Dude you crack me up man. You have the best Grateful Dead lessons I've ever seen but the way in which you present the material is priceless. I could watch the videos for the comedy alone.
love this song! Dead and Co in Boulder 2 years ago i think it was the set ended with this song. when the music stopped the crowd kept chanting no our love will not fade away. such a party. the music never stops
What’s up, brother? I most humbly and graciously request that you do a Sage and Spirit tutorial. As far as I can tell none exist. You’d be the first. Very gratefully yours…
LOL, LOL, LOL... great... stuff... and I will never forget the inversions because this dude is hilarious and on it - thanks for the laughs and lessons (Play Dead is better, but LAUGHS AND LESSONS - that's free to you)- takes me back to my first Dead show in '90 - Thanks, Davvy? Toby?!
Is that a midi on your guitar? Have you talked about that in any of your videos? I’d really like to see a demo or something if you haven’t already. I bet Jerry’s horn parts in Let It Grow are fun to play with that
@toddnadell @visatheif It’s coming, but as you guys know, that series of videos is gunna take quite a bit of preparation to execute the best way. I’m thinking of H/S/F for the month of December so I can start prepping in the side.
the dude down below that says you crack me up and it's really fun learning Grateful Dead songs from you I completely agree you make same Grateful Dead songs.... oh no.... it's......... briiiiiiiiiidge
It is an alembic clone by Eastwood. It plays really well, but I’m not a fan of Eastwood or their practices with wiring and shielding. I’ve had to do a lot of work to it to make it playable.
Just started learning guitar at 37, your channel was a big factor. Wanting to play the dead and seeing it broken down this way is amazing.
Oh my…… when you got into that solo section I had to stop trying to learn and almost had to stand up and dance!!!! WOW so real….
THANK YOU FOR THE DIAGRAMS FOR THE DIFFERENT CHORD INVERSIONS YOURE USING! it really helps alot!
Yeah, and the scales to use for the solo.
The D shape is the C shape.... mind blown. Thanks!
