I'm also bihari but i can agree with these comments. People of bihar go to there village without any planning. On one seat they they travels 3,4 people. Its not because they don't have money. Its because they don't do planning jbb mann krta hai general ki tikkat li yaa waiting agr 1 bhi ticket confirm ho gyi kisi AC compartment ki to usme 4,5 log ghus. Even mai bhi preshan ho jata hu. Or itna unclean and gnda kr dete hai train ko. Mujhe bhot gussa aata hai. They talk so loudly. Sometimes it pissed me off so much. Hope people of bihar and UP understand. What they do it spoils the image of people of bihar and UP

Being a bihari i always feel bad by seeing these nonsense attitude of these pople. If u travel in south or west you will get to know that people are ready to travel in the general coach even in crowd but they don't dare to enter in AC coach whether it is a short distance. But in Bihar after mugalsarai people starts to enter into Ac coaches without ticket.. These people are most indiscipline and having lack of civic sense.

बिलकुल ऐसा ही मेरे साथ 12237 बेगमपुरा एक्सप्रेस में 06 जुलाई 2023 को हुआ, मेरी SIDE UPPER सीट थी, लेकिन पुरे दिन नीचे की सीट वाले यात्री ने मुझे बैठने नहीं दिया, फिर मैंने RAILMADAD पर शाम 5 बजे शिकायत की लेकिन रात 9:30 के बाद RPF वाला आया और उसने उसे सोने का नियम बताते हुए जमकर लताड़ा, हालाँकि तब तक सोने का टाइम भी हो चूका था , तो मैं नीचे भी नहीं जा पाया, इस तरह ऐसे चमन चूतिये लोगों की वजह से सारा सफर ख़राब हो गया, मेरे साथ मेरा 5 साल की बेटी भी थी, जो खिड़की पर बैठना चाहती थी, पर मुझे उसे रोते हुए ऊपर ही सुलाना पड़ा

this is a major loophole for lower birth. While the law states anybody can use it after 6am in the morning, but if we think about it the rule is absurd most people wont like to share their stuff and its also not feasible hygenically for some people. Its like sharing your own towel. Anyways I think railway should charge more for lower seats and accordingly lower the price of upper or middle birth.
i don't think if your travelling in third ac you should think about privacy, there are no curtains and each segment of the coach contains about 8 passengers, so this comment in itself does not make any sense

this rule is very harassing for lower berth passenger,sitting for long hours is very stressful for passenger,this 6 to 10 cant be forced if some one is not well want to rest.if as per the convince of passenger travelling

passenger need to cooperate,this 10 to 6 rule is not obsolute.railway always wanted comfortable journey for all passengers.
So take upper birth during birth selection rule is rule and it's a good rule. Middle birth then should just go where ?
@@adarshkumar9336 middle berth passenger can opt for 2nd class sitting ,as there no one will force you to sleep,but in AC passengers are giving big bucks for comfortable journey,and sitting for long hour cant be called as comfortable
@@ABHISHEKKUMAR-eg2fu ask your family to buy second class or ask general coach or I will suggest don't travel in that case if upper & lower birth are booked. If that's the rule you aren't allowed to break it.

2 saal pehle Udhna Mangalore Jn specialeim travel ki thi, train 1:30 hrs aayi thi aur destination tak 4-5 ghante late.
