That dough hook extender is wonderful for smaller batch mixing, too. After burning up two KA mixers kneading bread, I got the Bosch Universal Plus which kneads longer with no harm to mixer. So happy for you to get the newer model. Now I have this image of you in your kitchen, in that corner, running from one Bosch to the other-both spinning full force-making twice as much cookie dough at once. Have fun!
Our Bosch (with the stainless steel bowl) has trouble with the whisks. THey rub on the steel bowl using either the metal holder or the plastic one. Should they actually be scraping the bowl??? Ours broke the whisks using only liquid ingredients! BOsch replaced them at no charge, but the new ones using the METAL whisk holder, STILL scrapes the bowl. We're afraid to use them. Does YOUR Bosch make that scraping sound when you use the whisks for whipped cream??? Please let us know. THanks
@@TheInquisitiveFarmwife Any ideas what we can do? BOsch has replaced the whisks, metal holder and the bowl. Still does it. Can't use the whisks. Seems odd that we can't use their own attachments.
Ours is new and the wire whisks rub on the bowl all the way around, making a racket! THe first set of whisks BROKE OFF doing whipped cream!! Have you had this sort of problem? Should the whisks be making that sound???? Bosch replaced them free of charge, but we're afraid to use it. Even with the METAL whisk holder.
