I test rode the Sportster S mate. Great bike that puts an involuntary smile on your face when you open the throttle in sport mode! Looks great aswell but unfortunately it's a bit small for me. Enjoy 😎🍻
Riding mostly in the city, I needed something water cooled and relatively close to the ground (I like having both feet firmly on the ground at the stop lights), and that made the V-Rod the only Harley I could consider (the new Sportster S also fits the bill), I know that it isn’t the most comfortable cruiser out there, but it looks great and puts a smile on my face everytime I start it.
I picked up a 2011 NRS this year and I love it. I’ve gotten nothing but love for it from others, & sometimes people just don’t know what it is. All compliments though.
still got my 04 vrsca, got so much hate by HD enthusiast, didn’t get to ring the bell when I bought it brand new, and is the reason why proudly call it my Porsche 😂 you don’t see them around that much anymore, but it still quite a head turner, when I bring it for service a lot of customers on the floor just stop and stare at it. The biggest issue I have had is finding parts for it, HD VROD tech specialist are hard to find, but I have learned how to do my own maintenance, just did the spark plugs and that’s a handful, but fun to do and a lot of cleaning too.
Thanks for the video, I have wanted a V-Rod since I was in college, today is the day… 2006 Night Rod 4K miles with slip ons already installed. So excited!! Can’t wait to get the hate! Let’s take it to the line!
I have a 2013 Muscle. The second VROD i'ev owned. I've also owned 8 other "Harleys". As well as kawasaki, Honda, and Yamahs, Triumph, BSA , and probably one or two I've forgotten. The Muscle is by far my favorite bike I've owned. Comfortable and FAST!!!!
Just got my first harley a few months ago. 2006 vrod, 5,000 miles . Bubs pipes. Lots of fun. The best is at the gas pumps when you lift the seat to fill it. I havent ran into any derogatory comments yet. But lots of looks and thumbs up. Great vid.
I bought my 2004 V-Rod and dood, you know with 120 horse power and 80+ torque I love it! I had a guy at Sturgis call it the 'Hardley-Daividson' - I thought about getting my feelings hurt but no way. Other than that, I have had nothing but good positive comments about my V-Rod. I put some throw-overs on it for storage and light touring but I love getting my V-Rod out on the road and opening it up. The torque alone has probably saved my life more than once. I can get outta nasty traffic situations so fast and I'm a heavy guy. Keep preachin'! I have met a lot of V-Rod owners and no one is ever disappointed when they actually ride one. Great video, got my sub. Do more videos.
HD is the only brand I know of the Disrespects its own brand ...both riders and sales people. My first HD 2015 VRod ...I love it ....absolutely love it
I drive a 2021 HD Sportster S 1250 T and I get similar reactions from traditional HD riders. Not really hate, just curiosity more than anything. The Sportster S moves like no other HD and will scare the hell out of most riders especially because of the torque and 8500-9000 RPM redline. Thinking of getting a V-ROD as my second bike. Thanks for making this video!
The V-rod range from Harley is what most if not all biker gangs here in NZL ride as a 2013 nightrod special owner I personally love it. I get to go riding with my brothers from my MC family as well as roaring the Vrod along open roads. Check my buddy Diego H. he has a sick Vrod custom as well
Dude, I seriously loved your video! I'm doing research toward buying my first HD and love the Nightrod special. At least after watching your video I know what I'm in store for lmao
Thanks appreciate it! My brother has a night rod special and loves it! Was going to do a video on the differences between the muscle and night rod special. Actually it’s a lot of cosmetic differences between the two. You will love the bike when you get it!!
I have a 2005 V-Rod and love it. Only had one negative comment "It sounds like a sewing machine. get some pipes on there" . I smiled in bemusement and realize that I'm the one who chose and paid for it not the commenter. I take any negativity in one ear & out the other.
My first purchase was an 03 anniversary V-Rod, I couldn’t believe the hatred and insults I took in just the first couple months, I just turned that into something positive now they’re mostly accepted and I still don’t care. I love it. It’s got 70,000 on it and it’s still like brand new. He’s 20 years old and it still feels like new, so my advice is if you don’t like it, don’t buy it.
I just bought a 2017 Vrod this past Saturday, I’ve never ridden a motorcycle in my life but I’m loving this, I plan on getting a 2 wheel endorsement at some point
I ride a 2016 Night Rod Special. The best bike in the world by very far. I used to ride superbikes, my last superbike was a GSX-R 1000 (2012). I had to make a change and nothing satisfied me except the V-Rod.
I have a night rod special 2009 with saddle bags, engine guard and reduce reach handle bar, i love it. I have a indian scout sixty too. Both bikes are wonderful bikes.
Just purchased a 2017 V-rod Muscle same color as yours i traded in a 1200 sportster i was getting smashed buy the bigger harleys. I am so glad i got it best purchase ive ever made
Harley-Davidson V-Rods are very exciting!! The V-rod engine is a works racer machine for the start dash, and a Porsche for high rotation!!! The V-rod engine is a direct descendant of the works machine VR1000!!!! it's an amazing motorcycle👍👍👍👍👍👍
Idiots will always be idiots. I remember back in 1990 when I got a new FXR (Super Glide). I was ask by a guy on a Softail why I didn't buy a "Real Bike" ?????? Kept my FXR for 22 years and loved it. Tried V-Rods 2 time over the years and they are awesome :-) A bike I would buy right now is the Indian FTR. I like the the look of it and the great power.
Same thing happened to me, AT A Harley dealership. The lady told me not to buy a VRod, not a cool bike, too small, you;lol be back in a year to buy a real bike.. I was like ‘damn!’…. So, I left and bought an M109…
Similar, I considered selling my M109R and getting a VRod until the nonsense from the hog community kicked in ,still have my 9 and happy for it.VRod what a beautiful bike shame it's a HD.
My 2002 vrsca was a great adrenaline rush at 150mph it redlines at 9 grand, has early screaming eagle pipes which sound awesome and is anodized gray with all factory chrome. Came with small sport windshield both factory seats. I loved that V-Rod. Gas tank could of been bigger though.
When I was looking to buy a new bike, I test rode a V-Rod Anniversary. I loved it, but I ended up buying a Triumph Speed Triple. I sill love the V-Rod, aside from the fuel efficiency. I don't understand how the people within a company's fanbase will hate on you for riding a few of the bikes they make. Get made fun of for a sportster, V-Rod, the Street and even a Dyna in some cases. It's like if you are not riding their top of the line bikes that cost more than cars, you aren't riding a proper Harley... It's why I stayed away from Harley riders in general. Just love my Triumph and hang out with the rest of the biker world.
Rode bikes for years and gave it up when the kids came along. After a 15 year break bought a Nightrod Special and love it to death. Done 11,000Km in two years, most with my 17 year old son pillion. Had the same experience as you when a bought a filter and the parts guy asked me what made me by that bike. Not sure how the values are holding in the states, but i paid 20K AUS 2 years ago (MY13 ABS) and can't replace it today for under 30K. Very popular here. Mine is stock but most are modified
It is a great motorcycle isn't it?!! The values are going up here cause of demand and also Covid has made the values increase as well. Not nearly as much demand as by you but hopefully in time I can see it easily being a collectible. Ride safe!
It's one of the coolest looking bikes ever. it's extremely fast. It's extremely reliable. It never leaves a drop of anything on the ground. What's left for Harley riders to love?
Most people don't realize that the V-Rod doesn't even start to kick in, until after 3500rpm then it's game time. I was guilty of thinking that there was no way, that a bike with only 1250cc is going to satisfy my needs after I have owned the biggest CC Bikes on the market. I have a custom Motorcycle shop in Chattanooga Tennessee, and have been blessed with the opportunity to be able to ride anything that I choose to ride. After owing a few M109R1 and 2s ,a few Harley Davidson Road Glide Specials, Honda VTX 1800s , and the list goes on and on" the V-Rod just wasn't on my radar until I actually rode one that a customer wanted to trade in for something with less power. Yeah I said less power because he had just gotten out of the hospital, after having open heart surgery. He rode his bike up to my shop from LA , wich means lower Alabama where I am from. He rode several of the bikes that I had in stock, and I jumped on his Night -Rod Special and the rest is history. He rode home on a Yamaha warrior XV 1700, and I kept the night -Rod Special until I got my hands on a V-Rod VRSXE Destroyer with the screaming eagle package. I learned a valuable lesson from that experience wich has helped me ,to stop judging whatever type bike it is until first riding one. Great video thanks for sharing.
Hahah bought my first Harley at 22 last year I got a 2013 muscle and ppl have been impressed outside the Harley community with the speed of it but the traditional guys all kind of hate it 😂
Harley guy 27 years and counting. My first Harley was a beat up 73' Iron Head 1,000 cc Sportster in the mid 90's (I'm a Gen X). Boomers on big twin Harleys would make fun of my "girls bike" .....until the light turned green and I smoked their hogs off the line. LOL! Still ride my 93' Harley Evo Heritage Bike Show Winner, since 97'. Always wanted a second bike in case my Evo broke down. It never has. But, I finally started researching a second bike. I want a muscle crusier that is fast off the line and has a wide rear tire ....stock. Saw a bike that looked very cool. Shocked to find out it is a Harley Night Rod Special with an aftermarket body kit. It looks like a Batman Harley. LOL! Found out the V Rod/Night Rod is a Top 10 fastest muscle bike, with 2008 up model Night Rods have the larger engine and a 240 rear tire that can be changed to a 260 without mods. My second bike will be a Harley Night Rod Special with an aftermarket body kit, mid controls and Z bars. Live to Ride, Ride to Live. LOL! Here is a vid about the V Rod m.ruclips.net/video/GpsGwZWvMf0/видео.html ....also saw the Trans Am in the vid. My first car was a 79' Trans Am in the late 80's. Currently, on my 8th Firebird/T.A., a 2002 Firebird Convertible since 2002 (last year).
I have a 2003 Dyna lowrider and I have a 2006 Vrod Streetrod. Let’s just just say, my Dyna hates my Vrod because I spend sooooo much time with the “enemy”. I can’t wait until next riding season.
Nice bike. The Harley world is indeed strange. I've owned several bikes from different brands and I used to say I'll never buy a Harley just because of the looney cult mentality that surrounds the brand. I was riding Triumph and Victory for the last few years and then Victory went out of business. So in 2019 I decided to give Harley a try. Bought an Ultra Limited. It's a great bike with superb fit and finish, but far from the best value. It took thousands to bring it up to the performance of my older Victory tourer. By the way, my Vision gets similar reactions as your V-Rod. A LOT of attention. Some from haters but more from folks who think it's an awesome looking bike. Anyway, stay safe and keep riding what you like.
I bike is a bike, to each their own. We all share the road and enjoy the ride. I've never received grief about my Superglide, mostly compliments, but I agree I do get more compliments about my Streetglide CVO. I love the V-Rod, I would have one but my wife typically rides with me and she doesn't like the ride on it.
My first Harley was a Vrod night rod. Never forget the first time I went to put fuel in it, looking all over that thing for the tank lol. Sadly traded for a road glide. I wish I kept it and just bought the RG. Best of both worlds. I know what you mean about the hate. Aside from my buddies all the older guys bashed it left and right. It never bothered me I just wanted it for what it was. Like cars I enjoy the old school and the new stuff. They all have their own character. I will say the first time I hopped on the RG I was blow away at how much more maneuverable it was despite the size. But I was disappointed at how slow it was. Forever I wanted that bike but with the power of the Vrod. Been looking at the Challenger but hoping Harley finally builds a bagger with some power. A few things I wish the V-Rod had was a little bit bigger fuel tank maybe a little compartment somewhere and mid controls. The first time I stuffed the peg on the tail of the dragon about shit my pants. I rode with my heels higher but wasn't expecting the peg to dig like it did. I believe these bikes will start to run up in value in the next decade of not sooner.
Have a 2007 VRSCX S/Eagle. Owned since new. Also, FXR, Dyna and several RoadKings. Its NOT for touring! It was Willie G's genius stroke. If you "hate" this bike you've never ridden one.
No matter what you got it's never gonna be good enough, I don't care if it's a Harley 500 or 750 if it's a sportster, v Rod, even certain baggers, or whatever sombodys always gotta kick up the shit to get somthin goin. I dig the V Rod because it's different and ahead of it's time. And if Baggers won't let you ride with em, well , see you in my dust!!!
I had a 13 Muscle that I just traded for a Sportster S. I’m a glutton for punishment, but I saw it too. I wouldn’t even get waves by other Harley guys. Some didn’t even have any idea what it was. Seeing the same with the new Sporty S. The VRod was a great bike.
Congrats on the new purchase! So I need to ask which feels faster and I’m assuming you like the Sportster s more? When I rode the Sportster s it felt faster by a lot because of the weight to power ratio. What is your thoughts?
@@TorqueandPower The Sportster, by the seat of the pants gauge in sport mode feels considerably faster than the VRod. The weight loss and added torque contributes a lot to that. The throttle response is incredible. To be honest though, the handling may have been the biggest selling point for me.
I had a 2013 V-Rod Muscle and unfortunately I had to sell it but it's literally the best looking Harley ever made and when I'm ready to buy another one this is the only HD I'd ever buy.
I really like the vrod, especially the nightrod, it really sad that they stopped making them. Maybe they can have a comeback since Harley are doing more liquid cooled bikes now.
That new revolution max motor is making its way in more bikes so I’m sure they might make something you will like in the future. That Sportster s is crazy quick!!
Yep I can't believe they stopped making them as they were the most modern HD engine at the time, and they were becoming more popular. Here in the UK you are looking at 16k to buy a used one!
The Buell was like that back in day people use to be mad they where sold at the Harley dealer ship . Which the Buell was all Harley motor and hand made by Eric Buell . Well first year middle was all homemade. But I love v rods and buells . Baggers are for old men with gray hair . You don't need a bagger if you only ride around your own town . Only need baggers for long trips
I was the first guy in my area to have a vrod. The guy at the Harley service desk use to give me a hard time and talk garbage. Then BMW opened a service desk in the same shop. That same guy kept on talking crap. He kept talking about the bikes being liquid cooled. Well now that stupid guy has to live with that HD went with the liquid cooled with almost every bike. I love now that HD went electric lol That stupid guy at Harley must be crying now lol The Vrod hands down is the best bike I ever owned period! Great bike! I get compliments almost every time I ride it from non Harley people. I love it!
Got the sportster s... Get the same crap from the older riders.. but idgaf!! I love my bike. I went so fast those those slow baggers couldn't keep up. vrod is next on my list.
With how much Harley’s have a markup right now and me not wanting a ZX6R. I’m strongly considering a VRod. One because I’ve always liked it since I saw it when I was a kid. Two they are really great bang for buck. Last but not least I want the hate. Lol
Always wanted a VROD, but never happened. Did end up with a heavily modified 2008 H-D Rocker C. Only get occasionally griefed by the few who know what a Rocker is, most people never heard of it. H-D only made the Rocker for 4 years. Besides being modded, the bike is debadged. Without badging, people are confused. By the way, fistbump to another Pontiac owner. 👊
@@TorqueandPower Actually the crimson red sunburst on the Rocker C. The Pontiac is a 2008 G6 GXP sedan. The GXP's are known for having chrome mesh grills on them, I like the mesh look... I found a bunch of chrome mesh covers for the bike as well. Like your VROD, it's cool to have something different, unique and kicks butt. 😎
The coincidence! I have an 08 Rocker C blue. It is a beautiful factory custom that I fell in love with instantly. I also have a 81 Trans Am LTD Edition NASCAR pace car turbo Recaro Edition WS6. I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2012 Muscle with three thousand miles on it. Ride & drive what makes you feel good!
It is a nice add on I think it dresses it up a bit. I just ordered the nightrod cover which comes in vivid black then I sent it off to get painted to match my color.
I love this bike. I don't understand the prejudice against it at all. Guess that's why they stopped making them in 2017. I am sure these things at some point will rocket up in value.
I own 9 Harleys - a V Rod and 8 baggers. When some harley guy ditches my VR, I just show him a picture of my others and ask how many “real Harleys” does he own? Usually shuts them up lol
New to channel and man great content and thanks. I'm close to getting a 2003 100th anniversary v rod as my 1st bike ever. It has 24,000 on it. Any opinions on if these miles are to high? Anyone who comments and reads the post I really appreciate it a lot.
Welcome and thank you! No mikes are not to high cause these engines are bulletproof! Some things to check like the triple sprocket is tight and the breather tube on the air box isn’t leaking any oil. Super super easy to check and maintain at every oil change it just is smart to be preventive. Join the board 1130 as well very knowledgeable and helpful!

Totally agree!! Which V-Rod do you own?
I picked up a 2011 NRS this year and I love it. I’ve gotten nothing but love for it from others, & sometimes people just don’t know what it is. All compliments though.
It’s a great motorcycle!
I just bought a VRod yesterday and I’m loving it.
Awesome!!!! Which one?
@@TorqueandPower I just bought a 2008 VRSCDX NightRod
I bought a v-Rod muscle -09 in 2021. I love it, it is the best and funniest Harley i had driven. And I live in Sweden.
I long to summer and spring…
still got my 04 vrsca, got so much hate by HD enthusiast, didn’t get to ring the bell when I bought it brand new, and is the reason why proudly call it my Porsche 😂 you don’t see them around that much anymore, but it still quite a head turner, when I bring it for service a lot of customers on the floor just stop and stare at it.
Tell me what you think now that you have the V-Rod!
Thanks and love that you appreciate the V-Rod so much. Hardly-Davidson ha first I heard that one ha
fuck what other people think,i love the bike and thats the only harley i will get!:)
Yep, I couldn’t agree more
HD is the only brand I know of the Disrespects its own brand ...both riders and sales people. My first HD 2015 VRod ...I love it ....absolutely love it
That's a damn GREAT LOOKING HARLEY DAVIDSON VROD . you probably gained some performance from them slip ONS
You bet!
I love that RockStar put the Vrod in GTA V. They even got the sound right.
The V-rod range from Harley is what most if not all biker gangs here in NZL ride as a 2013 nightrod special owner I personally love it. I get to go riding with my brothers from my MC family as well as roaring the Vrod along open roads. Check my buddy Diego H. he has a sick Vrod custom as well
This is quite a few years after you made this video, I mostly get interest in my V Rod’s. It’s definitely gained a cult following.
Check out the revzilla vrod review
@@ericneville8043 it is a great review and cool footage!
I have a 2005 V-Rod and love it. Only had one negative comment "It sounds like a sewing machine. get some pipes on there" . I smiled in bemusement and realize that I'm the one who chose and paid for it not the commenter. I take any negativity in one ear & out the other.
It’s an amazing motorcycle so negativity is cured by the twist of the throttle!
Thanks, Awesome Video. I have a 2005 VRSCSE CVO Bike and Love it! Fast as Hell! I also have a Bagger! And Love it too. Just Saying..
They hate because their "real Harley" is the most efficient machine at not turning noise into horsepower lmfao
That is saying a lot coming from a gixxer! Awesome!
I have a night rod special 2009 with saddle bags, engine guard and reduce reach handle bar, i love it. I have a indian scout sixty too. Both bikes are wonderful bikes.
It’s nice having 2 bikes and you picked some fun ones to own!
Just purchased a 2017 V-rod Muscle same color as yours i traded in a 1200 sportster i was getting smashed buy the bigger harleys. I am so glad i got it best purchase ive ever made
That’s awesome! I love the color and so easy to take care of cleaning wise. 154 made total in the world for that color. Where you out of?

I love the v-rod , I a 2001 but it’s hard to find one that old in good shape that’s not been run to death. Be safe and God Bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thx!
Never had any bad comments about my 2007 NRS, especially as I was flying by, lol!
Just picked up a 2004 Vrod . Bought for a good Price....first Harley . Omfg i dont care what anybody says its amazing!
Vrods have a great unique look. And by far one of the fastest bikes I’ve seen!!! Great video!
Thank you and totally agree with you!
I've had 3 NRS's 2012 and above, and they were definately my favourite bikes and I miss them. Fast, comfortable, and easy to ride. 😎
I remember back in 1990 when I got a new
FXR (Super Glide). I was ask by a guy on a Softail why I didn't buy a "Real Bike" ??????
Kept my FXR for 22 years and loved it.
Tried V-Rods 2 time over the years and they are awesome :-)
A bike I would buy right now is the Indian FTR. I like the the look of it and the great power.
So true always haters out there. I’ve test ridden the ftr a couple times. It’s quick but not my style for riding position but overall it is unique!
I don't have a VROD but I do own a BREAKOUT and I treat it like it's a one of a kind machine
Breakout is great bike!
Vrods-night rods all day!
I didn't use my VRSCX for 3 weeks..... the rush of adrenaline is topped only by the urge to ride like an outlaw.🙂
That's right😂😂😂
Tuner owner here Nismo 350Z , and GSX-R 750 rider V Rod is the only Harley that is Appealing and I would consider buying ..simple ..
It is simple! Love it and now you need to buy one 👍🏻
Ihave one too. Love my 2015 muscle. Only had since Oct of 21, but fun to ride.
I had another HD rider pass me one morning on way to work and give me the finger after I wave at him. Just dibt get the haters on this cycle.
Always puts a smile on my face when I ride it!!
Come on….seriously? Crazy!
I have a 2011 VRod and I can relate, I get the good and bad about mines. I love it 👍🏾 good video, Subbed.
Great machines those vrods!
I sat on an older one recently and it felt awesome.
Great and sound advice! Thx for sharing!!
LOL!
Here is a vid about the V Rod
m.ruclips.net/video/GpsGwZWvMf0/видео.html
....also saw the Trans Am in the vid. My first car was a 79' Trans Am in the late 80's. Currently, on my 8th Firebird/T.A., a 2002 Firebird Convertible since 2002 (last year).
You spotted the trans am lol. It’s a 2002 as well. You won’t be disappointed with the night rod it is a solid bike all around!!
Haters are idiots. Plenty of them out there. Harley riders or not. Should be only love and positivity for fellow riders!
I have a 2003 Dyna lowrider and I have a 2006 Vrod Streetrod. Let’s just just say, my Dyna hates my Vrod because I spend sooooo much time with the “enemy”. I can’t wait until next riding season.
Those are two fun bikes to own! That V-Rod will eat up that dyna 😎
I got 2013 harley davidsons superlow sportster, vrod or nightrod will be my next collection for ride.
You will love it when you get a V-Rod!
I prefer driving a sailboat or an airplane to "driving' a motorcycle. But at least time has made me used to V-Rods!
The v-rod is for speed and street glide for touring. Works well that way for me!!
I agree we all ride and whatever gets you on the road with a smile on your face!
I agree with you on on a lot of your points! Value will rise for sure!
I’m looking for a pre2008 night rod or a street rod for that mid control increased lean angle.
Have a 2007 VRSCX S/Eagle. Owned since new. Also, FXR, Dyna and
several RoadKings. Its NOT for touring! It was Willie G's genius stroke. If you "hate" this bike you've never ridden one.
I think that the new Sporter S will face that same luck!...🤦🏾♂️
Beautiful Bike! Thumbs-up for that! 👍🏾 Greetings from Douglas, Arizona 👍🏾🦠😷🌵🤦🏾♂️
I hope not it really is a fun bike!
It's funny that that is still going on almost two decades after its release.
It’s wild I know 😀
No matter what you got it's never gonna be good enough, I don't care if it's a Harley 500 or 750 if it's a sportster, v Rod, even certain baggers, or whatever sombodys always gotta kick up the shit to get somthin goin. I dig the V Rod because it's different and ahead of it's time. And if Baggers won't let you ride with em, well , see you in my dust!!!
Exactly!
@@stephencavrich5457 thanks for the reply! That was exactly my thoughts too. I really enjoyed riding the Sportster S. Congrats again!
Nice Firehawk!!! The bike is just awesome!
Thanks! It is an awesome bike for sure!!
I had a 2013 V-Rod Muscle and unfortunately I had to sell it but it's literally the best looking Harley ever made and when I'm ready to buy another one this is the only HD I'd ever buy.
Damn right!!
Best bike in the world vrods new zealand and aussie love them🙏
Agree!!!!!
Mate, come to New Zealand and Vrod’s are all you see 🔥
Buy me that ticket and I’m in!! It’s on my must see lists!!
THE BEST BIKE I HAVE EVER OWNED!!! AND I STILL HAVE IT!!!
Yes!!
I love it!
Very similar story we both share! It is an amazing motorcycle that I will never sell. Thanks for sharing!
Got the sportster s... Get the same crap from the older riders.. but idgaf!! I love my bike. I went so fast those those slow baggers couldn't keep up. vrod is next on my list.
It is my favorite Harley, I’m between it and a Indian scout bobber. Been on a Ktm duke for a year and cruisers are more my style
Driven the scout and the VRod smokes it if that helps you. V-Rod is just more quality than the scout but you check them out and decide!
With how much Harley’s have a markup right now and me not wanting a ZX6R. I’m strongly considering a VRod. One because I’ve always liked it since I saw it when I was a kid. Two they are really great bang for buck. Last but not least I want the hate. Lol
I own 6 harleys. Softail, baggers, and my favorite...the V ROD night rod. Not liking it is mental
Great ride, great review..killer stories WITH ‘immature’ salesman..”it takes all kinds they say”! Thanks
Thanks!! 👍🏼
loved that bike!
I like the rocker c a lot it’s a cool looking bike! What color blue? What kind of Pontiac as well?
@@TorqueandPower Actually the crimson red sunburst on the Rocker C. The Pontiac is a 2008 G6 GXP sedan. The GXP's are known for having chrome mesh grills on them, I like the mesh look... I found a bunch of chrome mesh covers for the bike as well.
Like your VROD, it's cool to have something different, unique and kicks butt. 😎
@@luisoutumuro424 those are both great rides! I like that red I’ve seen it a few times very nice.
Looking at where you got the white waterhose/radiator hose cover ... look insane, have also seen glass hose replacements they look like lava lamps ...
It is a nice add on I think it dresses it up a bit. I just ordered the nightrod cover which comes in vivid black then I sent it off to get painted to match my color.
I have a custom 2015 vrod muscle bagger absolutely perfect love it
Awesome congrats! Makes for a great cruiser!
@Torque and Power a couple more stops then normal because of heavy wrists and small fuel tank but for me thats just part of the adventure
I have saddle bags, I travel in comfort for weeks, logging thousands of miles. I have the freedom and the power... i have a v-rod.
That’s awesome!!
I remember a lot of people hating it because Porsche helped develop the engine
GREAT VIDEO!!!! I LOVE THE V ROD ALSO!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
My pleasure thank you for the great comment! V-Rod!!!
I love this bike. I don't understand the prejudice against it at all. Guess that's why they stopped making them in 2017. I am sure these things at some point will rocket up in value.
I believe you are right the value should increase!
I have a 2005 and I love my V-Rod I wouldn't change it up for nothing else
Used to be hated by Harley guys when they first came out but not anymore, they are becoming more popular all the time
