Ex Railway staff member misbehaving with students in Train from Delhi to Ahmadabad on 20/5/16

Hi I am student of class 10 I was traveling from Delhi to ahmedabad (sabarmati) with my friends and a man came and sat on my friend's seat and was refusing to leave it. He was even fighting badly with a uncle who came with us and was also arguing with TC.
He was from haryana and was traveling to Revadi. Train no. 12916 Ashram express
So I request Railway officers to take strict action against him.
