Great videos Kyle. Presented very well. Thank you for the superb effort. Naturally l have led and subscrbed. You are correct about who would be for and who would be against. The renderings do somewhat indicate who the targeted buyers may be.
I also hope this succeeds. It won’t be perfect but maybe it will be a iPhone moment. Maybe they will prove that a walkable city can be built and there is genuine demand for that kind of lifestyle within the US. Maybe some innovations to deal with NIMBYism will surface.
As long as they don't charge $2000 a month for apartments there or rent out all the houses for a profit... Build a bunch of co-ops and let people besides investors actually own their own property, and cut down the cost. We need a solution to the housing crisis just as much as we need walkable cities.
@@svenrio8521 There are 2 possible business models here. Either these billionaires subscribe to the religion that real estate is not and investment and average person should live as a renter for their entire life and keep paying rent to these rich landlords. Or they will just buy low and sell high meaning buy the land at dirt prices and sell land+condo at city center prices. That could be 200% profit. Honestly I respect the second approach and it may have a future.
i love kyle

It's becoming regular in US politics to decide on the lesser of two evils whenever we're at the ballot, including this one here.
