Would the middle forward helix piercing (or top in the double) be placed in the same spot for a single, double, and triple? I’m curious if I just got the single done if I’d have the option of still making it a double or triple later on or if it gets placed differently for those
My issue is with gauges. I got pierced with a 20g needle for my triple forward helix and can't find affordable jewelry that fit it at that size. I keep seeing 18g and 16g. I also don't know what length jewelry to get so it won't protrude. Will I need to stretch it to 18g or 16g??
I think you can find jewellery with 20g, but it usually is a barbel, not a labret, which might be trickier to put on without the help of a piercer. As for the length, I personally have gone for 6mm, but it depends on your ear shape.

I suggest you stretch it because in the long run it’ll be easier to find jewelry and you wouldn’t need anything custom made to fit that gauge
