Dr Splichal, I’m a beginner dancer who is starting to use high heels a lot in my lessons. Is there anything else I should do to prevent injury?

At first, i can not contract, activate my instinsic foot msucles at allbut i didn't give up and now i can activate my foot muscle by watching your videos now i can powerfully grip the ground and it feels really awseome becaue i've been suffered from flat feet so long time. so really appreciate this.
but question is i can make arch consciously. But..is it 'cured?' I really really experienced your 'foot to core' system. Because of my weak feet, my glutes are weak too. If i train foot, adductions, glutes then will i can activate my foot 'unconsciously? like normal people who didn't suffer from flat feet?
My hobby is running and kettlebell etc but my foot, ankle is instable and this make my knee, hip joint as you know and also my perfomance getting worse.
I wonder is there any standard or answer or test that i got cured/normal.
If you read this comment, can you reply anything? I really wanna know.
    Sorry for my bad enligsh.
