The ultimate announcement about them giving up on seasons is something that made me lose all the interest for this game... that was the last thing that kept the game "somewhat" alive for me, even though the last season was only about doing daily challenges (The interest for creative died out fast... was hoping for new game modes, but didn't get them, and co-op maps are just not my thing). ... Honestly, I don't care that much about the costumes. There's never anything I'd buy for Kudos, and I don't feel accompishments when I'm decreasing the amount on my bank account for a costume I'd like... I'm also getting tired of big companies ruining games... same thing happened for The Sims Franchise for me... EA, Epic Games... greed is killing good games.
Great breakdown as always 👊🏿, I feel like games like this only survive for as long as they are popular in the "streaming realm" but once they stop having that popularity pushed by content creators and influencers they die down coz there isn't any inherent lasting power. Similar to things like Among Us etc. But the good thing is they tend to stay relevant coz eventually newer generations will come across it for as long as the studios keep supporting it.
I wouldn't consider Fall Guys to be a "dead game", at the time of me posting this comment, there are currently 200K+ people playing the game right now, and I don't think a game with 200K+ players would be considered a "dead game".
I think the main issue is that the numbers are not representing the main issue with the game. I don't know if there are others like me, but during the last few weeks till I've stopped playing, I was just there to do my daily and weekly tasks, then I logged out. True, I enjoy the maps, even some creative ones, yet I've realised that ... I didn't really have a goal. Why would I play and win, if I can't get a crown? ... Them removing the crown system made me a bit bitter, because a main important part for me was removed... True, all gaming companies should be paid, but I'd rather pay some money for every new Season, than spending money on costumes. Then came the Vaulting, the lack of mid-season updates, the lackluster Creative Mode... and the main kill for me was them giving up on seasons in general. Seasons for me were always an opportunity to go fresh, new maps, new themes, maybe even new gameplay but... now it's all gone. On the other hand it's fine, because as I've said... the last few weeks of me playing Fall Guys, was more like being in a toxic relationship with someone. So yeah, sometimes numbers are not representing all the things behind the curtains. I gave up on the game, which is sad... but if they announce either the return of the Crown System or Seasons... then I'll rejoin.
Great video! You deserve a lot more subs felt like one of those highly edited video game documentary’s on RUclips really well made keep up the work! But honestly I don’t think fall guys is “dead” sure player base is lower then it was a few months ago and stuff but I still play it and I get into matches quick and I think the creative game mode is great just could use some changes and the game would be a fresh new game everyday with creative changes
Well, it's not really "dead", if you're able to find a full match within 20 seconds of queueing up for a game, then I don't think it's really considered to be a dead game.
It sad to see the game die and become some stupid creative game where the player made rounds are bearley in tne main shows not to mention the horrible creative shows. Still it kinda a dead game but I missed the good old days where it was actually fun and not some stupid creative level maker game.
The purpose of adding creative was never to save Fall Guys, it was added so players could build their own maps. Also, Fall Guys doesn't really need saving, it has 200K+ players playing the game right now.
Are you okay in the head, theres so many people playing fall guys creative right now and the game isnt even dead, many people are playing the game because of creative! Theres more than 100k players playing the game
Tbh I was a die hard fall guys fan but right now & some people may agree, the creative modes are kinda bland & have no pop to them. They are creative maps but something always botheres people non the less, I HATE creative maps In solos just because I don’t like the atmosphere & the fact that there are only 5 shows from REAL creators that happen for a week & having a chance to get your map chosen is like 1/10000. Vaulting also killed off the game as well & the same maps get boring from time to time
@@igorhelandro6083 Do you know what it means when a game is considered to be "dead"? Allow me to educate you. A dead game is a game whose player base is so small that it's impossible to find a match. With Fall Guys, it is guaranteed for you to find a match within 20 seconds of queueing up for a match, so I'm pretty sure if Fall Guys was dead, there wouldn't be 200K+ people playing the game right now.
@@igorhelandro6083 Either the region you play in doesn't have a lot of fall guys players, your internet is bad, or you're just trolling, and I think the most likely answer is C.

If they bring it on mobile ong it will be popular af
💯 true
It's on mobile now
Just because it's dead won't change how much I love the game.
Yea same here

idk.. finding matches has never been faster, I can find one in 10 seconds but the charts definitely show a big decline
And there comes stumble guys, the worlds most popular game and its a fall guys RIPOFF!
It’s going die again agian because seasons are gone now
Yeah

Never was a fan of this frustrating measuring contest yet somehow paid for it who didn't tho at the time.

The fall and guys and the guys and fall of fall rise
🤣🤣
I looked at the all time players of Fall Guys in the last 24 hours, and it says it has 200,000 plus players, still good but not as good as before…
Yeah, it has a strong community that play it regularly. But still numbers are nowhere near the previous peaks
I quit this game after a couple of weeks after launch because of the cheaters.
Oh remember watching your vídeo of why rockstar is hated, hello again
It fell off after they removed team games and lowered the lobby size to 40
THE SAME ASS SEASON WE HAVE WITH THE SHITTY BATTLEPASSES AND OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY SPENDING.
Fall Guys Free for All was the worst decision to make...
How dummy

Stumble guys made the game died
It gave a good competition, we have a video on that as well

Doesn't change the fact that the game is dead
