I've also heard about the pomodoro technique. But I feel like once I get into the groove of studying, the timer is up. Should I force the break or power through?
I personally think you need to experiment and try what works for you! Some people find the pomodoro technique helpful if they're struggling to get into the groove, or perhaps have difficulty staying on task- knowing they have a break coming can be helpful. I hope this helps--- give it a try and let us know. PS Thank you for tuning in--- cheers to your future!
Being in a provider/leader role like CRNA seems stressful. I used to be the kind of person to take charge, but since being a housewife I’ve mellowed a lot and I’m more of a follower than a leader. I wonder if that will change when I get RN experience and grow out of it a little. Something in me tells me to go for CRNA since it’s a huge challenge. I guess ill know when I get there! Thanks for the videos.
Thank you for sharing!! It may change, you'll definitely know if it's for you when you go into nursing; shadowing will help, too! In the meantime, here's a video you may like with more insights into a CRNA's typical day: ruclips.net/video/2ubmbgtezQI/видео.html Thank you for tuning in!! Cheers!!
Ma'am, I've served in the military for 20 years; 15 of those years were in supervisory/managerial roles. My major takeaway, with respect to leadership, is that leadership requires "followership." The two roles are very dynamic; based on the moment, situation, and direct/indirect experience. Leadership is stressful; especially, when you truly hold yourself accountable for the success or failure of the task/mission at hand. Your current mission is to raise your kids and support your husband. Ma'am, that's stress....and you handle it everyday. As you acquire knowledge and experience in any role; you'll reduce your apprehension about leading. I hope you're well on your way to achieving your CRNA goal. God Bless.
Thank you so much for your advice 🙏🏼.
