A simple meal that our mother cooked for us at home🙂 Very tasty, cheap and quick meal out of brown lentil. As a side dish, you can bake an egg, or, if you like, meat or sausage. It is most often served with bread, but it is also delicious with boiled potatoes🙂 Enjoy!!!
We need:
250g green lentils
1L water
300 ml of milk
2 onions
2 tablespoons plain wheat flour
3 bay leaves
8 whole black peppercorns
1 tsp ground caraway seeds
Salt
Lemon juice
Oil
