@@benchabanehocine7809 no, the grafts are permanent but it will thin a bit when he gets very old because it is natural for everyone's hair including dht resistant hair to thin a bit when one is really old like 70+ but even then, it will look like a full head of hair for his age. He actually doesnt even need minoxidil tbh but using it definitely thickens up his hair a bit more than it would be otherwise.
If you saw this guy IRL you wouldn't notice he has had a HT or anything done to his hair. You'd just be thinking he is among the lucky 30-20% unaffected by AGA at his age. You obviously have no clue what you are talking about or maybe was it a joke.
