I own a Bosch stand mixers that's 25 years old and even after all of years of being very much used, it's still in perfect order. I love how many different attachments it has.
Thank you so much for the review and code!!! I Just used your coupon code to get the nutrimill artiste. Thank you so much! I got 20.00 off the mixer and then 20.00 off the all metal dough hook plus, buy 2 get 1 accessory free. Super happy with that! Can’t wait for it t get here. I decided to go with the artiste because I am retired and have plenty of time to bake but I only have 2 people to bake for. So smaller batches more often works better for me.
I own the Nutrimill! I absolutely love it! I also stopped using my Kitchen Aid .. the Nutrimill does great with my fresh milled flour and sour dough, cakes and cookies…love it! Thank you for the review ❤️
I also opted for the Artist since I don't bake for large family. I have a Kitchen Aid also and it doesn't quite keep up with the freshly milled flour bread. I love your channel and your content.
I recently bought the Artiste and I bake for two of us. I love it, it is easy to clean and it gives my Kitchenaid mixer a rest. I used your code and the price was just right. Thanks Mary!
Great review. I wanted to know the difference. I’m single so the Artiste will work for me. I also don’t need all the frills with the Bosch like the blender, etc. I will still keep my KA. Now to go shopping for it.
I have had a Bosch mixer for years, which I love, but I was getting frustrated trying to make small batches of freshly milled flour. So I bought the Artiste for the small batches and love it. I'm glad I have both.
Another thing that could possibly make a difference for some people are the attachments that come with or at least are available for the Bosch. My aunt gave me her Bosch from 1975, which runs like a brand new one today with no service, ever, of any kind in all those years. It came with lots of attachments, such as a blender, food processor and citrus juicer. I don’t know if they came with the mixer or if she purchased them separately, but everything works today as if it was brand new. Outer appearance of of the machine, dates it, but as far as the quiet dependable sound of the machine, etc., I would put it up against a brand new Bosch and expected to win. So durability and availability of other attachments that could replace some that may be taking up room in your kitchen could be a consideration for some. I can’t vouch that Bush makes as good as machine today as they did 50 years ago, I can only say that mine has certainly stood up extremely well. Years ago I was making bread and got an important phone call so wasn’t paying attention to the fact that I had been adding liquid to my bread when I left it and the extreme thickness of the dough caused it to walk right off the counter! It landed right side up and continued “walking” across the kitchen floor, where I found it when I came back into the kitchen. Irresponsible accident on my part, but did not seem to affect the machine whatsoever.
I finally got a NutriMill Artiste - mostly for bread making. Like you, I started using my KitchenAid, and it got hot. I didn't want to kill my KitchenAid, which I'm keeping because a) my husband bought it for me in 2007 so it's got sentimental value, since he's not here anymore, and it still works great for everything else, and b) I have several attachments for the KitchenAid which I don't want to have to buy for the NutriMill! I love the Artiste for bread making. I don't need a bigger mixer because I only bake bread twice in three weeks. I freeze the shaped raw dough for the second loaf to bake in 4 or 5 days!
I have the Bosch compact MUM5 and absolutely love it. it came with a blender all the mixing attachments and a shredder slicer unit. I use the shredder quite a lot. I had never owned a stand mixer. I usually make two loafs of bread at one time and have never tried to make more at once . I usually make about four dozen cookies at a time and really have never had the need to make more at once .This compact seems to be able to fit my needs and takes up little space on my counter compared to the full size Bosch..
Thank you for doing this video. Everyone has been pressuring to get the Ankrasrum which is way over priced. Im going to get the Artiste. You helped alot! God Bless!
I just got a NutriMill it works great I never make more than 4 loaves. I have a kitchen aid mixer but after shoulder surgery couldn’t lift the handle when loaded Mine is over 30 years has had 2 minor repairs in that time so I use it now for light things like eggs whites & whip cream.
I have a Kitchenaid and love it for cakes & cookies (single batches), but had to replace motor due to heavy bread dough, and was kneading half amount of dough so not to break motor again, but it still struggled. Getting one of these as soon a I can make up my mind which one. Even though I am only baking bread for 2 people, I like the Bosch stainless steel, but Artiste is much more affordable.
Thanks for this review. I have had my kitchen aid for about 320 years but now its just the two of us. At 74 I find its hust too heavy because in my smalk kitchen I have to get it from the pantry to use it and have been considering the Nutramill because of its weight.would have liked a few more details like weight difference, since you mentioned it.
Hi Rose I;m sorry to hear about your loss of the RUclips channel. I was looking back at my videos to see if I could find the video I saved with the recipe you had for making easy sourdough in the Nutrimill. I was wondering if you could repost that video? I want to buy one this black Friday is the bakers pack worthy it?! Thanks Rose
Can you remember if it was sandwich bread? I have the bakers bundle and I rarely use the attachments myself but if you bake a lot of cakes and cookie it would be good to have for sure.
@@therosehomestead2 I just purchased it using your affiliate code, I hope you get a kick back! I think I had both the sandwich bread one and the full loaf one saved. I mainly make full loafs. I'd love to see both!
It has the proofing basket, the razor, the bread silicone sling and a couple of other useful items. Its not necessary but is helpful. I've done cookies and cakes. The paddles work great for that but you can mix cookie batter with the dough hook easily.
Does the Bosch mixing bowl have the same crack that collects stuff that the Artiste has? Also, my cupboard where I store the Artiste is only 14.5” high. Can you make the Bosch shorter by turning the splash ring upside down? Thanks for posting this review and your help!

Thank you. Just ordered my new Artiste. Will still keep my Kitchenaid, but will use this new machine for freshly milled bread recipes.
Yay! You'll love it!

This is my plan exactly. Love my kitchen aid too for different things. And it is a beautiful mixer and color that I like to keep out on counter 😊
I have the Artiste and I love it for the two of us! Thanks for the comparison video.
I have been eye balling the Bosch mixer for a while and have it on my wishlist.
Simply cause of the price.
Thank You for your feedback

I can tell you that I switched from the KitchenAid to the Nutrimill and the Nutrimill is much lighter than the Kitchen Aid.
The Artiste is about 13 lbs. - KitchenAid is about 25-30 lbs.

What is the sourdough bundle I see on the website? Will I need this? Have you baked cakes and cookies with the Artiste without the bakers bundle?
It has the proofing basket, the razor, the bread silicone sling and a couple of other useful items. Its not necessary but is helpful. I've done cookies and cakes. The paddles work great for that but you can mix cookie batter with the dough hook easily.
I’ve never weighed my dough but I wonder if the bosh would handle my super big dough I’m kneeding by hand every single week for my family of 9
The bosch can handle anything I throw at it. It's perfect for extra large batches of dough.
@@therosehomestead2 what size bowl does it have
I have a Bosch and I love it. I have 12 kids and now 5 are married and 14 grandkids. I make huge batches of bread and muffins and mashed potatoes
How many cookies at one time with nutrition mill?
Up to 34 dozen cookies per batch.
Does the Bosch mixing bowl have the same crack that collects stuff that the Artiste has? Also, my cupboard where I store the Artiste is only 14.5” high. Can you make the Bosch shorter by turning the splash ring upside down? Thanks for posting this review and your help!
It is made quite similarly. I havent noticed quite as much getting caught in there. I would say it will fit as they are very close in height.
I just bought a Bosch 'cause I thought that was your brand. 😮
I have that one too. You definitely won't be disappointed with it.
There to experience for us low income making bread etc 😢
I’m confused, the video is posted an hour ago but it says the Sale has ended??
It is a repost.
