You are undoubtedly one of the best ht surgeon , I am keen in this hair restoration topic I have few questions for you,
-the main challenge in hair transplant is the limited number of donor supply , why are the researchers not exploring the capabilities of synthetic hair transplantation, yes the body rejects this hair as a foreign particle by triggering an immune response! But why not find a method in which the body treats them as natural and accepts them , like there are bone implants right (screw and bolts during the chance of bone damage) why don’t they work in this direction?

Go extract 6000grafts to turkey you en up with bad results and a moth eaten look on a donor. 40000k is somehow acceptable for turning a bald man into a full head of hair.

He basically created/crafted his own extracting tool that gives him the choice to extract up to 60% of the donor area without creating visual dilution. To reach that goal he also does extract in a homogenous way and not so concentrated in the same area like other doctors do. Also his tool I mentioned at the beginning has a punch so small (it's also a vacuum) that the scars contract really well and gets the untouched roots closer which leads to even less dilution.

Yes they can use your back hair. They carefully is them in with scalp donor to conceal the difference. Scalp or closest to scalp hair is best. Sometimes short transplanted beard or body hair will eventually transform and grow in similar length as scalp hair that fell out.

He scans the donor area very precise like he count ervery graft, then he takes grafts from every zone till density drops at 40grafts/cm2. So still can look barley untouched. Thus ethe extraction method is something new which allowiws hin to extract this much with nearly none damage to the aurrounding tissue.
