LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos and wrist bands!! Bought several for my vaulters. This is only my 2nd year coaching. None of my kids cleared 8 feet until yesterday. Freshman boy got 7’9”, 2 weeks ago.. then we had spring break. He’s only practiced twice since but cleared 8’9”!!!!! I’ve been really trying to have them focus on getting their hips up higher like in one of your recent videos! Thanks for all you do. I appreciate it!

just came home from hitting 10'6 pr tying for first at a school meet 10 minutes ago, i dont get upside down at all and really need to work on my form to push my prs so this was a perfect video for me to work with in the next few weeks to get a lot better!
