- On Monday the 22nd of April 2019, the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland (RPSI) held the "Easter Eggstravaganza", which ran from Dublin Connolly to Wicklow/Greystones and back.
After No. 4 did last year's special, No. 85 "Merlin" was in charge of this year's.
In this video, we will see 071 Class Loco number 078 arrive into platform 5 at Dublin Connolly coming off the Craven Transfer from Inchicore.
Next, we head to Grand Canal Dock where we see No. 85 passing heading to Wicklow.
Then we head to Greystones where we see 85 pull into platform 2 after coming off the train from Wicklow.
We then see her running around the train (didn't get footage of the loco coming onto the train because my recording messed up) before she departs back to Wicklow.
Next, we head to Wicklow, where we see 85 leaving for Greystones, before arriving back into platform 1 in the next shot.
She is then seen again running around her train before hooking back up for the leg back to Connolly.
Lastly, we head to Dún Laoghaire, where we see her passing on the return leg back to Dublin Connolly.
