Thanks. I have a problem I cannot open chrome or word and I can only open ms edge but when i open ms edge it closes by itself a few seconds later. I haven't turned on my pc for a while and when I did- this is whats happening but it never happened before. Even my avast antivirus doesnt work. As of now im on safe mode and I cant event open windows security. Its just a blank page. Can I get help?

if it does find infected files what should we do does windows delete and remove it by itself automatically or do we have to remove it
