do it. God has nothing to do with it. U where gambling with ur money
It all happens to everyone. I lost millions. I started trading in 2003 and wasn't successful. I started trading when dollar was 150 naira. Until 2024 before i had my break through. I am happy i didn't give up. My time there was nothing like RUclips to watch trading videos.
First thing first stop following this youtube Gurus and influencers...second thing stop trying to prove anyone wrong ...prove it to yourself and you need to improve your psychology trading...or else you gonna remain a gambler for ever Wise move to start following God...and thank you for sharing your story 🇧🇼
Honestly I know you can trade but I think it's your mental and you need to properly practice risk management but if you have so much on your mental like your bills plus personal things happiness in your life just give trading a pause for now but not every one that trade can turn 300 to 5k think about that
Hmmm Totally understand your point. But i think you shouldn't quit it all together. You can come back few years down the line. I believe God still has something for you there 😊 I dont think he just made you enter trading just to experience pain. I think beyond that, he has something bigger for you there. This might just be the initial phase
No, it is not that God doesn't want you to trade. God is okay with you whether you trade or not. I'd say, YOU are responsible for what happens to you in trading. Obey the rules and be free.
me too i even lost alot of people my girlfriend all due to forex u have to work out on what making youb not to succed .trust God in this i have been trading for 3 years and to be honest isnt easy at all
Honestly this is the reality of almost everyone who sees trading as something that must work, you give up growth on other areas of your life and this makes being successful in trading much more difficult irrespective of if you have an edge. I don't believe trading would ever work if you make it the only thing in your life, make sure to invest in your hobbies and also make sure you have other means of earning. It took me 2 years of me running in the same cycle before I finally accepted this truth.
Why did you quit your job? Sounds like you was trading before you knew how to trade. No Risk Management and Over Leveraging, believing that the market owes you something wasn't ever going to work. Thank you for being so candid. You could still learn if you would like to. For you, I would say set it and forget it. Meaning set up your trade with take profit and stop loss positions in place. Start off just risking 1% of your account. Analyse the timeframes to get a feel of the direction. Are the bulls or bears in control? Is the market over bought/sold? You are looking to get something from the market. Not everything. If you gain a profit be thankful. You should not be on the charts all day. If you make a profit. Withdraw some. Enjoy some. If you do not make a profit have a look at the trade that you placed to see if you can see why. Hopefully, You learn something to avoid next time. When you understand supply n demand it will help you be more profitable. Only trade with regulated brokers...
Your problem is u went into trading looking for money … that’s your biggest problem because it’s psychology changes to gambling If u went into trading to learn n build ur self a career it was another thing
You basically broke some simple rules in trading. You would not have lost so much money if you obeyed those rules. TRADING did not ruin your life. YOU ruined your life.

But regardless I'm glad to listen to your story mines a bit similar; 4 years, never been in debt but never made money either :)
Your presentation is good.
Also setting realistic goals and being patient and also maybe having an additional source of income or some backup money so it eases the pressure off you mentally.
i feel and share your pain... Just don't give up darling.
Thanks a million. You made this video for me.
Guys please tell me the truth what do you think of abetrage trading
Because yes I trust abetrage but I have still lost my capital and another capital again and right now am Done no money to start again, I was scammed and I never knew it is going to be like that, but I love abetrage trading but I have failed just in my Two times, do you think I should still continue it
listening to you its sounds like you were trading gold, from my experience i can say gold is killer of financial destiny ( xau/usd to be precise) sometimes you can be good trader but just trading the wrong asset.
@@mrboateng_ true mostly towards the end but also gbpjpy. Honestly my problem has always been the emotions and it is ok to say stop and focus on other things in my opinion
Those 2 are dangerous lol however xau/aud is a lot slower in pace which means less wicking @@JenniferTevi
THANKS for your honesty 🙏 Just move on and learn from your mistakes by forgiving yourself ❤ Whom haven’t ever done mistakes on this earth ? JESUS 🤣
Thanks sister , but don't give up
Trading is not a scam or gambling. It’s not a get quick rich scheme. The most problem of traders is that instead of investing in knowledge and learn how to trade properly
With good risk management , good technical analysis, good money management, and how to handle your trading psychology . But you will chose to use the money to go into trading all by yourself and at end you will end losing all the money . The you will come online to shout that trading is scam .
Thank you for your honesty.
Thank you for sharing your story ❤
you were putting 1-5k in a live account?
imagine me putting $10 and still profitable , she was gambling
realest shit I ever heard, I needed a sign to quit
no keep going there is a profitable version of your self waiting to be found just hang on!!! or pray on it first
the key to profitability is literally backtesing one strat see if the winrate is profitable and sticking to that strat no matter what thats literally it i found that out this year this is 100% true i used to thik i could figure out if the markt would go up or down stressing myself but when u simplify everything dont try to figure out if price will go up or down and only follow your backtested rules you will be profitable also keeping god first 100% ...
@gamereacts20 thank you
@ np ik its hard but this is a sign to go all in with trading you got this!!!⭐️
Intelligence plays a BIG role in trading
Pretty sure she knows what she did wrong. It’s a vicious cycle to be in, but it can be broken. I just did it myself, blew through almost 6 prop firm challenges and now have a 100k funded account that I requested a 4K payout on yesterday.
There were days I wanted to throw my laptop but I knew I was the problem. I don’t control the market but I can control how much I will lose if things don’t go my way in a trade.
I have an amazing community I am a part of that keeps me accountable. You are super brave for coming on here sharing your experience.
Sometimes you just have to take a break, reset and start fresh. I believe you can be successful if that’s what you truly desire. In my eyes you already won because you are choosing what is best for you. Wishing you all the best!❤
@@4thQT thank you so much for your words! And congrats on the payout! Keep them coming🥳🦋
I know how you feel.pain is part of this game.i lost 2 accounts within 9 months.took a one year break and came back to market and backtested the charts 3 months cameup with 3 solid strategies and now im profitable.you tell that you made 2000 from 150 euros account a day.what kind of strategy is that?how much risk you take per trade?i think you need a serious review of how you think about trading.
Trading is a mental game, it's not that God doesn't want it for you, you are not just ready for the game. If you are having serious issues not being able to handle your emotion while Trading, then you might not be able to trade successfully
I stopped daytrading in my beginning year because one thing i noticed was that the more i could trade, the more my strategy lets me trade the more risk, the more i am open to make mistakes which hurt my balance. Now im a swing trader. Less stress less chart work more time for my family and it is easily scalable.
Am new in trading and trying to learn swing trading. But i just get nervous when i atart seeing blues. I feel its about to go back red
@ one thing that helped me with swing trading is that once u enter a trade and it doesn’t take that long before u see red. Most likely it means you are wrong
i feel you sis 😔
Did you use prop firms?
You had it all wrong from the get go.Discipline, psychology and risk management wise.
But the final decision all resides in your hands.
Hope you find your IKIGAI and may the odds be in your favour.
Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
You can do better, opportunity found in Chao's, challenges are normal go back to the drawing board learn unlearn and relearn, Don't limit yourself by saying God doesn't want you do it, God wants you do it and get,. Change your mindset learn the psychology behind trading, have a trading plan, journal your trades and review them always learn from your mistakes you are a good trader don't be the 99% who gave up... God wants to see His children doing better everyday. I wish you success.❤
Very insightful video thanks Jen. I think besides over trading and over leveraging perhaps you was too attached to the money you funded...
Trading is not for you.
im sorry but u were gambling you never had a proper understanding of the market and the discipline needed but im happy you found out its not for you
Have you read Trading in the Zone or the Disciplined Trader. These books will fix your trading psychology
This is a sign for me to giveup....thank you
Am really sorry about your experience with trading but you broke the rules 🤔 1st you was in a rush to make it which was the worst thing 2nd trading isn’t a get rich quick scheme, you can have a life when trading be with ur loved ones while trading, you thought if you sit on the computer 8hrs a day u will be like the people who have been trading for 11 years plus, lastly trading can change ur life if you don’t put pressure on it and i believe you can do it if you get the right people or community
Seems like your fault. You really broke all the rules sister. But thankyou for the information, you revealed some vital truths.
@@ubeferakeya5788 yes I said it’s my own fault, thank you!
Trading is not for anyone but you can make it for you. Nothing is for anyone we just do it. God has nothing to do with it. U where gambling with ur money
vert sad but very good that you realize it now
good for you
but the fact that you made these flips means it is possible lolz
Thanks for sharing your story
It all happens to everyone. I lost millions. I started trading in 2003 and wasn't successful. I started trading when dollar was 150 naira. Until 2024 before i had my break through. I am happy i didn't give up. My time there was nothing like RUclips to watch trading videos.
Oh my God! 21 years before you made it? Jesus! 😳😩
the cycle is too vicious!
you were gambling not trading and you were prolly greedy
Iam trading from Germany too, which should contact each other girl, I swear I lose enough too, but I will not stop
don't quit,am in athens greece trading options if you would like to connect
@ I don’t trade options if iam honest
First thing first stop following this youtube Gurus and influencers...second thing stop trying to prove anyone wrong ...prove it to yourself and you need to improve your psychology trading...or else you gonna remain a gambler for ever
Wise move to start following God...and thank you for sharing your story 🇧🇼
Trading is patient and long time....(youtubers done tell you their lost)
Honestly I know you can trade but I think it's your mental and you need to properly practice risk management but if you have so much on your mental like your bills plus personal things happiness in your life just give trading a pause for now but not every one that trade can turn 300 to 5k think about that
Don’t buy no course. Learn and fail on your own. Way better.
Hmmm
Totally understand your point.
But i think you shouldn't quit it all together. You can come back few years down the line.
I believe God still has something for you there 😊
I dont think he just made you enter trading just to experience pain. I think beyond that, he has something bigger for you there.
This might just be the initial phase
You didnt lose, you made a donation to the wine collection of a major hedge fund owner
It’s because you’re trading GOLD
Are you from Benin Republic?
@@emmasplace9768 I am🦋🦋
You were just GAMBLING... and just like any other SKILL.. time matters. You need to LEARN. And .. not everyone can learn every skill
Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤
I don't trade 5m i would die if i tried. Trading 4hr is bad enough for my emotions...
Thats true when its no for you its not for you.
No, it is not that God doesn't want you to trade. God is okay with you whether you trade or not. I'd say, YOU are responsible for what happens to you in trading. Obey the rules and be free.
me too i even lost alot of people my girlfriend all due to forex u have to work out on what making youb not to succed .trust God in this i have been trading for 3 years and to be honest isnt easy at all
@@JesusfavouriteJesusfavaurite I hope you are better now!
So sorry
I'm also encountering this atm😂
Your problem is u went into trading looking for money … that’s your biggest problem because it’s psychology changes to gambling
If u went into trading to learn n build ur self a career it was another thing
What is sad for me is that you gave up trading during the discovery phase.
I got scammed learned my Lesson
Come to Futures and Options, they are much easier to trade then forex!
trading is not for you .
if you cannot fight that emotional devil, it means you cannot make it.
@@Najmu651 yes that is the point I made :) wishing you a good day
You basically broke some simple rules in trading. You would not have lost so much money if you obeyed those rules. TRADING did not ruin your life. YOU ruined your life.
I think its time we all accept we won't be profitable by drawing lines or rectangles😂
You were greedy!! You'll be a great trader if trading is not your primary source of income.
Don't give up
