I'm almost 65 and have used castor oil for nearly a year daily on my face, neck, eyes (it doesn't burn eyes), eyebrows, fingernails and toes, on any area that looks dry. I use it on hair to shine and scalp for a very healthy scalp treatment. It's a de-ager!
I have used castor oil for years! I’m 69 years old. I use it as a night cream..my lips are never dry, I never get skin tags on my neck or dark spots. I massage my feet with castor oil & never have any pain in my feet. I got rid of a nasty wart on my thumb by soaking the oil on a cotton ball & wrapping it up.
I use castor oil every night and I leave it on! I’ve been doing it for a couple of weeks and it’s amazing! My face has seriously never been smoother and my acne is almost gone! Castor oil for the win!
I'm 65 and do not rinse it off before bed, I message it in 2- 3 times. I do take a wash cloth and pat it off before I apply foundation... my face looks dewy and youthful. " I say this humbly "I get complemented all the time on my age, people think I'm in my forties. I have never been in the sun without sun protection that has a lot to do with it. The sun is so damaging!
I'm 64 and have very large pores due to years of acne. After menopause finally breakouts subsided. I have few wrinkles but do have some scares.. since I've been cleansing with castor oil my pores seem not as noticeable and my scares have lightened so much. I had noticed some tiny blackheads on my cheeks but they disappeared too. I love my castor oil.
I've oil cleansed since i was 16, i use Olive oil to remove all makeup i may be wearing then i cleanse with castor oil before bed and in the morning, i use sudocrem as a night mask, and LUSH dream cream as a daily moisturiser. I'm 36 now and people are shocked when i tell them my age they always think I'm in my late teens/early 20's xx
@Beautiful Ocean Lounge Yes, it's actually very nice I only use it 3 times a week. The most simple things keep your skin nice, things like foundation, chemical cleansing/toning products, not wearing SPF etc only age the skin, I'm going to be 40 next year and I still look in my 20s.
You are my favorite natural skincare channel! 💟 After seeing your acne videos, I began oil cleansing my severe hormonal acne skin with Jojoba oil. It was good at cleaning my skin, but not much had changed. After giving my skin a few weeks to make sure I wouldn't react to the jojoba, I added castor oil to my blend, and oh my! After just a few days my skin started looking amazing! As I'd massage the oil on my skin, grainy clogs were showing up on my hands! Every day the pimples are smoothing down and the redness and scarring are fading. Thank you so much for all the inspiration and hope your channel has given me while dealing with adult acne!
@@cuppajoylady Noticed that she hasn't replied. Sun Fruit Dan recommends Heritage Store organic, hexane free Caster Oil in the glass bottle. It's what I have ordered from The Better Health Store for $13.10. Hope this helps. 😄
A great video and very imformative :) However, you should leave the washcloth (placed over your face) for at least 30 seconds on your skin before cleaning off the oil. The warmth will help the oil to get deeper into your pores, soften them and as a result it pulls out more dirt and impurities. It also feel wonderful. Let the washcloth cool down on your face. This does mean it takes more time, and puts people off doing it, but, it really is worth the extra 30 seconds. I also mix the castor oil (small amount) with organic almond oil and only do it at night. I´m 53 with combination skin which is changing all the time with the menopause :( Since using this oil method (3 months) my skin has improved dramatically! It´s pumped up, has a glow, is clearer and I swear it has lessened my crows feet and fine lines. I even wear less make up now as my skin look so good. Everyone should try this method, it´s not expensive, cruelty free ( check with the companies you buy from) and really works.
Oil cleansing is great, isn't it?! And thank you for your suggestion. I used to leave the warm washcloth on my face, but these days my skin does better with less water and less heat, so that's why I remove the product quickly with the washcloth. I do like to spend more time giving my face a good massage with the oils, so that too can help draw up impurities. Thank you for sharing your almond oil blend, I will have to give that a try!
Ty Jenacy.. was going to say the same thing. I have been doing oil cleansing for over 2 years. 2 things you can do is 1) have 2 washcloths ready . You can use baby washcloths. Wet them, wring them, microwave them for 10 to 15 sec . I use each side for each session. I do 3 sessions of letting the cloth set on my face dor at least 30 sec or until the cloth cools. Flipping to a clean side each time. Last session is wiping off .. you will need to mic for each session. 2) other thing you can do is use a facial steamer for each session . Then lastly wipe the oil off. Other thing, ayuervedics recommend castor oil be ADDED to other carrier oils in oil cleansing because it can be drying. My mixture is Coconut oil, 1 lil drop of olive oil, few drops of grapeseed oil. Fee drops of castor oil, 1 capsule of vitamin E and recently I have added Macadamian nut oil (although im finding that to be drying even though I have oily skin.) The 3 steamings is according to Ayuervedics. Also if she say the drying effect is from steaming I believe something else is the issue as in the oils she is using. Or possibly she has dry skin normally... PS I also noticed she is dragging and pulling her skin which shouldnt be happening. It should be applied in circular motions and massaged into the face, if it is dragging or tugging you need to use more oil.
I use 1 past castor to 3 parts hemp seed oil on my face (combination skin) i then use a little hemp or Jojoba oil as a moisturizer after. love the results.
I started using the castor oil today. My face felt so moisturized. I'm going to test it to see if it works for me. Thanks again for the informative video👍🏾❤️
You can use castor oil skin packs for pain relief,. A cloth soaked in castor oil which is then wrapped around the painful area, then wrapped in cling film/saran wrap,, a heat pack is applied on top. Many people who suffer from arthritis say it works really well. I discoverd the pain relief benefits one day when I decided to put it on my feet because they were very dry. I suffer from plantar fasciitis so I was surprised that after 1/2 an hour the pain in my heel faded...so I googled the benefits of castor oil as a pain relief and was very surprised. Maybe the essential oil react with the ricinoleic acid in the castor oil which then pulls the essential oils into the dermis hense the redness.
Very interesting. I have arthritis in my fingers, terribly painful, I will have to try it. I used to have plantar fasciitis, that too is terribly painful. Have you ever heard of MBT shoes, they helped my feet heal, and I no longer have an issue.
extra bonuses from castor oil face masks 1) penetrates through the skin and a. protects eyes from cattarachs b. cleans out the sinuses (similar to an enema for the sinuses) 2 ) battles crowsfeet
I first started using castor oil when I had a black head or bug bite or something on my back that got infected. The spot was swelling and turned bright red. I was really upset because I had just lost my job and didn't have health insurance. The internet led me to castor oil and it went away over night! I was instantly like "I have to use this on my face" and it has really helped, especially with the really deep acne
I finally found an oil for my extremely dry skin. I put in on after washing face and sunscreen I do a little translucent powder to balance out shine. It's amazing!
Great video. I've been oil cleansing with castor oil but I mix it with jojoba oil. I've heard the oiler the skin the higher % of castor oil to Jojoba oil in the mixture. I've had great results.
Thanks for sharing! That makes so much sense to increase the % of castor oil for oily skin. Based on my experiment, after a while I found castor oil to be quite astringent, making it a quite balancing for oily and combination skin types.
@Itsgoodtobehere95 Hi! It doesn't really take any extra time because you're using it instead of soap. So you just put it in either before or once you're in the shower and then just get under the water. For my face I love to use a bit of Honey as well. It's also great for pre-shaving.
I've got (now i should say "i had") acne and acne scars on my cheeks and chin but i've started using castor mixed with olive oil (half half) as a cleanser and a moisturizer (i use ACV mixed with salt and water as a toner before cleansing) and all those together made a huuuuge difference on my skin, the acne are gone, and i'm seeing a slight difference in my scars but it's only been a month so i'm gonna wait how this turns out in a few more :D
Fantastic results, I'm so happy for you!!! The oil cleansing will help fade any marks left behind from breakouts and acne, it takes time, but you'll continue getting results :)
@@FARBOAA Depends, if i wear make up i'd oil cleanse first to remove it (i never wear any heavy makeup though...just mascara, bb cream and lipsitck) then i would use the acv mix and leave it on to dry and then oil cleanse again...if i don't wear any makeup i'd just wash my face with warm water then acv mix and then oil cleanse
So, I've been with you all the way back to the raw radiant health channel. Your videos are always so helpful. I've never commented, as I like to remain quiet, but I just want to say thank you for all you do. You just keep getting more helpful (and pretty) with each new video.
The CLEAR SKIN Essentials Oh, you're welcome and it's my pleasure! I'm a guy, so I'm probably an exception to those who are helped by your videos. Lol. But I'm into juicing, fasting and moisturizing (all subjects you've covered over the years). What can I say: I just like to take care of myself. 😁 And no one covers these subjects better than you. You deserve MILLIONS of subscribers. No joke. My wife doesn't complain one bit about what I learn and incorporate. She benefits greatly from what I learn. I make my own moisturizers, teas, tinctures, face masks, salves, etc. Once again: thank you so much. You improve the quality of people's lives in a pretty dismal and depressing world.
That's so awesome! I would love to know what is your number #1 most life changing recipe? Something you make that you've had immediate benefits and results from, and were just wowed by?!
The CLEAR SKIN Essentials When I get sick, I take a tincture that's called "Super-Tonic". I always have this stuff on hand. If you feel like you're coming down with the flu, or if you're achy, sniffly etc...take this stuff! Within 12 hours of taking it, you'll start to feel the effect. Mind you: your breath will REEK but it's much better than remaining sick. Here's the recipe: Equal parts (by the cup chopped) -Garlic -Habanero (or the hottest pepper you currently have access to) -White onion -Horseradish -Ginger Place all of the ingredients in a container of your choice. I use a gallon size pickle jar that you can purchase from any store. Fill the container 3/4 full (with chopped herbs) and pour in organic, raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar until the container is full. You want to make sure all of the herbs are completely covered with ACV. Put a lid on it and place it in a cool, dry and dark place for 2 weeks to 3 months. The longer it sits, the more potent the tincture. I let mine sit for up to 6 months. But after 2 weeks, you can strain some and easily have it eradicate a cold, sore throat, sinus infection, flu or what have you. Just strain the ACV from the herbs and store in a dark, amber glass bottle or dropper bottles. I store mine in larger containers then strain some in 2 oz dropper bottles on an as needed basis. It will NOT go bad. There have been ACV formulas found in ancient Egypt that's STILL GOOD to this day. The fresh extraction of organic Horseradish Root will drive this formula to your head, sinuses, throat and lungs, where you currently need it (according to the sickness you currently have). The organic Garlic extraction and its next of kin, organic Onion, are the two best herbs to flush micro-organisms from your body. The organic Yellow Ginger Root and Habanero Pepper stimulate your blood and lymphatic flow like no other herbs, to get your immune cells to the bad guys as fast as possible. The Habanero also acts as a carrier to blast all of the other ingredients to every cell in your body. The organic, raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar preserves all of these plant juices and cleanses your body, too. All of this might sound like a bunch of hype...but I'm telling you: IT WORKS! It's also a good thing to take this as a maintenance program. However, when you're not sick, you don't need as much. Which is good, on account of the bad breath it gives you. Dosage: that's up to you and it all depends on how sick you are. I would recommend consuming at least 2 oz per day until you're all better. It can be broken up into several doses throughout the day. If you took 6 droppersful every 2 hours you're sure to have consumed 2 oz by the end of your day. Hopefully my reccomendation is something you can use. I also have an excellent spot treatment for acne. It zaps zits and cystic acne within a few days flat. I'll add it here if you're interested. 😁
This is awesome (and I apologize for the late reply). I will definitely make it. One question, when you say "store in a dark cook place", can I store it in my fridge? I live in the tropics and it's always hot and humid everywhere. Thank you so much for putting this together. If you have a moment, can you share your spot treatment too?! :)
Very helpful video, thanks. Also you look great for early 40's👌🏽 Estimated you in your 30's...seriously. I battle with fine lines & random acne in my mid-forties😳 Looking forward to trying this. Do you use a sunscreen after cleansing & if so which one?
Hi Elizabeth, let us know how the castor oil works out for you :) I use sunscreen every day. My favourite is Suntegrity 5 in1 tinted face sunscreen, it's a mineral sunscreen and moisturizer, blends really well and no white cast. www.theclearskinessentials.com/product/suntegrity/5in1-face-sunscreen-spf30-tinted/
I use a DIY cleanser composed of 1 part castor oil to three parts grape seed or sweet almond oil and it's made my skin so much clearer. I also use it as part of a scalp oil and on my brows and lashes. I'd encourage any to give it a try.
Very nice video. I double cleanse every day..... i use oil cleaning but not castor oil by itself.....I use 1/4 to 1/3 castor oil and add another oil like jojoba, safflower, rose hip,, even EVOO. Then a nice gentle cleanser. I do not think I would ever leave castor oil on my skin....yuk. It is way to astringent for my skin to leave it on.
I have castor oil and using it as a make up remover with cotton but not rubbing it with my face, i just soak it until the make up is softer with the cotton. And also i see that my face is getting younger with castor and less dark undereye, my eyelashes is got longer too.
I recommend taking my free email course, it'll walk you through things you can do with your diet and skin care routine immediately to start clearing up your skin. Step 1 in the course talks about drinking mint water, this REALLY helps clear up flare ups and acne, especially if you're struggling with hormonal, cystic, or breakouts caused from stress. You can sign up here, it's free: www.theclearskinessentials.com
Yes!! This is the mix my sister and I used to clear our acne. Start with a higher ratio of castor oil and use less in the mix overtime as your skin balances out. Using a light skin moisturizer or toner afterwards is a must as the castor oil can overdry your skin. Aloe is good for this purpose.
I use castor oil a few times a month, maybe 3-5 times. I don't really notice much of a difference, and I've been doing this for 3 months. I might be just a bit impatient but I heard after a first few applications it should help keep your hair healthy. And especially since I want to bleach my hair, I still want it to be soft and healthy but if it's not doing it on my natural hair yett I don't know. Please help! I do massage it into my scalp thoroughly and let it sit for a couple hours but nothing...
Castor oil is good at stimulating hair growth on eye lashes, and eyebrows, but I'm not sure what it will do for the hair on your head. I have a feeling it's not moisturizing enough. How about trying argan oil or coconut oil? I love coconut oil as a hair mask for my hair (coconut oil gives me awful breakouts on my face, so I don't recommend ever using it on your face or skin, but for the hair, it's amazing). If you aren't comfortable using coconut oil, argan oil is also very nourishing for the hair.
@@InspireBeauty Ooh yeah, I've tried coconut oil before and it made my hair very soft. Maybe I'll try that again, but i know of a lot of RUclipsrs with beautiful long healthy hair and they use Castor oil but it doesn't work. I'll look into the other oils you suggested. Thanks!
Ya try the coconut oil again. Everyone's hair different. I find castor oil to be astringent, which would be good for the scalp, but not necessarily super nourishing for the hair. Best to keep experimenting with different oils to see what works best for you. Also, you can always try adding a little castor oil with the coconut oil to see if that works better.
Thank you so much!!!❤❤❤ Is it ok to apply sunscreen after or will it suffocate the skin and cause clogged pores? I recently had VI peel and I feel my moisture barrier is wrecked 😢.
Awesome video. I was looking up something else but am happy to stumble on this. Clearly it's working for your skin you look quite a bit younger than you say.
Nice to meet you Jennifer! Any wash cloth would be fine as long as it's soft. It shouldn't feel rough or coarse on your skin when you use it. I really like Grovia Cloth Wipes: amzn.to/1X21IwA
Thanku ma'am for an informative video but generally i clean my face with face wash and then massage with castor+ almond oil followed by wiping off with a wet washcloth to remove extra oil and go to bed.Is it okay or should I change it
lady in my dmso/Cs group says she leaves it on all day.. so now im using it.for the second day.. just what I spilt while I was taking it from a spoon.. felt really good this morning from the first application yesterday... I think this will be great :)
Black seed oil and aunflower oil pricly pear oil are 3 great oils the organic type are great...... And do a better job.....they all have alot of great natural benifits for your skin....
So it won't make ur hair grow on ur face or body if u use it like that? I want to use it on my face just worried it will cause hair growth any where i use it?
No it won't cause hair to grow on your face, don't worry. It can be used to moisturize, strengthen, and condition existing hair (like the hair on your eyebrows, lashes and on your head), but it won't cause new hair growth.
I LOVE CLEANSING W/CASTOR OIL ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER & AS AN OVERNIGHT TREATMENT. AWESOME VID. BUT GEEESH!! PLEASE GENTLE "UPWARD" STROKES BELOVED, ESPECIALLY THAT NECK SIS!!🥺 BE EASY W/HER LOL. ALL LOVE❤
Thanks for this video. I have read where castor oil is great for your scalp and possibly regrowing hair. What are your thoughts on that? And, what about using it as a beard oil for men?
I like using castor oil on my eyelashes and eyebrows (for the reason that it strengthens hair). I will warn you, if you try it on your hair or as a beard oil, it's not easy to apply, or rinse/wash off. It's very thick and sticky, so you might want to mix it with another oil so it's easier to apply and remove. Definitely worth trying (and please let me know your results).
I've short hair n facial hair. I apply a thin coating to scalp and allover face and neck about 4 days per week (m-w,th-f) to help with hair loss n facial palsy. Then walk in th sun about 40-60 min. After, I'll remove excess from hairy areas with moist paper towels. Oil on bare skin will be mostly absorbed. Rubbed over eyelids helps with dry eyes therefore those parts are left on. It's all good.
i tried this method, and sadly my face reacted badly to the castor oil. i persisted for a few weeks, but my face kept on breaking out. it stopped after i went back to cleansing my face with a regular facial wash. maybe i should switch to other oils...?
So interesting...I want to try making this ....I have jojoba oil...it is expensive....and want to add some other oils to it and perhaps a light essential oil scent...castor oil may be the one to try....is there a shelf life on this? Thanks
I'm using castor oil for cleansing itz better than olive oil, I breakout with olive oil. Castor oil is good and doesn't cause any acne.. But I don't do double cleansing if I use olive oil again I'm planning to do double cleansing
I would stay away from the olive oil if it gives you breakouts. If the castor oil too drying for double cleansing, you can mix some grapeseed oil or safflower oil with it.
i used to layer castor oil on my face in college a few years ago and i’d be rushing to class and forget to pat it in 🤣 looking greasy as hell 💀 but i have very dry skin and it works great for me in terms of healing and brightening and calming no acne etc. it works better when your face is wet but i’m currently incorporating hemp seed which has a comedogenic rating of 0. hemp has a lot of moisturizing properties that i really need coz castor doesn’t quite do enough for me. i think i was just using the vanicream face wash for sensitive skin at that time so i wasn’t actually oil cleansing just using it as my only facial product. it really did clear and heal my skin. i personally think it’s too thick to oil cleanse on its own. i add hemp seed now. heritage store castor oil is good.
How are you liking the hempseed oil? I always wanted to try it! But didn't want to splurge on the price of a big bottle, if it didn't do anything miraculous on my face. 🤣 I used to use grapeseed oil for awhile and loved it! But then after about a year, it was like it stopped working for me & I didn't have my usual bright complexion as when I first started using it. Some people said it dries their skin out after awhile but I'm not sure why or how. My absolute favorite is almond oil, so I want to find a backup oil, I can rotate, or make an oil blend.. Is the hemp seed oil working well?
I’m planning on making my own oil cleanser with castor oil, grape seed oil and hemp seed oil. What ratio should I use? And does anyone know if there’s a “purging” stage when using castor oil for the first time?
The CLEAR SKIN Essentials Thank you :) I’ve tried this method for the first time last night. It made my skin feel really smooth and soft. The only issue is my skin had a lot of red spots when I woke up this morn. It was mostly clear yesterday. Is this just the purging stage? I can’t tell the difference between purging and just a breakout reaction. Btw I skin tested all the oils separately beforehand and I washed the oils off thoroughly afterwards.
I think the red spots is a bad reaction. How about just oil cleansing with plain grapeseed oil. Castor seed oil and hemp seed can be quite astringent and one or both could be causing the issue.
The CLEAR SKIN Essentials I’ve changed it to 20% castor oil and 80% grapeseed oil. It cleanses really well and I no longer have red spots. I think it was just purging. I still have some congested bumps but I’m using glycolic acid toner for them. I then use hemp seed oil mixed with my moisturizer and it works well for extra hydration! :)
hi, i'm sarah, i'm 14 years old. the type of acne i have is small, usually colorless, and painless all over my forehead. sometimes i get red bumps under my skin that hurt. i think this cystic acne. i also have dark marks on my face because of it. would cleansing with castor oil help with fading my marks? would you reccomend for the type of acne i seem to have? thanks!
Hi Sarah, The acne you have is from hormones and puberty. I recommend eating more vegetables and less sugar, this can really help balance your skin out. You can also try oil cleansing and see how it goes.
I'm actually trying OCM because I'm too lazy for a skincare routine. I've been looking for a minimal routine and I think this is perfect for me. I have tried BHAs and AHAs but they just made everything worse for me. I've been using Castor and Sunflower Oil for a week now and it's doing good. Less clogged pores and less oily! I don't need to use moisturisers anymore, so less expenses. I've read Grapeseed and Safflower are great for clogged pores so I ordered online and I can't wait to try them out. I hope they work great on my skin!
@@user-gc3rv6jw3n Hi, OCM means oil cleansing method. I only tried the castor oil for sunflower for a few weeks and unfortunately got more breakouts! Eventually my acne got worse as I tried grapeseed and safflower a few months after. Now, I'm using Hada Labo oil cleanser mainly as makeup remover, then I wash my face again with Oxecure Acne Facial Cleanser in the meantime. I haven't found a good moisturizer for my combi skin type until now, unfortunately.
Great Video! What do you think about using Microfibre towels for oil cleansing? I'm using it for a long time because it's more absorbant then normal washcloths.
Try drinking small drops of castor oil to start with along with water enemas with drops of castor oil in it. It will clean your lymph mucus and everything inside out up to the skin ..
Is it okay to use castor oil as your moisturizer? I plan on using it daily to help rid of my acne scars and prevent old acne or new acne from coming back. If I can't use it as a moisturizer what should I use then?
Castor oil is really sticky and thick, I wouldn't use it as a moisturizer. Instead, for acne prone skin I recommend grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, or squalane oil.
I’ve been using the castor oil for a few days, not sure if I have to keep using it to see a big difference but so far it’s just been causing more bumps on my forehead which is the biggest problem with my skin right now. I’ve tried so many products and decided to try the oil but it seems to be doing worse on my skin especially forehead. Not sure what to try but my forehead is the worst place on my skin for acne. Any suggestions?
That depends on how are you using that. If you’re leaving it on skin for longer than one minuet you have to ensure your akin is super clean beforehand. If you’re using it to oil cleanse you have to make sure its cleaned properly afterwards. In this case wash cloth dipped and wringed in warm water works best.
Hair on face has different growth cycles to hair on the head or body. Men have tried using castor oil to improve and speed up beard growth with no success. I don't think it affects facial hair as it does hair on head and eyelashes.
Is tea tree oil considered an essential oil in this thought????? I have noticed redness on my skin, but I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different things. So I’m wondering if this is the problem! Thanks for this info!!!
It could be the problem. I wouldn't experiment with a bunch of strong products all at once. Best to just use one treatment product at a time and see how your skin responds.
Does oil cleansing tends to cause open pores since I have oily skin PLz guide me. i was much inspired by your video on oil cleansing . should I use only castor oil all alone or to add any carrier oil PLz guide me
Oil cleansing can really help balance oil production and help oily skin types. You can try oil cleansing with castor oil, or also hemp seed oil, grapeseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, or jojoba oil (all these oils are compatible with oily skin).
Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to tell you which brand has the purest. I buy what is available. If possible, always best to get organic and cold pressed oils.
I wouldn't use castor oil on sensitive skin, it's a thick sticky oil which isn't the easiest to remove, and you don't want your wash cloth to rub and irritate sensitive skin. Better to use grapeseed oil which is gentler.
The castor oil is good for oily and acne prone skin, but if your skin is sensitive, than it could be too irritating. Better to use grapeseed oil which is gentler.
can I ask something. if I put castor oil in the morning as a moisturizer, does castor oil has interactions with sun? I am living in Cyprus that the sun is really really strong.
I recommend waiting at least 20 minutes after you apply oil or moisturizer before applying sunscreen. This will allow it to fully absorb and not adversely affect sunscreen. Living in hot climate, if you use facial oils it's very important to use a sunscreen after.
That sounds really nice! How do you find moringa powder on your skin? Moringa is really good to eat, it's very anti-inflammatory and full of minerals. I'm wondering what it does when applied topically?
I'm almost 65 and have used castor oil for nearly a year daily on my face, neck, eyes (it doesn't burn eyes), eyebrows, fingernails and toes, on any area that looks dry. I use it on hair to shine and scalp for a very healthy scalp treatment. It's a de-ager!

Mix castor oil with aloe vera--from the plant, not from a bottle--and lemon juice. Use as a mask. Fabulous!
Lemon juice on your face is really bad - not only is it too harsh, it also makes your skin more sensitive to the sun (accelerating aging).
Mix it with yogurt only apply to dark spots and after that dont go in sun for afew days like 10minimum

aloe

That's so awesome! I'm so happy you found something that worked. Thank you for sharing with us, and for watching my channel. I really appreciate it :)

Phoebe Seraphine Tamanu oil is good for acne it work wonders on my acne
I just started oil cleansing and absolutely love it! I haven't tried it with Castor Oil, only Jojoba oil for now but will for sure check it out!
That's awesome! I love oil cleansing too :)
Fee drops of castor oil, 1 capsule of vitamin E and recently I have added Macadamian nut oil (although im finding that to be drying even though I have oily skin.)
The 3 steamings is according to Ayuervedics.
Great and witch cast.òl is the best please ?😍🙏😘

Have you ever heard of MBT shoes, they helped my feet heal, and I no longer have an issue.
extra bonuses from castor oil face masks
1) penetrates through the skin and
a. protects eyes from cattarachs
b. cleans out the sinuses
(similar to an enema for the sinuses)
2 ) battles crowsfeet
How is this suggestion accomplished please? To cleanse sinuses...
Is the Castor oil mixed with a clean warm water and salt pkt? Thank you.
That's great, I'm so happy to hear the castor oil is working for you :)
I finally found an oil for my extremely dry skin. I put in on after washing face and sunscreen I do a little translucent powder to balance out shine. It's amazing!
That's a good 40s. Yaaaas gurl! Moisturize!
I’ve heard lots of girls with acne scarring have huge success with derma-rolling at home with 0.5 and proper cleaning and storing of the roller.
Yes, have to be careful with it, but I know a lot of people too that have great success with it.
Dermarolling caused massive hyperpigmentation on my skin. Both from at home and at a medical spa. Never again
I also love using coconut oil for my whole body as a cleanser instead of soap and always get compliments on how soft my skin is.
Hey so you just oil cleanse without any soap and your skin gets clean? Doesn’t it take more time? How do you manage to do this on busy days ?
@Itsgoodtobehere95 Hi! It doesn't really take any extra time because you're using it instead of soap. So you just put it in either before or once you're in the shower and then just get under the water. For my face I love to use a bit of Honey as well. It's also great for pre-shaving.
Standing over a humidifier will help castor oil get into your skin much faster and effectively.
Do you have the castor oil on your face while steaming or before applying it?
I have been using castor oil as addition to night routine care and my skin is supple and moisturized in the morning. No acne nothing
You didn’t use a facial cleanser?

So, I've been with you all the way back to the raw radiant health channel. Your videos are always so helpful. I've never commented, as I like to remain quiet, but I just want to say thank you for all you do. You just keep getting more helpful (and pretty) with each new video.
Ah that's so sweet, thank you! And that's so nice to hear you've stuck around all these years!!! I really appreciate that :)
Here's the recipe:
Equal parts (by the cup chopped)
-Garlic
-Habanero (or the hottest pepper you currently have access to)
-White onion
-Horseradish
-Ginger
Place all of the ingredients in a container of your choice.

Awesome! I too love using castor oil on my eyelash and eyebrows, it makes a difference :)
I heard that castor oil is good for reducing breast dense tissue, what do you think about that???
Very nice video. I double cleanse every day..... i use oil cleaning but not castor oil by itself.....I use 1/4 to 1/3 castor oil and add another oil like jojoba, safflower, rose hip,, even EVOO. Then a nice gentle cleanser. I do not think I would ever leave castor oil on my skin....yuk. It is way to astringent for my skin to leave it on.
Ya, it was an interesting experiment. I never thought I'd like using just castor oil either, but I did notice some benefits, especially for oily skin.
I have castor oil and using it as a make up remover with cotton but not rubbing it with my face, i just soak it until the make up is softer with the cotton. And also i see that my face is getting younger with castor and less dark undereye, my eyelashes is got longer too.

love love love watching your videos❤.... I have lots of acne and acne marks...can I use castor oil mix with grapeseed oil for oil cleansing method??
yes definitely!!
Yes!! This is the mix my sister and I used to clear our acne. Start with a higher ratio of castor oil and use less in the mix overtime as your skin balances out. Using a light skin moisturizer or toner afterwards is a must as the castor oil can overdry your skin. Aloe is good for this purpose.
@@TULIP.1689 so that's why it dried my pimples and felt a little dry, thank you!
And sometimes I even do hair masks with egg, mayonnaise and it does me no good. I have thin hair and idk what's wrong

The CLEAR SKIN Essentials Will it cause unwanted hair if used for oil cleansing or as a moisturizer?
I use it as a deep conditioner in combination with other oils, it's great!

You can try: 20% castor oil, 30% hempseed, 50% grapeseed.
If you find it too drying, decrease the hempseed oil, and add in some safflower oil.
Perfect!
Can I use the oil as the first cleanser and the follow with a mild facial cleanser afterwards? Thank you~
Yes! But only do that at night, double cleansing a little much if you do it twice a day.

Hi Sarah,
The acne you have is from hormones and puberty. I recommend eating more vegetables and less sugar, this can really help balance your skin out. You can also try oil cleansing and see how it goes.
@@InspireBeauty thank you so much! i will definitely try your tips!

Microfiber is very bad for our environment... 😢
Castor oil= miracle oil for me

Try drinking small drops of castor oil to start with along with water enemas with drops of castor oil in it. It will clean your lymph mucus and everything inside out up to the skin ..
What about groing hair in your face?

You will look lovely with a beard 🧔! No worries
Can it be used for normal skin ??
Thank you for sharing the wash info.
If you are getting bumps, stop using it. How about trying grapeseed oil or jojoba oil, these oils are less comedogenic.
Castor oil really helps to grow hair as we in asian use as hair oil does it reacts on face for facial hair i am confused
Hair on face has different growth cycles to hair on the head or body. Men have tried using castor oil to improve and speed up beard growth with no success. I don't think it affects facial hair as it does hair on head and eyelashes.
I have an oily skin and am afraid abt open pores and pimples.Pls help thank u
Try cleansing with honey, it can help balance oily skin and breakouts. Here's demo how to use it: ruclips.net/video/lauH2D1RZiA/видео.html
@@InspireBeauty Thank u yes been using honey with baking sida.
I wouldn't use the baking soda, it can mess up the PH of your skin causing irritation. Best to just use smooth honey.
@@InspireBeauty Thanks
Nice castor oil amazing oil to cleansing the face..
Don’t get tea tree in your eyes.
Turkish red castor oil dissolves in water😉 much easier to work with
That sounds great! Thank you so much for letting us know, I will definitely look into trying it.
Whole body hair thank you thank you thank you journey souls keep sharing knowledge lessons thank each other
*clear skin essential can I use castor oil on congested bumpy skin*
You can try.
Should it cleanse it out by using hot water with wash cloth?
Warm water is sufficient. If the water is too hot, it can be drying to your skin.
Which brand castor oil is the purest?
Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to tell you which brand has the purest. I buy what is available. If possible, always best to get organic and cold pressed oils.
Thank you
Will it work on sensitive, combinational, acne skin??
I wouldn't use castor oil on sensitive skin, it's a thick sticky oil which isn't the easiest to remove, and you don't want your wash cloth to rub and irritate sensitive skin. Better to use grapeseed oil which is gentler.
@@InspireBeauty but in videos you have mentioned that it is great for acne prone and combo skin, so I was thinking of using it. Now what should I do?
The castor oil is good for oily and acne prone skin, but if your skin is sensitive, than it could be too irritating. Better to use grapeseed oil which is gentler.
can I ask something. if I put castor oil in the morning as a moisturizer, does castor oil has interactions with sun? I am living in Cyprus that the sun is really really strong.
I recommend waiting at least 20 minutes after you apply oil or moisturizer before applying sunscreen. This will allow it to fully absorb and not adversely affect sunscreen. Living in hot climate, if you use facial oils it's very important to use a sunscreen after.
ok thank you very much for your reply. have a beautiful day
Can you use 100% castor oil as oil cleanser??
Yes. It's best suited for oily skin as an oil cleanser.
The CLEAR SKIN Essentials ok thanks
When i make mask i use moringa powder +Castor oil +Lemon +Honey little..😍😍😍
That sounds really nice! How do you find moringa powder on your skin? Moringa is really good to eat, it's very anti-inflammatory and full of minerals. I'm wondering what it does when applied topically?
Can I mix castor oil with baking soda?
No, I wouldn't use baking soda on your face. Just use castor oil on it's own.
