The fascinating thing about this incredible community are the unspoken rules, there is a certain territorial nature, not enforced with hostility,no,it’s just that a mudlark will always remember the “honey holes”,and guard the locations in their minds! If you are lucky, and a mudlark takes a shine to you, they may share a location. This is a rare honor!!
Thanks for the video. I like how you put your finds (cleaned up or a clear version) up on the screen as you find them. I also like the running/ written dialogue as you mudlark. Not everyone has what it takes to film mudlarking - but, you do, Kevin, so, thank you for your videos. I agree with the viewer below- I enjoy the friendliness that you mudlarks have among yourselves. I like seeing you guys pop up on each others videos. And thank you also for that info at the end of the video regarding the upcoming mudlarking exhibition.
Good to see you filming again Kevin. Lovely to see Julia and Nicola with her star finds with you. Lots of pretty finds, I liked the pin you picked up. Counting days to get on the foreshore again (39). Cheers! Have a great week!
Hi Kev, Trev, Julia and all! Glad to hear your troweling once again, I don't know what it is about that soothing sound. Love the coins and the spur but mostly the fun trip to the Thames with such wonderful people. Cheers!😊
This is a superb video. Ahh! Borzello! She is great, have you experienced her virtual mudlarking machine? I’m sure you have. I found a pipe, going through it. What a brilliant device. Ok,so here is an anagram. ELN. It stands for “everyone loves Nicola”. I can prove it. Here is a phrase that has NEVER been uttered: “Ah,I’m yeah,Nicola,eh,she’s ok,I guess…” NOBODY has EVER said that!! Literally the greatest honor of my life was Nicola inviting me to her home. It is a gigantic cabinet of curiosities,an art studio,a warm welcoming place beyond description. I saw magnificence ❤️
I found you while watching Nicola White's channel and am really enjoying your, and I assume Julia's your daughter, mudlarking outings. Thanks Kevin for taking me along and I look forward to catching up on all your episodes!! From, right smack in the center of, the North Carolina/South Carolina stateline to you, best of luck in all your adventures! A.A.
I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for this one. Gina-B Silkworks has videos demonstrating how to make various types of thread-wrapped buttons. I find her tutorials fascinating. I’m going to share a link in another comment, in case RUclips deletes it.
Glad you posted, I like the way you explain everything. Thanks for taking me a long.😊

I do enjoy the friendliness among all the mudlarks.

Ever find Glen Miller?
Sorry , I'm lost ? =o)
Hope it is a real Kinder Egg and not an American Joy egg. Real ones are better.
Jajaja yeah . A real one of course . Real ones are banned in the US cos they don't contain guns ;o)
