EXACTLY RICHARD!! In my 60s, I've been telling ppl for years, about 2 things, about 2 of my Idols my friend!! A!! Ali was just wasting his money paying Don king millions of dollars too promote his fights!! Because he drummed up a million xs more publicity for His next bout than King EVER DID RICHARD!!🙂Add to that the hilariously funny way he said things!! AND it just reinforces my argument! Or, point of view!! As I'm not an argumentative or a Callsome person!! For example even tho Joe DID Somehow manage to put him down!! ALI did an interview just after that fight, in which Joe spent 4 weeks in the intensive care unit!! AND 5 weeks in the ICU after the Thriller!! But!! After their 1st bout in N.Y..The interviewer said...I bet u felt embarrassed huh? Ali casually and genuinely replied.' Noooo!! I'd be lying if I told u that Sir!!🤔but, I'm very annoyed with myself for falling for his left hook, as I'd been Training and telling my Sparring partner tool hit me with as many left hooks as he could do, whenever he sensed I wasn't expecting it Sir!! AND!! Believe u me!! My sparring partner hits a lot harder than Joe did or does, yet, I managed to lean back to avoid Ron's left hook in the Gym, and I just deflected and blocked it with my right, or with both of my gloves!! AND!! Ron's a far faster left hook hitter than Joe is!! AND B..he went on to tell the interviewer, and the other reason I'm not upset about it is, I KNOW I'll get him next time!!🙂and u can bet on the fact, he won't be hitting me in the head, with his left hook ever again!! As I knew and 100pc know now, I'll see it comin and just deflect it, AND Hit Joe in the head as soon as I see His left hook miss, because his guard will be down in that very spit second...( which makes perfect Sense!!) AND I'll throw a straight left right! straight into His head!! He'll be off balance for that fraction of a second becausef he'll be nearly side on...SIR!!😕 which Ali proved in their next 2 fights!! Every single left hook Joe threw in their 2nd and 3rd fights, Ali seen it coming long before it landed!! On Ali's right, or both gloves!! AND!! As he predicted, Ali d just throw a left right straight drive straight into Joe's face!! AND that REALLY Humiliated Joe, and made him angry!! AND no matter howwww hard Joe tried to repeat his N.Y knockdown ...He couldn't and didn't put Ali down!! His right eye was swollen shut and and, by the end of the 13th, Joe's left eye was just a slit!! AND his trainer DID give or, Allowed him, 1 more rd too knock Ali down, or clean out!! But!! He wasn't making any headway!! 1 of Joe's cornermen, was mom's uncle, and He told Joe after the 14th, when he kept yelling 'LET ME AT HIM BOSS!!??' His trainer said, Ali's STILL got ENOUGH stamina to hit u with his right drive!! AND I was wrong when I told u midfight, that u had him beat!! AND!! It's NOT A matter of IFFF He'll hit u in the left eye with the same right he ko'd Foreman with Joe!! Hate him all u want!! But!! Any boxer d drive their straight right, into the only good eye uve got!! It's ONLY A SLIT JOE!! AND!! He's NOT just any boxer!! He's Mohammad Ali!! AND Then his own Dr said I've seen men killed in the ring and!! I'm not about too see u be my 3rd!! For God's sake Joe!! Your sight's sooo bad that, u walked towards Ali's corner in the last 2 rounds!! If your trainer doesn't throw the towel in!! I darn well will!! He's way ahead on points besides that Anyway!! AND...His Dr told him after the fight, besudes Ali still being able to Close your left eye!! You'd had the humiliation of him knocking u down!! Then ude'v never lived it down because it'd go down in history, as 1 knock down each!! U lost the 2nd fight on points!! And use have lost this final bout on points too!! Even if Ali didn't close your left eye!! You'll realise in x I'm right Joe!! Now!! I'm taking u to hospital!!...And the other idol of mine I mentioned had the same problem Ali had Richard!!! ELVIS PRESLEY!!! not only didn't need the colonel!! ELVIS was just paying him more than he cleared himself from his concerts, movies and records!! Poor old Elvis had the talent not!! The colonel!! All he EVER did, was line Elvis Presley concerts up!! Which the likes of u and I could've done Richard!! He just sat on his big fat Arse!! AND made phone calls to Vegas and other venues!! Which d v been a dream job!! All he had to do was ring those venues!! AND!! They''d v all just pounced on his calls!! Because of COURSE ANY BIG venue was going to, and DID SAY YES!! Because with Elvis being in concert in say, a Vegas Grand Gambling venue!! Their poker machine sales alone would have quadrupled at the very least!! That's just both common and good business sense!! AND in my humble opinion!! King didn't personally care about Ali!! Nor, did the Colonel with Elvis!! They were both sleazy men who made billions in today's money!! True but prime Ali was overrated: he won Liston (2 fixed fights) and only light heavyweight, 185 pounds Henry Cooper knocked down him with single left hook and almost was won by Dfoug Jones.

@@Shovelhook Ali improved immensely since Jones and Coopers left hook was his hammer, any hw can be knocked down if the punch is timed and delivered correctly. Ali was clowning with Henry which is why he got hooked over. The next round should tell you that when he did a number on him and stopped him in the next round.
Dude as an uruguayan I dont care if his haircut is weird, I'm from the same neighborhood than Evangelista. This guy fought for 15 rounds with the best boxer of all times.

Oh c'mon. A lot of his fights were fixed at the end. Esp w/ Spinks that the fbi looked into it. This was a disgrace and he was just going thru the motions to get paid. Someone told him to do it

The judges usually gave it to Ali bc he was the money. Same as today. Unless they were told not to.
@@kingrobthegreat7446 Ali didn't involve in fixing matches . FBI looked into.it , due to some allegations , and obviously proved to be not true.. Allegations didn't sustain . And Ali remained the greatest in history without such black spots.
The point is that , the organizers and sports lovers who pay want entertainment too . Boxing is a game. Not a war . The fighters remained friends after beating each other.
Ali always let the matches to prolong to upper rounds to give a return to the viewers. As he is being paid handsomely . With serious contenders he fights seriously . With minor challengers , whom he can knock down any time , he meant more entertainment .

AND, Dad's Muslim friend, he cut sleepers for the railway with, Treated Dad with more respect than any of the other 15 sleeper cutters, and, it's not as if Dads other 15 Christian co workers, didn't treat Dad with great respect either!! As they ALL treated Dad well!! I live in Australia and, Dad said his father worked with the Afghan Cameleers, who opened up the centre of AUSTRIALIA, from the South, too the North of Australia!! Because Horses couldn't traverse or, travel thru the red sandy; desolate and remote centre of Australia my friend!! Geez Ali was a funny man!!🙂this is 2 and 3 yrs after, the Thriller and the Rumble!! AND Ali said or, admitted him and Joe went too Manilla as champions, and they BOTH came back as old men!!😕 ppl can make their own minds up about the result of the Thriller, but!! Joe spent 5 weeks in the, intensive care unit after the fight, just like he did after he beat Ali in their 1st fight!! Even though Joe won their 1st bout!! AND poor old Joe only went on to have 2 more professional fights, and I think he lost 1 of them too sadly, WHEREAS!! ALI went on to have Manny more fights!! AND won the majority too!! Except when he in my humble opinion naively had his very last 2 fights, which gave him 2 more losses, when beforehand, he d only ever lost about 4 in his entire career😕BUT!! Even tho an observant person can clearly see, that the onset of Parkinson's disease was starting to be evident, and show in this bout, And even tho it was 2/3 yrs after the Rumble in the jungle and the Thriller, he's still dancing and double shuffling, and half clowning around in this fight,in at least 75 PC of the fight, he looks very little different than the Ali of old!! Before he ko'd Foreman and him and Joe nearly killed 1 another!! I can still see the Ali of old here!!🙂
