When i was 18 i preach in front of people and I would never have said or did anythinh this man has said. People keep making excuses for his age nope. He shouldnt be preaching if he is not ready. Simple stop it.

I get your sentiment but you have to think of his context and tradition. Who will tell him he is wrong if first, he is the lead pastor, and second, they agree with his theology and the way he read the Bible? Even his close friends and mentors agree with his theology.
There are hundred of churches that want him to preach in their pulpits and thus confirming to him that he is on the right track both theologically and biblically.
All I can do is pray that God guides him and surrounds him with wonderful people. The other thing I can do is discuss were he went wrong in his theology so others beware, while trying to be respectful towards him and his church all at the same time

Well, I am going to pray for him, at least. He is young and immature spiritually (IMHO). It would probably do him a lot of Godly good if he knocked off the pastorate for at least three years in isolation (like another young man named Paul) and get some H.S. shaping done. He's uber rough around the edges and just a tiny bit egotistical. I will give him some time to ripen, but I hope he doesn't take too long. I am still concerned.

Time in isolation for some years sounds like an interesting idea...

The father said his word doesn't change, there is nothing new under the sun, I am that I am. We all make mistakes including those in position, which the father of creation, does not care about.
There is a way to read the scripture and reveal the truth not a guess however those who claim to teach the word in truth and spirit base it mostly of their own opinion, experience rather than the clarity and confirmation of the Holy spirit which is the portion of the father sent to earth to guide and lead us in the way we should go, down the straight and narrow path.
One of the reasons they do not teach according to the gospel is because the church has become a corporate entity and there are certain scriptures that are not allowed to be addressed and questions that are not to be answered clearly when asked by those seeking the truth of God.
The father tells us plainly in Isaiah 28: 9-13 how to receive the word in its power and why we did not receive it, Daniel 9:4-5 correlates this which is called a precept which is a commandment of the father.
As well when you are called in position by the father through his spirit not by man or a degree which is a separation from the truth you have taken on a major responsibility regarding the kingdom of heaven and the children of the earth's opportunity to learn of it and grow in and towards it. This is the fullness of his gospel which is repentance and baptism and faith on his name. Galatians 5, Hebrews 11.
The things they "pastors, ministers etc. Are not in line with the principles of creation and morality but with man and his worldly ideas and concepts.
The father is upset at his children and those who take on these responsibilities not understanding what it truly means fall pray to the devices of the devil in their teachings.
He cares not about our money for he created it not, he cares not about status cause he created it not he cares about the hearts of his children and whether they are aligned with his spirit or atleast making a conscience faithful effort to truly walk in his ways.

His word does not change, but our interpretations of it do, this is based on season, culture, age, academic studies, and so on and so forth.
I will always advocate for preachers and misters to have academic studies given that they are working with very ancient texts (the Bible)

@Octavio MoSS understood however that is one of the reasons he is upset with the children of the earth especially those who claim to be mouth pieces for the Lord. If his word changes not then the messages he gives to his Saint to tell the world shouldn't change.
We can't interpret something that is definite. Until we get back inline with the command of precepting we will continue to give our interpretations and opinions of his word and not the truth behind it.
The men and women throughout our history on earth who were killed for speaking the word of the lord were not killed because of their personal interpretations but because they spoke the true word of God without wavering.

Praying for him is what i will do. But a leader has a definition in the Bible. Change comes from submission to God. Yes we all have gifts but without the call to be a pastor you wil be talkinb from your flesh most of the time. And how do we know he is not called(greeK word invited). God wont invite you unless He wants you there. And even if you are called ate you going to accept the role? You can be in a the role without the position. Ask King Saul. You will know them by their fruit. (Spiritual fruit) Not natural abilities? There is a difference between gifts abilities and call.

Do you think God has not called him to be a pastor? I think God has and he has answered that call. Should he be the LEAD pastor? That is a better conversation to have in my opinion and how can someone of his influence be pastored and lead by others.

@@OctavioMoss I can’t say God has. It is really something we have to consider. But bias aside. If I line it up to truth, it doesn’t seem so. But I don’t know. You say you think so. Without naming something that can be done outside of God, why and what leads you to believe he is called? And again dont use church numbers, influence, money, or his ability to speak. The enemy is good at all those things

Nothing justifies false teaching. If he is young and wrong, he is still wrong and the Bible says those who step into those leadership positions will be held to a higher standard. He has no business teaching (and seeking fame like he does) unless he is ready to be held to that standard.

I think I know where you are coming from but let me say this: ALL of the biblical teachers and pastors have made mistakes and will continue to make mistakes, that is who we are as humans; we do what we can with the infromation we have.
We should always take context into account, a preacher can only talk from their context and experience, that includes age, social status, etc.
